sono stata in hotel lo scorso fine settimana.
non capisco davvero le recensioni negative....probabilmente sono generate ad hoc?
la struttura è bella
SPA molto carina, non tanto affollata.. probabilmente solo una fortuna
pulizia TOP
colazione abbondante
stanza molto carina e fornita di tutto
ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare nel garage gratuitamente
personale gentile
solo una piccola incomprensione sull'orario del massaggio...ma tutto risolto

Déception! Les chambres sont vieillissantes et très bruyantes de part la circulation . Les petits déjeuners sont des plus standards, dommage dans cette région agricole où de magnifiques produits sont présents en abondance.
Quand au spa, il est magnifique mais trop de clients hors hôtel sont présents et il est donc impossible de profiter des installations .

On se déplace dans cet hôtel pour le SPA, sans aucun doute. Il est très grand, varié avec plein de salles et d'ambiances différentes et même en cas de forte affluence on trouvera son bonheur.
L'hôtel en lui même, situé à 5min de Courmayeur, est très agréable également, authentique et joli. Les chambres sont par contre standards et donnent, pour certaines, sur la route.

Considering the price of 430€ per night for one standard double room, this hotel
is unreasonably expensive for what it offers.
The building needs renovation, especially the rooms (and even more the bathroom!!) that are nothing else than a standard room in any average 3 stars hotel anywhere else which hasn’t been renovated in some decades - you can hear the traffic passing by on the street in front of the hotel, the noisy fridge during the night as well as everything that happens in the corridor and in the other rooms next door - very noisy especially in the morning when people go to breakfast and the cleaning staff
is busy in making the rooms.
The SPA/Thermal area is the only nice and up to date area but the staff at the SPA reception when I asked what were the options in terms of “activities” / features of the SPA area - as it was the first time for us there - just told us: “you get in and you’ll find there the path” … and they didn’t show any proactivity in asking us if we needed some towels for the sauna or some flip flops or anything else… and that’s it in regards to the service of a 4-Star QC Wellness Hotel!
On the check-out day, despite the “do not disturb” sign hanging on the door, the cleaning lady just entered our room before the checkout time to see if she could already start making the room.
For the breakfast (which is a good but not an exceptional one) if you want you can order an omelette….but you have to pay it extra!!! Considering that we spent 860€ for 2 nights…isn’t this ridiculous?!?
All in all it’s a matter of value for money: the Spa is ok, the hotel not - I’d suggest to anyone to look for a stay in another hotel and if interested in the thermal/spa area to buy the daily entrance fee.
A correct price for the hotel rooms in the current not renovated conditions shouldn’t exceed the 200€/night (which in my opinion would still be expensive!).

J'avais réservé une nuit à l'hôtel avec 2 entrées au spa via le site officiel en version française. Cependant, cette version ne mentionnait pas clairement que l'accès au spa était uniquement disponible entre avril et novembre. Contrairement à la version italienne et anglaise qui spécifiaient ces dates, la version française ne le faisait pas.
Le service client n'a même pas présenté d'excuses, ce qui a ajouté à ma déception. La communication entre les versions linguistiques du site devrait être plus cohérente, et le service client devrait être mieux informé et réactif pour résoudre de telles situations.

Que dire à part magnifique !
Décoration raffinée, élégante, sentiment de bien-être à peine les portes passées. Alors oui les chambres sont peu modernes mais quelques touches de décoration ont suffis à les rendre cosys. Le SPA est très bien, l’eau est très chaude, les installations sont toutes très propres et fonctionnelles, la vue sur les montagnes est top. Le petit-déjeuner est digne d’un banquet. Nous nous y sommes rendus fin de septembre donc très peu de monde et la chance de pouvoir profiter dans le calme. Je recommande fortement pour un moment hors du temps !

Ein wunderbarer Tag im Spabereich.
Richtig relaxen kann man dort egal ob im Innenbereich oder im Außenbereich.
Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Mont Blanc.
Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, für jeden etwas dabei.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Luca vom Restaurantbereich.
Er war sehr bemüht und bediente uns vorzüglich, wir fühlten uns so richtig wohl.
Wir kommen 100% wieder.

Not a very good welcome after long drive. Car park not booked …no indication one needed to. Room gloomy and small, one hard chair, balcony only one chair too. Bathroom inadequate for 4 star hotel, bath needs upgrade, no tissues. Wardrobe has irritating hangers bolted on so you cant pinch them….not really necessary, impossible to hang things up on. Restaurant good though and service there excellent. Wont be back, not until they upgrade

El hotel es muy confortable y prepararon un cocktail magnifico. Es pequeño, con un estilo muy de montaña. Desayuno excelente y restaurante también. Generosos con las aménités. El personal habla varios idiomas , estaba en un grupo donde se hablaba diferentes idiomas.

I had a great time at QC termemontebianco. The hotel has a breathtaking view on Mount Blanc and it is very picturesque and well organised. The spa is beautiful and the treatments high quality. The breakfast prepared by miss Franca exquisite! I came back to London completely regenerated. I absolutely recommend it :) Ambra

Easy to find off the main road.
We stayed for 1 night mid week and arrived after lunch so we had 1 1/2 days of spa usage.
Reception was pleasant and multi-lingual.
Bedrooms had great views of the mountain and gardens. Room was large with generous bathroom. But, the grout in the bathroom was quite discoloured and needed maintenance.
Also, there is in no iron in the room or even available in the hotel - this is a negative - so make sure you iron what you need before you come.
The spa looks like it has been extended and there are any rooms to try. So don't miss out. They should put a map on the walls (like they do in other QCTerme spas), so you know where to find the different spa rooms.
The food was plentiful and of a good standard. Make sure you make use of the apertivo at 5pm included in your stay.
Another downside was the tight parking downstairs and they have no electric charing points for cars - again a negative.
Whilst very enjoyable and we had a relaxing time, they can't really say this is a 4star hotel anymore.

We booked a "romatic package", the room was very disapointing. The hotel and especially the rooms desperately need renovation. We did not try the resturant because they were not offering anything typical of the local area and it was very expensive. The spa was ok

Tras visitar varias de las termas QC en diferentes localizaciones diría que el hotel terme montebianco es sin duda una experiencia única, el spa está limpísimo y bien cuidado, diferentes saunas y salas para relajarse al completo. El hotel en si nos encantó y la habitación con vistas espectaculares. El desayuno también de gran calidad. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Das ist vielleicht das erste Mal, dass ich nur ein Stern vergebe. Aber man muss definitiv von diesem Hotel abraten. Meiner Frau wurde das Handy gestohlen und wir haben durch einen Zufall die Diebe auf frischer Tat ertappt. Als wir dann das Management riefen, wollten sie uns davon abringen die Polizei zu rufen und haben am Ende sogar zu den Dieben gehalten --> weil diese Hotelgäste waren und wir nicht!! Das ist völlig inakzeptabel. Nach einer 2-3 stündigen Diskussion haben wir aus Frust das Hotel verlassen und haben den Eintritt nicht einmal erstattet bekommen. Also sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

welches für eine Auszeit einlädt. Schöne geräumige Zimme und einem wunderschönen Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und sehr geschmackvoll. Des weiteren werden Frühstücksbeutel anegboten, in dem man sich etwas Proviant mitnehmen kann. Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen und bietet sehr viele Rückszugsmöglichkeiten. Im Spa Bereich werden ebenso kleine Snacks und Getränke angeboten, die zum Verweilen einladen. Weiterhin wird in dem Hotel Yoga angeboten, was ich auch nur sehr empfehlen kann. Mit dem Auto kann in ca. 10 min der Skyway Monte Bianco erreicht werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Das Hotel war eine wirkliche überraschung. Was von aussen nicht wirklich spektakulär wirkt, zeigte von innen wahre Größe.
Das erste was uns aufgefallen ist, als wir das Auto in der Garage abstellten war, dass der angenehme Duft, der sich später im ganzen Hotel wiederfinden liess (eignes Parfüm der QC-Kette).
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter.
Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders gross und der Zusatz "Romantic" nicht wirklich ersichtlich, aber dafür sehr schön und (falls das Wetter gut ist) mit Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Jede Menge Details und Aufmerksamkeiten erwarteten uns im Zimmer: frisches Obst, Wasser, frisch aufzubrühende Kräutertees, Schokolade, eine Nespressomaschine mit diversen Kapseln sowie eine prall gefüllte Minibar. Dazu diverse gut duftende Kosmetikartikel und extra Bademäntel und Badeschuhe für den Spa-Bereich.
Das Wellnessreich ist fantastisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Innen- und Aussenbecken, diverse Saunen und Dampfbäder, Kneippbäder, verschiedene Ruhezonen, Solebad und Solarium erwarten die Gäste und ein kleines Buffet mit Getränken und Snacks, wird immer wieder abwechslungsreich aufgefüllt.
Wer nach einem Tag auf der Piste entspannen will, kann hier wirklich Erholung finden.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, wundervoll arrangiert und bietet auch viele gesunde Alternativen. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Dieses Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall für ein romantisches Wochenende empfehlen oder als Basis für einen Skiurlaub. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch die Konvention mit den QC - Terme in Pre-Saint-Didier, deren Besuch als Gast inklusive ist.
Ganz besonders freundlich wirkt das Hotel durch die vielen liebevollen Details, die der Gast überall findet.

Fuimos para pasar un día de relax en la termas pero nos sorprendió el hotel. Mucho mejor el pequeño spa que las grandes termas (tan llenas de gente que llegan a agobiar) El staf se mostró siempre impecable. Desayuno de ensueño con música de arpa en directo. La próxima vez probaremos también el restaurante

Ha sido uno de los mejores lugares al que he ido. Muy buen staff, magníficas instalaciones y servicios. Todo super limpio y en excelentes condiciones. De verdad sorprendende.
Todo fue absolutamente maravilloso.

Un Hotel encantador, con un muy buen restaurante y un staf muy simpático y acogedor.

Te das cuenta de la categoría del hotel cuando entras y hay "regalitos" para comer y beber. Otros detalles como que después de todo el día estar fuera, visitando el lugar, al volver nos encontramos las velas de la bañera encendidas. Estos detalles son los que te ganan.

Las habitaciones no de dimensiones normales pero cuidadas al detalle.

Muy bonito y recomendable.
