Wir waren für 14 Tage im Anantara zuhause. Schon die Aussage "ZUHAUSE" zeigt, dass wir uns mehr als wohl gefühlt haben. Nach einer 14tägigen Rundreise in Vietnam haben wir uns sehr auf die Zeit der Erholung gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir haben erstmalig eine mehr als 4wöchige Reise nach Vietnam gemacht. Bisher waren wir stets nur 3 Wochen unterwegs. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauert etwa 1 Stunde.
Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir zum einen herzlichst empfangen und erstmals in meinem Leben uns ein Upgrade angeboten. Ich will hier nur anbei erwähnen, dass wir sicherlich schon in mehr als 10 Anantara Hotels während unserer Asienreisen waren. Ich wollte anfänglich das Angebot gar nicht annehmen aber meine Frau hatte schon zugesagt. Diese Entscheidung war mit die Beste unserer gesamten Reise. Die Villa hatte direkten Zugang zum Meer und hatte einen etwa 10 Meter langen Außenpool. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Roomservice war vorbildlich. Beispielhaft sei erwähnt, dass die Kaffeemaschine defekt war, nach gefühlt einer Stunde erhielten wir ein anderes Gerät. Die Pflege der Gartenanlage wurde durch zahlreiche Mitarbeiter/innen beispielhaft in Ordnung gehalten. Auch dieses Personal, sollte man es tatsächlich einmal treffen, war stets freundlich und höflich. Nach Aussage des Managements ist die Zeit unseres Aufenthalts bereits Lowseason ( Mitte März ). Das hat man während des gesamten Aufenthalts bemerkt. Für uns war das überwiegend sehr angenehm. Sollte jemand Nachtleben oder Urlaubsaktion suchen ist er hier nicht optimal aufgehoben. Wir waren phasenweise weniger als 10 Gäste. Das Frühstück war als kleines feines Buffet kombinierbar mit alacard Ergänzungen. Da wir beim Frühstück relativ anspruchslos sind, war dies für uns sehr angenehm. Jedoch will ich auch ehrlich eingestehen, dass nach 2 Wochen ich mich nach einem normalen Frühstück zuhause gesehnt habe.
Wir waren sicherlich etwa 10mal zum Abendessen im Hotel oder in. dem Schwesterhotel. Die Qualität vom Anantara war um sicherlich 2-3 Klassen stärker. Auch waren wir mindestens 3 mal am Strand zum Essen. Der Weg dorthin führt durch das Nachbarhotel. Die Laufzeit beträgt ca. 10 Minuten. Aber der Besuch kann lediglich zur Abwechslung dienen.
Wir waren jeden Abend zum Sundownerdrink . Die Drinks waren sehr gut und was natürlich auch noch superrrrrrr war es gab auch noch HAPPYHOUR. Wir waren an 3 Tagen zum Afternoon-Tea. Hier war absolut super, dass das Servicepersonal, welches man im Laufe der Zeit etwas näher kannte, mit Stolz vietnamesische Spezialitäten gemeinsam zu bereitete. Hier will ich nur den Vietnamesischen Kaffee mit Kondensmilch und Eiswürfeln erwähnen. Da wir einen eigenen Pool hatten wäre wir nur 4 mal am Mainpool. Auch dort war der Service für uns absolut ausreichend. Man ( Mann ) hat zu Beginn des Besuches Handtücher gereicht und sofort gekühltes Wasser gebracht und beim 2. Besuch wusste das Personal, dass meine Frau gerne einmal eine Zigarette raucht und hat sodann auch einen Aschenbecher dabei. Die Poolbar war aufgrund der geringen Belegung eigentlich unbesetzt. Sollte man einen Wunsch haben konnte man mit dem sonstigen Personal Kontakt aufnehmen. Schon die Länge meiner Ausführungen zeigt Ihnen wie sehr wir zufrieden waren. Meine Zufriedenheit hängt vielleicht auch etwas damit zusammen, dass ich seit März diesen Jahres mich in der Privatierphase befinde. Nun möchte ich allmählich zum Ende meiner Ausführungen kommen und wünsche dem gesamten Personal, vom Gärtner bis zum Mangment, dass sich der tägliche Einsatz den sie bringen in zufriedenen Gästen zeigt.

Wir waren für 5 Tage im Anantara. Helle freundliche Villen mit eigenem Pool und einem endlosen Sandstrand. Die Betreuung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Frühstück und Abendessen super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Einfach Erholung pur. Wir kommen wieder!

Un véritable havre de paix où le personnel est aux petits soins de la première à la dernière minute, notamment grâce à un villa host personnel qui devance tous nos besoins. Milles petites attentions, qui couplé à un environnement paradisiaque (villa, restaurant, lobby, spa…) font de Anantara Quy Nhon Villas le meilleur lieu où se reposer, ouvrir ses sens, savourer au Vietnam.

Villa war feucht und schimmelte, Einrichtung abgenutzt und teilweise defekt, Verständigung unmöglich, Personal sprach kein bzw kaum englisch, Sauberkeit mangelhaft, Strände sehr vermüllt, für 14 Tägigen Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen!!!!

excentré de qhy nhon l'hôtel profite d'un emplacement de premier choix avec une belle plage de sable fin avec une vue panoramique sur 2 iles . Le staff est aux petits soins et prêt à répondre aux attentes des clients. Le restaurant mérite largement l'attention : le chef propose une cuisine authentique basée sur des produits naturels de qualité avec goûts et saveurs . Très original les ribs chauffés sur des pierres de sel de l' himalaya ....

Bitte bei der Instandhaltung nicht nachlassen. Das Wasser im Pool der Villa war zu kalt. Die Beleuchtung der Wege zu den Villas ist nicht ausreichend genug und sollte verbessert werden
Das Resort können wir absolut empfehlen und wir würden auch ein zweites mal wieder kommen,denn wir lieben die Abgeschiedenheit der Anlage.

Parfait rien à dire nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour, l’accueil est fabuleux. La villa est propre et le personnel est au petit soin. Nous sommes allés avec notre bébé de 9 mois et le chef lui a même concocté de petits plats adaptés à son âge.

Après 10 jours à visiter la Thailande, le Laos et le nord du Vietnam je souhaitais terminer notre séjour dans un endroit calme, reposant et luxueux. Je n'ai pas été déçu ! J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs Anantara et celui là est magnifique. Excentré, exclusif. Uniquement 26 villas. Le Spa est exceptionnel, la piscine est top, nous avions une villa en bord de mer avec piscine privée, on a passé la journée au bord de l'eau et on se faisait livrer à déjeuner. Le Spa est top et le service est parfait. L'hotel vient d'ouvrir alors c'est encore parfois "en rodage", mais je conseille cet endroit pour se retrouver en couple ou en famille.

Bien sur quand on vient de Anantara à Oman on peut se demander si c'est a même compagnie mais , rapidement ,vous percevez que vous êtes au Viet Nam .

L'équipe est gentille et dévouée pour ses clients même si tout le monde n'est pas encore suffisamment formé . Les repas sont rudimentaires mais correct et le petit déjeuner parfait .
les villas sont très bien tenues , juste une erreur de conception , je n'aurais pas mis le réfrigérateur à hauteur de l'oreiller ; il se remet en route régulièrement et vous coupe votre sommeil .
Dans l'ensemble , c'est assez nouveau et les dirigeants devraient profiter de la faible fréquentation pour apprendre au personnel les rudiments de l'organisation d'un service . Il ne demande qu'à apprendre, ça se voit .

Au final , un bon endroit mais aucune activité périphérique ,même l'accès à la mer n'est pas simple.idéal pour se reposer et rester dans sa piscine privative tout le week end.

le point le plus négatif , c'est la fréquentation des riches vietnamiens qui sont très bruyants , les enfants laissé à leurs cris partout et l'accès au buffet limité à cause du bruit insupportable dans la salle de restaurant . Les étrangers comme moi sont très rares mais , je comprends pourquoi .

La synthèse , c'est que tout les Anantara ne se ressemblent pas . A Oman , il y avait beaucoup de famille mais les enfants restaient polis et respectaient les clients , l'hôtel était plein .
