Hotel Utsav & Restro Cafe

Everything is Pathetic and Worst. I have visited there with my family but when I have visited the picture was different there. I have booked this property through Agoda for 2 nights Check in on 15th Feb'21.When you check the online website you will findout beautifuls pics for this property, but when you will see this property on ground the picture will be different the whole property in worst condition. The rooms were smelling moisture in whole rooms and walls, no hygiene. They are providing dirty linens bedsheets, Pillows, Duvet covers, Towels everything. Bed sheet was torn with blood marks, Tea kettle was dirty no dusting anywhere. When I have complained about this the concern person was saying if you don't like the rooms you can search someother property now you can imagine what type of services they are providing .I have spend a single hour there and I was Checkout on same date from there. Very bad experience I have faced and I was travelling with my family.
I will never recommend to anyone. I don't think they are following Covid guidlines.

We apologize for the fact that we were not able to stand up to your expectation, but some things have been overexaggerated. None of our linen has any 'BLOOD STAINS" till date and that I can assure you. Secondly I would request you to tag in any pic posted which is distinguishing the ground reality. Thirdly, you should be sure about anything you post as it directly affects our business. There is a fine line about thinking and knowing whether we are following the COVID guidelines or not, which I can assure you we are. Fourthly, the staff never pointed to the fact to find a new Property, they informed you that if the room was below your expectation, they can offer you a refund, which no property usually does as you already checked-in the room. Lastly, the reason mentioned by you for check-out was to attend a marriage. The same has been recorded in the Hotel data.

Still we apologize for being below power in front of the epectations, assuring you that If you visit again, we will provide yu the room only after you are satisfied with it or else we wil refund you and it is especially for you.

Pros:
1) Massive room with vertical space double of what we usually get in a room, big washroom

2) Food was Brilliant. Loved the Indian cuisine they have including the parathas, chicken gravy dishes and soup - basically all items that we consumed on our 3 day trip

3) Room service was prompt. Helpful with all small requests

4) Washroom is clean and hot water available all the time and lots of storage. But the washroom could have been cleaner but maybe not fair to compare it with five star cleanliness

5) Had a separate mini dressing room which really worked in our favour in more ways than one

6) Had two couches in the room which made our stay more comfy

Cons:
1) Being a heavy person, I thought that the bed could have been better. Again comparing with high end hotels might not be fair

2) The heater was not efficient at all. We were there when Dehradun is at the coldest and I think this is something they can definitely work upon

This hotels staff are very helpful and very supportive also good listener for your personal needs . It’s a great place to stay with friends and family.

large spacious rooms, high ceiling and clean linen. The place is homely with ample parking space. The breakfast is delicious and is served hot. The twin suites are perfect for family or friends bonding. Location is in the heart of the city and the locality is quiets mostly.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location. There is no view from the room. It doesnot have good ventilation. Had a bad experience with the service. The breakfast was very good. Though limited options

Sir, the architectural structure of the Hotel was constructed in 1908 and that is the reason the rooms have good height and spaciousness, but since the building is so old there is a rare chance of reconstructing it to provide a view because 99% guests like the rooms the way they are.
