All four bedrooms have a view of the surrounding green forest and garden. The house is furnished with period furniture, equipped with Bose music system, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, crockery, oven, fridge, TV, iron and ironing board, deckchairs, coffee machine, kettle, outdoor tables, chairs and lounge, slide and swing for the children, barbecue and outdoor shower. Hot water is provided by a photovoltaic system.

Spectacular is the large terrace with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Castellammare and, on clear days, of the island of Ustica.

A WONDERFUL SWIMMING POOL, LOCATED ON A LARGE HERBED MEADOW WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE SEA, WITH A HYDROMASSAGE AREA. In addition, a hot-water Jacuzzi with a view of the sea and the nearby islands has recently been installed!
Exceptional location due to the proximity of the mountains that guarantee fresh, clean air, excellent refreshment after a day at the sea in Alcamo Marina or Castellammare del Golfo, 10 km away.

Convenient and ample private parking. All services are 500 metres away: pharmacy, bakery, bar, supermarket, etc. The kind, discreet and helpful owners live in a small villa not far away.
