Whether bakery, supermarket or public transport, you have everything in the immediate vicinity.
The flat itself extends to around 80 square metres and is extensively equipped to provide an exquisite temporary home for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Satellite TV, a radio/CD player, a dishwasher, a microwave, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe provide the necessary comfort during your stay. In addition, a high chair, a travel cot including bed linen and a changing mat are available for the youngest guests.
Thanks to the flat's favourable south-west facing position, you can enjoy many hours of sunshine on the balcony. The outdoor area is therefore ideal for admiring the impressive view or simply relaxing with a glass of wine. Naturally, bed linen and towels are included to ensure you have a carefree stay.
The area surrounding Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a paradise for sports and nature enthusiasts. You can reach the most beautiful walking and hiking trails in just a few minutes, and the start of the cross-country ski trail is only 5 minutes away. The valley station of the Hausberg cable car is just a 15-minute walk away. The region also offers a wide range of sporting activities such as mountaineering, ice skating, golf and paragliding. Excursion destinations such as Munich, Innsbruck and the castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein are within easy reach and offer exciting daytime adventures.
