The finca is located in the countryside just 4 km from the town of Alcudia, and the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Alcudia and 6 km from Pollensa, in both towns you will find everything you need for your holidays, shops, bars, restaurants, medical centre, etc.
The house of 200 m2 is situated on a plot of 21.000 m2, the area of the house and garden is completely fenced and closed with a barrier. It is a very quiet and clear place with nice views to the distant mountains of Puig de Maria and Formentor.The exterior of the house, consists of a porch equipped with terrace furniture, a covered area with a pergola equipped with table and chairs, to enjoy meals outdoors, the same also has a barbecue. a large garden area with lawn, trees and native plants complete the exterior. The swimming pool is square in shape and slightly elevated, (as an old pool was used). It is accessed from the garden via steps, with a solarium on one side with space for sunbeds, and surrounded by hedges on the other, which makes it a very pleasant and intimate place.The house consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor we have the entrance with the staircase leading to the first floor. just enter to the right, the kitchen preserving the rustic style with beautiful green and ochre tiles, has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, as well as the necessary tools to be able to cook to taste. In the same room there is a pantry with the washing machine, the kitchen opens directly onto a covered porch. From the entrance we also access to the living room, fully equipped with sofas, table and chairs for 6 people, satellite TV, and DVD. From the dining room we also have access to a bedroom (equipped with 2 single beds of 0.90 cm wide, and a bathroom, equipped with a large shower, bidet, w.c and built-in washbasin. it has access to the covered porch, and on the other side to the garden area and access to the swimming pool.
On the first floor, there is a hallway, and from the front there is a large bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet and washbasin. To the left is the second double bedroom, furnished with 2 single beds of 0.90 cm wide with an en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, WC and washbasin. To the right there is a large loft that serves as a second living room, equipped with a sofa bed, from which there is an exit to a terrace. The whole house has central heating (depending on the season), and the bedrooms also have hot and cold air conditioning. There is also wifi throughout the house, and there is a cot and high chair available. TOURIST SERVICES AVAILABLE - Own catering services, including only breakfast, half board or full board. The services can be provided either in the house where the guests are staying or in the restaurant itself. - Laundry and dry-cleaning services, including washing and ironing of clothes, bed linen, guests' personal clothing, etc. - Regular cleaning of the house.
