The holiday home is located in a holiday village on the Wagerberg and belongs to the spa town of Bad Waltersdorf. It is surrounded by vineyards and orchards.Our family-friendly, sunny holiday home in the bio-village with terrace is ideal for 4-6 people in summer and winter. Parking spaces only for guests of the Biodorf in front of the Biodorf on the right side of the road. A wonderful oasis of well-being all year round. The house has underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. It has a new kitchen with all appliances. Dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, ice box, coffee machine and cooker. -crockery, cutlery, glasses, bowls etc. The visually separated dining and living area invites you to feel at home in every respect. The path also leads to the quietly situated terrace via the fireplace room and a garden set invites you to linger. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV. Various games, colouring books, crayons etc. and books are available for you. Two new cosy benches invite you to take a short break. Both can be pulled out to form a double bed. A storage room with tumble dryer, broom, shovel, bucket, etc. Ice box with freezer compartment and freezer are available. A washing area with WC is located next door. Access to the upper floor. Here are 2 bedrooms, master bedroom with a double bed, mirror, 1 armchair and a satellite TV 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, a table and 2 armchairs and a TV set. Wardrobe room. Small anteroom with access to the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Towels, tea towels and bed linen are provided. Please do not smoke in the house, only on the terrace, thank you. We look forward to your visit and wish you a relaxing and cosy stay. Dogs are also very welcome. A wifi router can be rented at the reception of the Hotel Wilfinger for a fee per day.From our holiday home you can reach the wellness area in a bathrobe in the main house of the Biodorf or to the hotel in 2 minutes. In the Biodorf and in the hotel you can use the indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, saunas, infrared cabins, tea bars, as well as the fitness room in the hotel at any time from 8am to 8pm or 9pm (hotel) free of charge. Beautiful sunbathing lawn with sunbeds are free of charge everywhere in the bio village and in the hotel. Wellness offers can be booked on site for a fee. E.g. various massages, cosmetic treatments, detox wraps, baths or packs. Fango treatments and much more. Childcare free of charge in August.In the immediate vicinity of our hotel there is a golf course with a discount, squash and tennis are free in the Bad Waltersdorf leisure park. Information at the hotel reception. A riding stable, football pitch, public swimming pool with slide, hiking trails. The H2O thermal baths and Blumau are also within easy reach. Cycling excursions are available. (Bikes can be borrowed from the hotel for a fee). The thermal spa is within walking distance. Dance evenings are organised twice a week in the nearby Quellenhof, a 10-minute walk away, and the newly opened Tanzkaffee is open daily.If you would like to visit cities you could drive to Graz, approx. 60 km or Vienna 124 km. Fürstenfeld, Hartberg can be reached in about 15 - 20 minutes by car. The Riegersburg, Manifaktur Zotter (chocolate) and Herberstein Zoo are also interesting places to visit and can be reached in about 30 minutes. Glatz winery, lavender farm (within walking distance) etc. These are just a few examples of what you can find nearby. In the village there is a Spar, a Billa, bakery etc. There are many wine taverns and restaurants within walking distance. In all price ranges, there are menus everywhere.
