The Fern Hill Side Resort ,Bhimtal

We stayed at Fern Hill Bhimtal for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The rooms are spacious and clean, and for the best view, I recommend booking rooms on the fifth level. The overall property is above average, offering a range of recreational activities and a kids' room. However, note that some activities, such as the zip-line and ladder climb, come with an additional fee.

The food was satisfactory, with good taste and prompt service, even though the breakfast spread wasn't very lavish.
The evening view from the deck area is particularly nice, enhanced by the daily barbecues along with live singing, which added a special touch to our evenings.

One suggestion for the management: the swimming pool needs an upgrade.

CAUTION: The approach road from Bhimtal Lake to the property is uphill, and the 1.5 km stretch is challenging for new drivers. It's advisable to request assistance from the hotel drivers if needed.

Overall, we give Fern Hillside Bhimtal a rating of 4/5.

This is a nice property,well maintained but our room was not good,there was no hot water and curtain rod was broken.The food is very good with a very spacious dining space and there are many activities.The live songs in the evening was very nice.But if this is your first trip to nainital then it is very far from the popular tourist places.Also Bhimtal lake is near but you have to climb down a lot to reach there.This is best for those who will come to enjoy the resort and plan to stay inside.

Excellent five star property in Bhimtal.Located near mall road. Surrounded by lush green plants, flowers and big lawns. Good restaurant and out door dining is also available.Neat and clean rooms with nice ambience. Food is very delicious. Lots of activities like yoga,cricket,games for kids are also there.Staff is polite, humble and full of hospitality. Excellent Stay. Highly Recommended. The resort stands out for its proximity from Bhimtal lake. The view from the balcony of room is very nice. The staff is very courteous and helpful. We relished the food we had there in breakfast and dinner buffet. The live singing programme in the evening was the icing on the cake. The hotel had lot of games and activities for kids. Would love to visit here again.
