- Cosa è Paga in Struttural e cosa sono le Pre-Autorizzazione di Pagamento?
Quando prenoti, alcune strutture offrono la possibilità di pagare direttamente in Struttura. In questi casi ti verrà richiesto semplicemente di inserire la tua carta di credito (o di debito) a garanzia della prenotazione, ma senza nessun addebito. La somma verrà prelevata dalla tua carta di credito solo nei casi previsti dalle policy e condizioni relative alla tua prenotazione. In altri casi, quando il Partner non adotta sistemi automatici di disponibilità e prenotazione, ma confermano le prenotazioni "manualmente", allora ti verrà richiesto di inserire la tua carta di credito (o di debito) a garanzia della prenotazione, per poi essere direttamente addebitato nel momento stesso in cui il Partner confermerà la prenotazione (entro le 24-48 ore). Luxury at its best !!
We stayed here for 1 night , as I wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport ( around 30 mins drive by cab / car ) and trust me I still regret for not staying here for a longer period. We stayed in 268 ( Lagoon view ) room and the room was equipped with all sort of modern amenities and luxuries facilities. Air con was perfect , lagoon view was to die for , peaceful and beautiful surrounding with multiple pools with slide and a pool bar & restaurant. Evening we had dinner at one of their restaurant beach side which was okay in taste , nothing great , may be I selected wrong dishes from the menu. Morning breakfast has ample of varieties to choose from and it was delicious. When I read couple of reviews about hotel being under renovation , I was little scared for my stay , as I dint want to ruin my last day in Thailand. However it did not affect our stay at all. One whole section of the building is under major renovation which does not affect you at all as that building is away from your rooms , pool , restaurant etc. Staff is attentive and ready to help. Beach was quite rough due to rainy season so we could not swim in the beach but their pools were so good that it really did not bother us. If you walk to the left from the beach side you will find couple of beach shacks to choose from ( we had lunch at Golden Fish and it was delicious ). If you want good restaurants near by avoid taking main road ( you will find nothing ) rather take left from the beach and there you go. We also enjoyed their free lagoon boat tour which was something unique and had never experienced before, it stops at couple of other hotels and one can choose if they wish to get down or stay in boat till the boat reaches back to the hotel. Disappointing and don't recommend!
What a disappointing hotel - especially for the extremely high price per night that we paid - as we arrived and were put into a really old room that looked nothing like the photo on booking.com - there were stained sheets and pillows on the bed, neither door locked ( to the corridor nor to the beach access) and it smelt old and mouldy. I rang reception to complain and we were moved to a completely different room that looked like the photos of what we booked, again, the room was tired and old, needed a big clean up and makeover, paint and wood polish, it really is very tired. This room was better though and as we only had two nights there, we put up with it - but for the exorbitant price we paid per night, i would not recommend this hotel. There's also not a lot around the hotel - there's a little village off the beach with some bars and restaurants which is lovely to eat at for one night, and a night market on Fridays in town - which you have to get a taxi to - but the hotel itself isn't what we thought it would be. Breakfast was ok. Wifi was strong. Bed was comfy, room was tired but at least this room was clean. Pool area doesn't have any service so you have to go order it at the bar. The pool isn't that big, and to be honest was too chlorinated for us - it's a very busy pool area with daybeds very tightly packed. A lot of Russians stay here in big groups, so they take up a lot of daybeds all day and even leave them empty whilst they go off to lunch- so we sat on the beach daybeds - far nicer experience to enjoy your day. Probably wouldn't go back and don't recommend staying here.

Basic and needs a lot of improvement
Room: The room size and layout are great. Easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. They are clean and well maintained as well.
Room experience: A lot of details have been missed out when thinking of the customer experience. No bath mats, had to ask everyday. No bin in the bathroom, balcony outside is full of lizard poop, no one seems to be cleaning it and it is unusable. There's a deep step in the bathroom, need to be careful to make sure you don't slip.
Breakfast: Basic - They have the usual breads, croissants, sugary stuff like donuts, apple pie, etc all going cold (not sure when they are baked). Then a couple of Thai dishes which I heard were tasty but as a vegetarian, I couldn't and there were very poor vegetarian options. We have feedback to the restaurant team to include a couple of Thai vegetarian options (we were staying in 5 rooms and a big group, so thought they will be flexible) but nothing was provided. There were a couple of Indian dishes which were disappointing as I'm not expecting to go to Thailand and eat Indian food.
Pool and kids club facilities: Pool has a slide that is mostly for adults and not kid friendly. There's nothing for kids except a small pool which didn't have any slides or fountains or anything fun looking sadly, kids were very disappointed. Kids club has a few activities but hardly any kids and it was basic.
Spa: The biggest disappointment was the spa, it was in an open area without any air conditioning, a half screen separation between people and the quality of the massage was basic. There was also drilling going on nearby which is unacceptable when having a massage. Overall I left feeling hot and irritated from the noise.
Service: The service is very mediocre, they kept giving us the bill everytime we ordered at the pool even though we told multiple times we will order more and settle at the end when leaving.
Overall, the entire experience was basic and I will not be staying here again.

Food let us down...
Good family friendly resort. rooms,views and amenities are great.. 2 start down ,breakfast was not even worth 2 star and attitude of restaurants staff was rude...food didn't seems fresh and they didn't knew to brew coffee.. Nespresso in room was way better...
