trés agréable expérience

Les appartements sont propres et calmes. La kitchenette est très bien équipée, le lit est confortable, le petit déjeuner est excellent, l'hotel est un peu éloigné du centre ville mais à proximité des remontées. Le personnel est très gentil. On ne peut rien de demander de plus.

Winter-Erholung

Eine Woche im Januar in einem Appartement vom 22Summits ist jeweils Erholung pur. Schönes Frühstücksangebot, freundliche Bedienung. Das Appartement funktionell eingerichtet, sauber und hell. Wir geniessen das Frühstück, den Hotelservice, die Privat-Sphäre und die Nachtessen in einem der tollen Restaurants in Zermatt.

Gorgeous views and well-appointed apartments!

We stayed here for 3 nights to explore the Matterhorn in a lovely 2-bedroom - Apt 31. The apartment was well-appointed.

It would have been nice to have instant coffee packs in the room and perhaps a small thing of cooking oil. They need to have some other bathroom items - like shampoo and conditioner (not an all-in-one nasty soap cream), but otherwise the room was lovely and serviced daily.

There was also no way to control the temperature of the apartment - it was HOT!

The breakfast was AMAZING! Have the croissants - have many of them! It was a lovely breakfast with great variety and a lovely staff.

The spa needed a hotter jacuzzi. The water was best described as "tepid" and would have been so much better after a day of hiking if it had been at least a bit warmer. It is also not open til 4pm - which seems strange. It would have been great if the room was cooler and the jacuzzi was hotter (I know - I sound like Goldilocks!)

Wir genossen die Januar-Woche im schönen Appartement. Nahe bei der Talstation Matterhorn-GlacierBahn gelegen. Die Anbindung ans 22Summits ist ein Gewinn. Saubere Appartements, ein feines Frühstück, freundliche Leute, was wollen wir mehr?

Great location for skiing families

We booked a last minute, first time trip to Zermatt, for Christmas holidays, for our family of 2 adults, 3 young children. We were delighted to stay here and wonderfully surprised. There is a hotel in front and apartment/hotel (i think previously called casa Vanessa) in back. We stayed in the 22 Summits Apartments in a first floor 2 bedroom overlooking zermatt.

The location is fantastic for skiing. We had a great view of zermatt. The terraces were nice. We were a five minute walk from the apartment to the Matterhorn glacier express gondola to Furi (on western end of zermatt) which was ideal for us. You could also take the city bus from there or the taxi stand to go to zermatt station or sunegga funicular (about 15 min walk otherwise). If you stay in the center of town, it’s actually harder to get to the lifts we thought or you need to taxi (and usually queue to get a taxi).

The apartments are clean and modern. Looks like it was renovated recently. Kitchen had the basics and allowed us to make many fun family Meals. Highly recommend

Great accommodation in Zermatt, close to base of mountain, easy to walk to village

would highly recommend staying here as a family. We enjoyed an excellent week of skiing. walk to base of Furi gondola is easy and quick. Walk into the core of the village of Zermatt is also very pleasant. Apartment was clean, efficient and comfortable. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/dining/living room area. For a family of four this was perfect.

Breakfast is served in the common area. Beds, sheets, towels, etc are all high quality and apartment is serviced every day. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Owner family is present and it seems everyone is engaged and happy to be helping out. Bar and lobby of 22 Summits hotel is a nice extra if you want to have a mid-afternoon hot chocolate or tea or have a drink at the bar.

Escaping the touristy hell of the central Zermatt

The hotel located at the west side of the town and it is quite and less touristy unlike center district which is totally spoiled I'd say. Here you can really enjoy the nature in a quite outdoor restaurant overlooking Matterhorn. Whenever we need to go grocery, I felt like being forced to do so, where streets are overcrowded with tourists and souvenir shops, much like any other overrated place. We were buying food and running away looking for shelter. Cyclists doing 60 km/h through crowded streets, electric taxis on every corner, carmageddon...Not sure who is deadlier, but they approaching suddenly, silently, without breaking, you have to save yourself and kids. The mythical town without transport is a myth, indeed. Unless, you got to the western part and here you'll catch your solitude at late sunset.
Now about the hotel:
We had two-bedroom apartment no 440, two balconies, two showers, jacuzzi, modern and very convenient kitchen with all appliances. The Matterhorn could be directly seen with all its glory from the second floor roof-window and a bit from the small balcony. There is really nothing negative about the apartment, except for jacuzzi operation. some instructions would not bother. It seem to stream only hot water, regardless faucet direction and there is a leakage somewhere, each morning we had discovered small puddle on the floor between the shower and jacuzzi, not sure where it is leaking.

Fammille et Ski

Top environnement pour ces AprtHôtels et qui sont super bien placés, toujours très propre et avec un accueil très chaleureux. Un petit déjeuner comme à la maison mais avec un service et un choix très amical et aux petits soins !
Mais attention il faut réserver longtemps à l'avance pour avoir une chance d'obtenir l'appartement souhaité pendant les vacances scolaires !

Top Apartments mit toller Aussicht

Das Apparthotel Casa Vanessa hat sehr schoen ausgestatte Apartments mit schönen Badezimmern und toller Küche. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein Ort wo man sich einfach Wohlfühlt. Immer gerne wieder.

Fantastic holiday

We visited Zermatt as usual for our annual Winther holiday
The latest years We have stayed at Casa Vanessa, and for us it is like coming home

Super

Die Appartement liegen perfekt und mit dem Unterirdischen stillen auch super gelöst. Unweit des Dorfes und der Talstation. Der Service steht’s freundlich und professionell, die Wohnungen werden täglich gereinigt und das Frühstück ist korrekt und schön präsentiert. Das Preisleistung Verhältnis stimmt hier wirklich.

Ferien, wie man es sich wünscht

Wieder haben wir eine wunderbare Ferienwoche im Casa Vanessa in Zermatt verbringen dürfen. Das Appartementhotel ist dank seiner Lage in der Nähe der Matterhorn Patadise Bahn für Wintersportler ideal gelegen. Auch aus den Wohnungen ohne Matterhornblick geniesst man, wie die Fotos zeigen, einen wunderbaren Weitblick ins Bergpanorama und übers Dorf. Die Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Ein kleiner, moderner Spabereich runden das Angebot ab. Das Frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig und der Zimmerservice tadellos. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist familiär, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns, wie immer, sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Superbe endroit à Zermatt

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons été deux années de suite et on va certainement y retourner. Pour une famille c'est l'idéal.

L'accueil est professionnel est sympa, les appartements sont très fonctionnels, propres et bien placés.

Parfait en famille

Nous avons loué l'appartement 40 (2 chbres, un salon, une sdb, une cuisine, un balcon) pour 2 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. A 15m du centre, très propre, moderne (sauf la moquette dans les chambres), ils avaient déjà installé le lit bébé et la chaise haute à notre arrivé, super service. Pratique avec des petits pour préparer un repas simple et pour profiter de la soirée une fois les bambins couchés. Pour le prix rien à redire. A noter qu'en septembre le service hotelier (petit dej/nettoyage/ etc) n'est pas inclus mais nous le savions et ça a très bien été comme ça pour 4 jours.

Nous serions très gré de pouvoir vous de nouveau bien accueillir dans notre maison bien tôt.

Excelente opción en Zermatt

Apartamentos grandes, bien equipados, baños incorporados, muy buen guarda ski, desayuno buffet diverso y abundante, sauna , a cinco minutos andando del huevo principal de Zermatt, y con un precio asequible para ser Suiza. La propietaria muy amable y colaboradora. Totalmente recomendable, y obviamente para repetir.

Estancia excelente

Grupo de amigos en dos habitaciones, muy amplias, baños incorporados, muy bien provistas de menaje y demás, vistas buenas, todo perfecto y sabemos de qué hablamos después de más de 30 años por Alpes. Desayuno buffet muy completo. Un guarda skis también muy bueno con excelentes calefactores para botas. Sauna de categoría. Y a cinco minutos del principal lift a pistas. Precio razonable, ya sabemos lo que es Suiza. Pero todo de 10. Y la pareja que regenta los apas muy majos. Totalmente recomendable.

Mejor relación calidad/precio

Buscábamos algo económico en Zermatt (algo difícil de encontrar en Suiza..) y lo encontramos. Nuestra sorpresa es que el pequeñito apartamento tenía una cocina perfectamente equipada, con la que pudimos cocinar la mayoría de días y así ahorrar.
También fue una gran suerte que nos tocara una habitación con terraza. Se está genial en ella!
Además, la habitación es acogedora y está a 1 minuto del telecabina para ir a esquiar, al Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, al Palacio de Hielo o simplemente a hacer alguna excursión.
Todo estaba limpio. Y se duerme genial, sin ruido apenas.
El único problema que le vemos es que entra frío por la puerta de la terraza (no cierra bien). Quizá en invierno haría frío en esta misma habitación.
