Uso nickname su tripadvisor. diranno che non ci sono stata, invece, purtroppo, ci sono stata ed e' terribile. prezzi da 4 stelle, ma in effetti vale neanche mezza stella. vetusto, parti comuni sporchissime, arredato con dubbio gusto e colazione vergognosa, con la signora della reception che ti serve un cornetto di cartone ed un cappuccino indecente (non puoi serviti da solo la roba di cartone che servino la mattina). Ovviamente abbiamo evitato la colazione il giorno sucessivo. TV che non funziona, insomma una debacle totale! Le foto sono forse di un altro hotel. non rispecchiano in NULLA la tragicommedia di questa bettola. Altro che 3 stelle! Da chiudere.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una family room a febbraio 2024, hotel comodo, pulito, molto accogliente, personale cortese e disponibile, dimensione familiare. Colazione semplice ma molto buona. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

Assolutamente consigliato
Posizione ottima, ben arredato, camere ampie e pulite con bagni spaziosi. Colazione allietata dalla gentilezza dei proprietari sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Giardino godibile anche per poterci lavorare. Rapporto qualita'prezzo molto buono.Ci torneremo sicuramente

Albergo datato e trascurato , poca pulizia, titolari ( soprattutto il figlio ) , molto scortesi , camere con muffa e scarichi intasati, nessuna insonorizzazione, praticamente senti respirare il tuo vicino di camera .
Da starci lontano.

Albergo datato. Ottima posizione. Tuttavia pessima insonorizzazione della stanza. Ero a piano terra e si sentivano tutte le persone che entravano e la porta automatica di entrata. Bagno vecchio con la doccia che non "tira" bene. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché non inclusa. Ad ogni entrata in hotel si sentiva sempre un forte odore di sigarette. Sono stati gentili a farci occupare la stanza dalle ore invece delle 14

Do not stay here
Well where do I start? Very dated room, hair dryer looked from the 1970s, shower was cold, plug sockets didn’t work and if they did they were above your head in the bed. I became best friends with the bed bugs that constantly bit me in the night, the air con and tv didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken. Catfish springs to mind as the pictures on website the rooms look nice, instead ours I wouldn’t let my pet rat stay . The duvet was thin and crusty, also looked like it was from the 70s. It has no electronic cards but a key with a giant weight on which is too heavy to carry around, so you have to leave at reception. Have no idea how this hotel so many good reviews on here as this quite frankly was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in.

1 night in Milan
A 5-minute walk from the Metro station. Small and cozy rooms with room heater. No elevator. A small, but decent complementary breakfast. More like a BnB, than a hotel. Overall a nice stay within this budget.

No descansamos
Llegamos y el servicio de los trabajadores lo mejor, agradables y cercanos. El hotel ya es otro tema, nos toco una habitación vieja, humedad por todo el lavabo, La Luz parpadeaba y parecía una discoteca. La taza del lavabo rota y cada vez que te sentabas se escuchaba un golpe enorme. La ducha con moho y rota por las esquinas. Todo demasiado viejo. Los marcos de la puerta desconchados . La cama imposible de descansar, dolores de espalda todas las mañanas y escuchábamos roncar al hombre de la habitación de al lado por no hablar de las conversaciones que tenían. A las seis de la mañana todos los días un bebé llorando como si estuviera en la misma habitación. Poca insonorización .La ubicación es buena ya que hay una parada de metro a pocos metros pero si quieres ir caminando está lejos.

Good value for your money
We stopped here for a night while interrailing. The hotel was nice and clean with reasonable size rooms. Service and breakfast were both very good. A little walk to the nearest metro station but not too bad. All in all, a very good stay!

Cama muy cómoda y baño completo !!
La zona es tranquila y muy segura ... recomendado 100%
El desayuno incluido sencillo pero más que suficiente !! La atención de la familia fue más que agradable !!

Ok
The people working the front desk are really helpful and made our stay better. However, the room was not the best. The pillows are paper thin and made it difficult to get comfortable at night. The shower was quite dirty and water would not drain and we also found dark long hairs tangled in our blanket. However for the pricing it does give you a roof over your head and bed to sleep close to the metro.

Buena relación calidad/ precio.
Ah, el aire acondicionado existe, pero no te dan el mando a distancia para manejarlo.

Très bien
L’hôtel est légèrement excentré mais le centre est à 4 stations de métro. Le quartier est calme. L’hôtel est assez petit. Les chambres très propres, très modernes et bien agencées. Un balcon pour les chambres supérieures. En revanche le petit déjeuner est très simple. La salle de petit déjeuner est mal agencée. Seul le café relève la note ! Mais pour le prix, que peut on rêver de mieux.

Nice and comfortable
Stayed here with family for several nights at the end of October. We had the Family Superior Room which is a two bedroom suite. Accommodations were very comfortable, facilities very clean, breakfast was good - only thing that was missing was some fruit. We liked the location which was not far from the center of town with easy parking and subway access.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix et accueil
J'ai séjourné pendant 5 nuits dans cet hôtel en chambre single. Le lit est confortable et la chambre dispose d'une télévision.
Il y a : minibar, sèche-cheveux, serviettes, produits de toilette, double-vitrage.
La réception est ouverte 24/24.
J'ai été admirablement accueillie par la réceptionniste le soir de mon arrivée, qui est d'ailleurs allée me chercher un cachet pour mon mal de crâne. Mais tous les réceptionnistes étaient aimables et disponibles.
L'hôtel est par ailleurs très proche de la station de métro Loreto qui permet d'aller rapidement dans l'hypercentre. Le corso Buenos Aires avec beaucoup de boutiques est également proche, ainsi que la gare centrale.

Belle petit Hôtel
Nous avons séjourné deux nuitées dans cet hôtel situé face à un parc au calme piazza Aspromonte à 500 m du corso Buenos Aires et ses multiples boutiques et à 200m à pieds de la station de métro Loreto qui va vers le dôme de Milan et la station centrale. Il y a également une station de bus devant l'hôtel qui va aussi vers la gare centrale cela évite d'aller à pieds jusqu'au métro.

Nous sommes arrivées en retard mais la gérante a eu l'amabilité de ne pas annuler la réservation et après négociation elle nous a même offert le petit déjeuner (bon on parlait italien cela a été d'une grande aide).

Chambre propre et spacieuse au rez de chaussée avec salle de bain privative et wifi qui fonctionnait à merveille ainsi qu'une grande offre de chaines de télé surtout anglophones (quelques chaines arabes et françaises). Bonne literie également.

Le petit déjeuner est très basique (pas de salé jute du sucré) mais la salle ou il est servi est spacieuse.
Trés bon séjour dans l'ensemble à recommander.

Hotel très bien situé - Super accueil
Hotel tout simple. Super accueil. Chambre correct avec clim. Vue sur un jardin et des habitations typiques italiennes. Petit déjeuner correct. Mais surtout très bien situé à 3mn de la station de métro qui permet de rallier tout milan et la gare centrale pour excursionner plus loin.

Bon séjour
Hotel placé sur une place calme avec un petit parc au milieu, à quelque minutes de la station de métro qui va ver le Duomo. Les chambres sont très correctes et propres.Le personnel de la réception très agréable. À recommander

Excelente la atención de la familia
Muy lindo hotel atendido por una familia muy atenta a las necesidades de los pasajeros, con buenos consejos para disfrutar mas la estadía. Muy tranquilo el barrio y cerca del metro. La habitación amplia y muy limpia. Buen desayuno.

Aceptable si nos basamos en el precio
Hotel sencillo pero viejo y bastante descuidado que, si tenemos en cuenta el precio de los que se ofertan en los alrededores, no está mal... En España no pasaría de ser un Hostal.
Mi habitación era individual y pequeña, pero bien distribuida. Las paredes un poco sucias (una manita de pintura le vendría bien) y el baño aceptable, aunque la grifería del lavabo no funcionaba bien. La ducha correcta.
Creo que con pintar y cambiar la colcha (vieja y con remiendos) la habitación tendría otro aspecto más aceptable.
El desayuno x 4 € está bien, no se puede pedir mucho por ese precio, y tiene varias cosas para elegir (ver foto adjunta). Al salón del desayuno también le vendría bien una buena reforma...
Si quieres algo barato este es tu hotel, pero no debes ser muy escrupuloso. Creo que pagando un poco más debe haber hoteles mas nuevos y más limpios por la zona.

Klein, Sauber Freundlich
Aspromonte Hotel,
ist nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber nicht weit von U-Bahn. Zimmer war für mich relativ klein, aber jeden Tag geputzt. Mein Frühstück war immer frisch und ausreichen, die Auswahl entspricht einem kleinen Hotel. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Man muss berücksichtige, dass in Mailand grundsätzlich höher Preise sind, damit ist auch Preis/Leistung Verhältnis nicht vergleichbar.

nettes kleines Hotel zentrumsnah
Wir waren leider nur eine kurze Nacht in diesem netten Hotel, Zimmer sehr schön, Bad geräumig. Es gibt auch einen Garten. Der Frühstückskaffee war ausgezeichnet, zu mehr hatten wir leider keine Zeit. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

schön, sauber, zentral - ungenießbares Frühstück, Juckreiz
Von außen und innen schön gestaltet und ausgerichtet. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich gewesen und hat sich bemüht. Mit der UBAHN brauchte man nur 5 min in die Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und bat genug Platz. Die Klimaanlage erleichterte die Nachtruhe erheblich! Ein paar Sachen, wie Lampen, etc. waren kaputt - trotzdem alles sauber!
Das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Kaum Auswahl, wenig Frische, madiger Geschmack.
Das WLAN war zwar umsonst, aber hat nur bei einer Person funktioniert.
Außerdem hatten wir nach der 2. Nacht juckende Stiche am Körper.

supernettes Hotelpersonal, sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr gutes, mehr als ausreichendes Frühstück
ich war bereits das 2. mal in diesem kleinen, netten Hotel, diesmal mit meinem Hund in einem Appartment des Hotels, gleich daneben. Gegenüber dem Hotel ist ein schattiger Park mit 2 Hundezonen, sehr angenehm! In einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß befindet man sich auf der Shoppingmeile des Corso Buenos Aires - Toll!!!
Alles super im Hotel, gut klimatisiert - Außentemperatur 39 grad, sauberes Service, wie immer äußerst freundliches Personal, auch beim Frühstück sehr nett, Frühstück im Garten sehr angenehm....
Dieses 3sternHotel kann ich sehr empfehlen für Gäste, die wenig Wert auf Design legen, aber dafür familiäre, sehr freundliche Atmosphäre preferieren !

kleines familiäres hotel. ausreichendes frühstücksangebot. betten leider qualitativ nicht sehr hochwertig. bim und bus vor der türe. 5 min zu ubahn. im sommer kleiner garten. gegenüber kleiner park. viele hotels in der selben strasse. kostenloses wlan.
