Welcome to the "Balćon de Cotillo" complex, your dream destination for an unforgettable break in El Cotillo in the north-west of the Fuerteventura Biosphere Reserve. Prepare to enjoy the ideal combination of cosy privacy and breathtaking natural scenery in our lovingly renovated flat from December 2025. This flat is the perfect setting for a relaxing time right by the beach and sea, where you will be immersed in paradise from the very first minute.

The flat impresses with an interior that leaves nothing to be desired. You will find an inviting bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining area with a cooking island (bar) with a comfortable sofa bed for two more guests. High-speed fibre optic WiFi also ensures unlimited connectivity. A washing machine is available for your self-catering needs, and the minibar promises refreshing drinks for a small extra charge.

The outdoor area invites you to relax with a 40 sqm rooftop and a cosy balcony. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset here from April to October. The terrace offers barbecue facilities, a windbreak and sun loungers - everything you need for the perfect evening in the open air. A highlight is the glass windbreak on the rooftop, which not only protects you from the wind, but also offers an unrivalled view. There is a paddling pool for younger guests, and fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the additional facilities for preparing fish.

El Cotillo impresses with its charm far away from mass tourism. The place is a paradise for surfers, offers ideal conditions for a wide range of water sports and enchants with its authentic flair. In the immediate vicinity of the flats there are small shops for everyday needs, restaurants and bars for culinary explorations and a picturesque beach landscape that invites you to linger. The "Balćon de Cotillo" complex itself is separated from the village by a dune, promising privacy and tranquillity.

The main difference to the other flats: The extraordinary 40sqm rooftop with the above mentioned equipment.

Notes:

This apartment has its own gas barbecue. Use at your own risk. Cleaning is not included in the final cleaning. Please clean the barbecue (no parts in the dishwasher) on departure. Please switch off the gas bottle. Please inform us when the gas is empty. Alternatively we clean the barbecue (25€).
