Spend the best time of the year in this comfortable holiday home with plenty of space for up to five people. The detached house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bernsteinsee holiday park and is in a quiet location on a private road with little traffic.Inside the house you will find a spacious 100 m² without thresholds, making it handicapped accessible. The ground floor consists of the following rooms: An open-plan living room with a sofa bed, an armchair, a large flat-screen TV with DVD player, a hi-fi system, DVDs, CDs and a large dining table with five chairs. Next door is the fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine (Netto), kettle, egg cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, scales, etc. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed (consisting of two mattresses of 0.90 m x 2.00 m each) and the second, the children's room, with a single bed (1.00 m x 2.00 m) (also a cot if necessary). From this room you can reach the gallery via a ladder, where there is a further double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). You also have your own outdoor whirlpool at your disposal (April to October). A handcart is available for relaxed excursions to the Bernsteinsee.The distance to the lake is 300 metres. The holiday park offers a kiosk for the most important things. You can pick up your bread rolls and newspapers there in the morning. There is a delicious restaurant 1 km away (themed buffet at weekends). Other restaurants and shops can be found in Spohle (4 km), in Obenstrohe (6 km) and in Varel (9 km). Varel offers a beautiful harbour with shopping facilities, e.g. Bahlsen (factory outlet) and great fish restaurants. The Ammerland has a very well-developed network of cycle paths and hiking trails through a unique park landscape, which is very beneficial for guests who enjoy cycling or walking. For example, it is only 12 kilometres by road to the nearby North Sea resort of Dangast - a cycle path is also available. For all those who long for maritime flair, a trip to Bremerhaven, for example, is a must. It is just 45 kilometres from Conneforde via the new Weser Tunnel. Visit the new climate house, the zoo by the sea, the emigration centre or take a harbour tour through Europe's largest car harbour followed by a stroll through the fishing harbour showcase. If you want to cross wobbly suspension bridges like Indian Jones, or race over 100 metres across the water on a steel cable like James Bond, or swing bravely from one tree to another like Tarzan, the "Forest 4 Fun" climbing forest is just the thing for you. Forest 4 Fun currently offers something for every guest on 8 climbing courses with different levels of difficulty and heights with more than 70 climbing elements. After an introductory course, you can climb the climbing courses independently. The climbing forest is open all year round, 6 to 8 year olds can only climb when accompanied by an adult. The Bernsteinsee fishing lake can be used for fishing. A fishing licence is required. The Almsee trout pond is approx. 1.8 kilometres away. It offers its guests fishing fun in four different pond sizes, one of which is a natural pond. Trout up to 10 pounds are caught daily. Sufficient shelter is provided, even on wet days. In the summer months, the ponds are open daily from 6.30 am to approx. 9.00 pm, on days when it is not so warm, depending on the light.
