Bartolo has become like family to us, and Laia is always there to make sure everything runs smoothly. I've traveled all over the world, but this is the best place for me and my wife. Date of stay - 25th - 27th June (2 nights) bed and breakfast.

Room - Fashion Victim room (upgrade). Room 514 in the Tower block

Price £2,250 including flights and transfers with Jet 2 from the UK.

YES. It’s expensive (you don’t have to get an upgrade) but it’s worth it in my opinion.

YES. You can listen to the Karen’s all over Facebook banging on about getting a better quality hotel for less money and it’s all full of Instatwats posing and waving their camera phones about. But. it’s Ushüaia. And it’s amazing. And you can be what you want. No ones looking down there nose at you. The place is full of all sorts of people and ages and no one bats an eye.

The Fashion Victim room doesn’t disappoint. It looks like a German porn set from 1982 based in outer space. Massive round bed. Mirrors all over the ceiling. Huge balcony with jacuzzi bath overlooking the beach ( next to) and the stage (from a distance).

Some freebies on arrival (cheap mirrored branded sunglasses and flip flops). Beware of hidden costs though as the stuff in the room is ridiculously expensive. A £25 bottle of Roku gin is €170. Rip off. A box of basic sec toys and lube worth about £20 - €190. Open or break that bottle of Belvedere vodka? That’ll be €700 sir.

Those staying at hotel have access to all the evening events. Unlike other guests you can come and go as you please. The events are amazing. Stage production is brilliant and we were fortunate enough to see Discloure on one of the nights we were there. The words top DJs have regular residencies here and don’t disappoint.

The question that I asked and keeps getting asked is ‘if I’m a hotel guest (club side or tower) can I take my own drinks into the event?’ The answer is YES.

If you are club side then it’s easier to come and go as you please up and down to your room to get drinks. If you’re fortunate enough to have a stage view then you can party on your balcony.

The tower is more of a trek but we took our own alcohol down in plastic cups and were let in without issue. The reason it’s worth it is that it costs around €21 euros for a rum and coke in a plastic cup in the event. And Ushuaïa - Shame on you for this. Captive audience and exploiting the guests. Absolute rip off.

Club room or Tower room?

It depends on what you want from your stay and budget. If you want to be let of the action and have easier access to the event with your own booze then club room will be the better choice.

The Tower reception, pool and facilitates are better by far and feels a bit quieter and classier with the same access to the events. Just my opinion. The tower pool area in the daytime has a really nice vibe to it. Also note - while you might be closer to the stage in the club room, they dismantle a lot of the main bits after 11pm with cherry pickers and heavy machinery and it’s very noisy.

Staff - the staff at the hotel are outstanding. I can only really comment on the Tower side but they are all amazing. Loads of them buzzing around, everyone gainfully employed and looking after the guests. The staff at reception and at the breakfast were the stand out performers for me but everyone from the cleaner to the security were great.

And while we are on the subject of breakfast. Make sure you book it. Yes it’s expensive. It you won’t need lunch. It is by far the best breakfast at any hotel I’ve stayed in. When you arrive you get a personal tour for your first time.

The choice is out of this word. As much coffee, Cava and juice as you want. We had 3 glasses of cava and left tipsy at 11am!

Show cooking includes eggs Benedict, omelettes, pancakes and waffles. There’s oysters, traditional cooked breakfast, fresh bread, fruit, cooked meats, vegan options, salads, pastries, ice cream and amazing chicken kebabs. And did I mention as much Cava as you want? I didn’t eat again till 7pm so the money you spend on breakfast you’ll save on lunch.

Would I stay again? I’ll be back every year from now on. Absolutely amazing place.

Finger weg von diesem Hotel!!!!
Ich wurde von einer Horde betrunkener Österreicher in den Jacuzzi geschmissen und unter Wasser gedrückt. Statt Hilfe von Seiten des Hotels zu bekommen, haben Sie uns daraufhin kurz vor Mitternach aus dem Hotel geschmissen ohne den Preis zurückzuvergüten. Wir mussten bis um 3 Uhr morgens ein neues Hotel suchen. Der Direktor Guido Merani hat dabei genüsslich gelacht. Pfui!
Nun müssen wir alles mühsam auf dem Rechtsweg einfordern. Schöne Ferien!

Nulla da dire, esperienza fantastica, staff molto gentile, educato, disponibile e professionale, camere pulitissime e con tutto il necessario e anche più del necessario.
Erano anni che desideravo alloggiare all'Ushuaia, e l'attesa è stata soddisfatta oltre le nostre aspettative. Eravamo un pò scettici poiché alcune recensioni erano negative o dicevano che la qualità prezzo era bassa. Per noi è stato tutto il contrario, io lo stra consiglio, anzi ci tornerei già domani, infatti non vediamo l'ora di tornare nel 2025.
Ibiza è una parte di mondo a se, l'Ushuaia lo è ulteriormente, è stato tutto meraviglioso.

Terrible experience. The hotel is just trying to sell additional services or ask for extra money (they wanted to be paid to have hosts in our room). The hotel is very noisy during the night, because of wild private parties in the rooms authorized by the staff (so if you pay you can do whatever you want). Everything (including the restaurant) is ridicolously overpriced, for a very bad service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel zu Gast.

Für mich als Rollstuhlfahrer war es ein perfektes Hotelerlebnis. Unser Zimmer eine „Anything can Happen Suite“ hat genug Platz geboten und war für mich komplett barrierefrei. Ich kann aber auch noch einige Schritte gehen. Im gesamten Hotelbereich konnte ich mich problemlos mit dem Rollstuhl bewegen.

Das Hotelpersonal angefangen vom Room Service über Kellner bis hin zum Concierge waren super freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück im Beach Club war absolute Spitze und ließ zumindest bei uns keine Wünsche offen.
Auch die direkte Lage am (Privat)Strand mit den dazugehörigen Liegen war für uns eine perfekte Möglichkeit zu entspannen.

Die Partys und das Line-Up Abends im Ushuaïa Club waren der Wahnsinn. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen für Rollstuhlfahrer ist, das es im Club leider keinen separaten Bereich gibt und man immer mitten in der Menge drin steht. Hier sehe ich noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Extrem positiv finde ich aber, das ich nach meinem Feedback, von Seiten des Hotels super schnell die Antwort erhalten habe, das man die Situation noch einmal mit den Verantwortlichen überdenkt.

Ansonsten kann ich nur sagen, es war ein super Erlebnis für uns und wir planen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Obwohl ich 5 Nächte in einer großen Suite mit eigener Bar gebucht habe (knapp 2.000 € / Nacht), gibt es auf dem Zimmer keine Gläser! Für Gläser muss ich extra bezahlen! Sowas habe ich noch NIE gehört.
Auch andere Dinge im Hotel sind total überteuert.
Bei einem Aufenthalt vor 2 Jahren, wurden mir nach der Abreise über 200 € für etwas nachbelastet, was ich definitiv nicht verwendet habe. Angeblich irgend so eine Packung der zahlreichen Angebote auf dem Zimmer. Hier wird aus dem Gast herausgequetscht was geht!

Ivan étais le meilleur serveur à Ushuaia. Il était sensible et gentil. Puis il travaille trop fort et il s’est porté dans une manière tres bien. Aussi, le restaurant sur la plage était mon favori dans Ibiza. Enfin, Ushuaia est un hôtel ce que je vais recommender à tout le monde.
