da non ripetere

Personale per niente disponibile: di 3 lettini prenotati e pagati in anticipo, uno era libero perchè una delle persone era malata e si sono rifiutati di rimborsare 27 euro.
Non ci sono docce calde e chiuse, ma solo docce aperte a bordo piscina!
Per 27 euro mi sembra il minimo poter utilizzare una doccia calda!

Quando estrai l'Asso dal mazzo di carte.

In 14, abato sera h 20, disperati perchè non trovavamo un locale che ci accettasse senza prenotazione e col temporale incombente, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante sulla spiaggia. All'interno non c'era posto, ma lesimpatiche, gentili e solerti ragazze dello staff, hanno fatto di tutto per farci accomodare all'esterno e, riparati da ombrelloni e barriere in plexiglas, siamo riusciti a mangiare molto bene, comodi e con un panorama di primordine. Anche i piatti è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Ottimo pesce di lago, un Risotto al Persico davvero Ottimo, pizze ben fatte. Molto brave le ragazze a "gestire" i nostri ragazzi un po' casinisti. Prezzi adeguati al posto. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, Io lo consiglio

Exceeded our expectation

So happy to find this beautiful gem of an establishment! During our rainy stay in Bellano, my family and I were fortunate to get a reservation last minute. The owners and staff were so welcoming( as if we were family) the food was not only delicious, it was presented nicely. Looking forward to returning again next June!

Poor service

The staff is rude and unable to handle costumers. We tried to ask for two salads at 2.45 pm on SUNDAY and they told us that the kitchen was closed. Customer care is poor. Umbrellas are too close.

ottima cena

con amici siamo stati in questo ristorante pizzeria. Su prenotazione abbiamo mangiato la paella spagnola sublime fatta da veri intenditori un grazie allo chef che si e superato provare per credere .
ho scoperto che tutti i venerdi sera su prenotazione la paella e disponibile fantastico tornero' sicuramente complimenti personale gentile e veloce bravi bravi bravi

Che pranzo di m****

Ci siamo fermati in 6 amici per un pranzo veloce e buono.
Incominciando con 20 minuti solo per vedere il menù, al momento della consegna dei menù (2 per 6 persone) ce li lanciano sul tavolo senza un minimo di educazione.
Ci hanno preso l’ordine dopo altri 20 minuti creando una confusion allucinante con l’ordine delle portate, portando i Piatti totalmente a caso.
Ho preso un piatto di scialatielli ai frutti di mare, gamberone totalmente distrutto con il cervello nel piatto, il sugo sapevo solo di pomodoro inoltre ad essere più che acquoso.
Pizza discreta e “verdure al forno” arrivate congelate.
Posto poco curato e disordinato, camerieri davvero poco professionali.
Bella solo la vista.

Lovely views, very cramped though

We booked sunbed with umbrella.
The beds are way too close together. We asked to be moved and thankfully there were lots of empty beds available

If you are booking I recomend beds number 2 or number 3 as there is a ladder to the lake so there is a natural space between the beds! Amazing views of the lake. Close to the public beach so lots of noise from kids.

Only lager available at the bar which was disappointing as I was hoping for cocktails.

Toilets not cleaned or maintained the entire time we were there no toilet paper atlnd no hand wash

Food was good.

Service very good also

Lage super, Service mangelhaft.

Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist super, darum waren wir gleich zweimal da. Das Essen (Pizza, Frittierte Meeresfrüchte, Salat) ist ok, aber der Service ist wirklich eine negative Überraschung: beim ersten Mal war unsere Servicekraft nicht einmal in der Lage, eine Flasche Wein zu öffnen. Beim zweiten Mal wurden wir erst gar nicht und dann ganz langsam und schlecht gelaunt bedient, obwohl es wirklich nicht sonderlich voll war. Englisch mangelhaft („you want eat?“), Wasser haben wir nicht bekommen, obwohl bestellt und zu den Salatblättern musste ich mir Öl und Essig auch selbst suchen. Aber wie gesagt: die Aussicht direkt am Wasser ist super.!

Zero

4 ou 5 jeunes serveuses qui sont désorganisées, tournent autour sans savoir où elles vont, et nous proposent une table intérieur car tout est réservé (déçu mais ok). Après 25 minutes dans le bruits, nous finissons par partir car PERSONNE n'est venu vers nous. Pas de prise de commande. Pas d'eau. Bref ciao.

Good pizza, bad service and organisation

We have reserved a place at a time to eat some pizza but we were served after one hour. The reason they said that before they serve the take away pizza and after the table. How wrong I can say to organise a restaurant like this, you have to give priority or mix the order from table and take away and keep the clients happy serving them if they have to wait, some free appetiser. The pizza was nice and tasty but you have to improve your customer service!

Cuisine moyenne mais super terrasse

Ici on paye la vue sur le lac. On a pris des pates. Un peu trop al dente. Sauce tomate acide pas assez mijotée. Les crevettes et calamars étaient bons. Cuisson parfaite. La serveuse pas trop avenante mais la patronne souriante!

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, ce qui fait le succès de ce restaurant.
La cuisine est moyenne, le service lent, on sent un manque d'organisation dans les équipes.
La vue est superbe, la terrasse assez agréable.

La ubicación es la mejor

Fuimos a cenar, nos ubicamos en la terraza, una hermosa vista. Comenzó a llover, y rápidamente, los camareros nos acomodaron, en otra terraza cubierta. La atención, muy buena.
La comida normal, nos nada especial, nos pareció caro.

Restaurant bien situé

Bel endroit en bord de lac
Malgré la faible affluence le temps d’attente est prohibitif
La police vient commander deux pizza et le service est stoppé pendant 20 minutes !
Prévoir 5 euros de taxes par personne pour les couverts ( copperto )
Les plats sont bons
Crème catalane en dessert très bonne
Rapport qualité prix au dessus de la moyenne locale , la situation se paie ...

Touristenfalle mit netter Aussicht

Wir haben das Restaurant von unserem host emfohlen bekommen und haben auf Grud der guten Bewertungen einen Tisch dort reserviert. Die Karte ist auf Italienisch und Englisch geschrieben zusätzlich gibt es Bilder die unserer Meinung nach nicht ansprehend aussehen und nicht der Realität entsprechen. Der Service war ok nichts besonderes. Wir hatten 2 Pizzen und 2 Nudelgerichte bestellt. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit bekamen wir unser Essen. Die Pizza war tatsächlich die schlechteste Pizza die ich je in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Jede Tiefkühlpizza schmeckt besser. Sehr viel Käse, rand nicht knusprig, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte die man mit einer Lupe suchen musste hat sehr stark gestunken und streng geschmeckt. Nudeln mit lachs für 14€ waren nicht durch sehr hart und der Lachs war sehr übersichtlich, alt und nur die dunkle haut angebraten. Im Großen und ganzen haben wir 2 Bissen gegessen 70€ bezahlt bauchschmerzen inkl. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Fantastische aussicht. Ich würde empfehlen dort was zu trinken und die Aussicht zu genissen. Vom Essen würde ich die Finger lassen.

Schlechter Service, überforderte Küche

Ich war zum Dritten Mal mit der Familie dort. Das Restaurant voll, über 1 Stunde aufs Essen gewartet. Total überforderte Küche. Dem Personal und dem Chef scheint es egal zu sein. NIE wieder !

okay, aber nix besonderes

wir waren mittags hier bei schönstem Sonnenschein im September. Die Pizza war okay, das Dessert, welches auf der Karte wunderbar aussah, leider tiefgefroren und warum auch immer einer der Kellner hat das "Sonnendeck" verschlossen (wahrscheinlich hatte sich ein Gast über die Hitze (September 15 Grad im Schatten...) beschwert). Das Ambiente war nicht so toll, dafür die Lage direkt am See umso besser.
