- Cosa è Paga in Struttural e cosa sono le Pre-Autorizzazione di Pagamento?
Quando prenoti, alcune strutture offrono la possibilità di pagare direttamente in Struttura. In questi casi ti verrà richiesto semplicemente di inserire la tua carta di credito (o di debito) a garanzia della prenotazione, ma senza nessun addebito. La somma verrà prelevata dalla tua carta di credito solo nei casi previsti dalle policy e condizioni relative alla tua prenotazione. L’hôtel n’est absolument pas digne d’un 5 étoiles comme annoncé, c’est vraiment une honte. Ça correspond à un 3 étoiles maximum.
Payer 350 euros/ nuit pour un établissement comme celui là c’est clairement du vol (ce d’autres hôtels au même prix faits dans la région)
Le bungalow est très vieux, mal entretenu, les moustiquaires mal fermées.
Le restaurant c’est la cantine également, idem pour le petit déjeuner.
Pas assez de transat autour des piscines pour la clientèle de l’hôtel.
Nous essayons également de booker des activités, le jeune homme qui s’en occupe n’est d’absolument aucun conseil, désagréable et la seule chose qu’il veut c’est vous orienter sur le plus cher (9000 baths une sortie pour 2) alors que la même sortie existe en long tail boat. Aucune sympathie, à peine un bonjour. La seule chose qu’il l’intéresse est combien on va dépenser !

Serene beachfront views and great rooms but the local village made it special
We stayed here from the 26th October until November 10th which is a long time for Koh Phi Phi. But, it was the best trip we’ve ever had.
If you’re planning to stay at the hotel for your entire trip, you’ll miss out on everything around you. The hotel pools and beach are gorgeous but the real Koh Phi Phi is a 5-minute walk into the local village.
Me and my wife ventured there one evening and fell in love with the food, the people and the character. We highly recommend Oasis Bar & Restaurant and Camelrok Bar. Great people and amazing food.
The hotel itself is very well looked after and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The Api bar is the main restaurant and has a pretty good selection of food. If you’re here for more than a week though, I’d suggest trying other restaurants.
My only complaints: the Ruan Thai restaurant didn’t have a huge selection of Thai food compared to others on the island. And the service in the Api restaurant can be hit and miss depending on who’s working.
One thing we’d really recommend doing is the jungle trek to viewpoint 3 from the hotel. There are lizards, snakes and monkeys in the jungle so be careful but it was a real adventure. Not many people do this that we saw so it’s pretty much guaranteed to be quiet.
Overall, we loved it. We’ve stayed on another resort only 20 minutes away and Saii has a wider selection of things to do, the rooms are more modern and the nearby things to do are more accessible.
Ps RENT a bike. Be a kid again. It’s a lot of fun.

Superb stay!
Lovely stay! Travelled with family and we had a beautiful experience. The resort is huge and peaceful. They have two swimming pools and both are really good. The spa is up on the mountain and offers a wonderful view while you relax. They have an app through which you can book buggy service and excursions and spa visits.
The restaurant Ruan Thai is another beautiful experience of food and ambience, don't miss it :)
The reception desk is very prompt, a word of praise for ATT, Hana & Mina.
Breakfast buffet is really good and the staff is attentive.
Only drawback is some of the staff don't understand English.

A decent resort, but not a 5-star stay
Nice, but is not earning of a 5-star rating. The bungalows are all stand-alone buildings and all have decks with seating which is nice.
The resort itself is large with multiple restaurants, beach front access, and bikes that are free of charge during your stay. They’re pretty helpful since getting around on foot could take you a while!
The breakfast is okay, but the dinner at Ruan Thai was very good!
Staff are kind and attentive.
Within the room, the towels are thin and were fraying, and they were not generous with the number of towels provided to the room. While the rooms look very modern, the cleanliness is a bit sub-par. The shower grout is stained pinkish yellow, and didn’t seem very well-cleaned. I wore sandals in the shower. The soap/shampoo is very cheap.
The resort is beach front with two large pools that are both quite nice! There are beautiful views and the grounds are cool to observe.
If you’re expecting a 5-star resort, this is not it. It’s a solid 3.5 - decent for the price, but nothing mind-blowing.

Best resort i have stayed at.
Fantastic room Everything was updated and of good quality. I was so suprised when i entered the little hut as the outside was a complete contrast to the inside. Staff are very friendly and helpful . There are two fantastic pools so you have a quiet pool as well as a family pool, which is great. The beach is lovely and there are sunbeds there too. The restaurant is good and they go out of their way to please you. Some nights you will get attacked by midges but they supply insect repellant on the table for you to use. There is a designated coffee cafe too. The entertainment is basic but enjoyable. The free buggy service from and to your hut is great though it can be a wait when new people arrive as they are busy moving luggage about. There is an onsite shop with a good choice of needs. The resort has an app that is amazing. All resorts should have this app. It makes everything so easy and convenient. You can order food and other things just by using the app. You can keep a check on your bill with the app too. Fantastic idea. Staff are amazing and will do anything they can to make your holiday the five star they state. Amazing resort.
