Marienleuchte is the north-easternmost point of Schleswig-Holstein. The apartment building is situated on a 6158 square metre plot of land that extends to the sea. The meadow in front of the house facing the sea is available to guests for shared use. The small village of Marienleuchte is ideal for anyone looking for peace and nature.
It is a maisonette flat over two floors. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a 2m double bed and 50 inch Smart TV as well as an integrated wardrobe and a small desk. There is also a large living room with a large dining table, 6 chairs, sofa bed, 2 armchairs, display cabinet and 75-inch Smart TV. From the living room you can access the balcony with table and six chairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with four-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge with freezer compartment and ice cube dispenser. There is a direct sea view from the living room, balcony and kitchen! A staircase leads to a further living/bedroom on the 2nd floor. This is furnished with two sofas, which can also be used as a single bed. There is also a 1.40 m double bed (please note: access to the bed with a maximum headroom of 1.70 m). A chest of drawers and a 42-inch Smart TV with satellite connection round off the offer. Here you can also enjoy the marvellous sea view. The bathroom with adjoining sauna, snail shower, bidet and toilet can be reached from the bed-sitting room.
Outside there is a parking space and a shed for bicycles. The large meadow in front of the house facing the sea is available to guests for shared use.

The Puttgarden-Rödby tunnel will be completed near Marienleuchte by 2029.
There is a pebble beach with bathing jetty in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Marienleuchte lighthouse. The property borders on a military base. The ferry harbour Puttgarden is approx. 2 km away, Fehmarn's capital Burg with shopping facilities approx. 8 km. Fehmarn has a golf course and a water ski centre.
At the moment there may be noise pollution on the side facing away from the sea due to a building site.
