Fantastic Boat Tour - highly recommended!!
We had a fantastic experience with the 5 hour tour under the expert guidance of Ricardo - we learnt so much, saw dolphins too and we were so well looked after, especially when we got our timings wrong!! Such lovely customer service and laughter - thankyou Ricardo and Maria for making our trip the highlight of our stay in Olhão:)

Excellent trip
The Dutch lady at the kiosk - Maria? - was very friendly gave an accurate description of the tour. There are many boat trip operators online and by the marina and I chose Sabino Boat Tours because they have a boat with very comfortable seats in both shaded and open areas. Also the front of the boat opens to allow easy access to the beach without getting wet.
We took the 5-hour trip and our guide Joao was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Olhao, the islands, the different fishing beds and the protected area for sea horses. Some of the houses have beautiful colours and I also enjoyed walking around a typical fishing village watching the fishermen cleaning and repairing their nets.
We had 3 stops including one for lunch and the whole trip was both interesting and relaxing.
It's definitely worth taking this trip.

Excellente journée
Nous avons fait ce jour la ballade de 5 heures avec Ricardo. Le bâteau étais très confortable, eau fraiche à disposition. Ricardo parle très bien le français et explique très bien la rio formosa. Il a réservé por nous un petit resto sympa et nous a accompagné tout au long de la journée. Les différents arrêts sont top. C'est agréable d'être sur des plages presque désertiques. Ricardo est très sympatique cool et zen. Nous recommandons cette compagnie.

Excursión con niños
Excursión realizada de 1,30h, ideal para niños pequeños (<3 años). Gracias al capitan Jaime. Muy profesional y atento con los niños.

Buena experiencia. Recomendada
LLegamos al puerto buscando quien nos haria un paseo por la ria. algunas estaban ocupadas, otras no decian esperar que hubiera mas cliente; Sabino ofrecio sus sevicios.
Jaime fue el patron. se nos hizo corto el pase, fue amable, buen comunicador y cono cedor de la zona. nos falto poder darnos un baño en el gran banco de arena
Gracias por permitir hacer recorrido con perros.
En otras ocasiones encontre en Portugal muchas objeciones para hacer turismo con mascotas
