Absolutely awful
Arrived and no one available had to wait for someone to show us where to go. Man arrived barely said a word, very rude. Showed us up to an apartment that was FILTHY. All beds slept in with stained sheets, both bathrooms really dirty all towels used toilets disgusting. The kitchen was full of half eaten take aways and rubbish. The noise from building site outside was dreadful. Man tried to leave but stopped him and he eventually called someone who then asked us to leave for an hour whilst they got cleaners in. Was then shown to another apartment in another block whilst this was cleaner it was much smaller and needed a lit of TLC.. there was only 1 bathroom paid for apartment with 2. No view as advertised and not enough room for 3 people to sit. Tv not working. Still waiting for phone call for at least part refund as didn’t get what paid for. This ruined sons 18th birthday.

Convenient and comfortable.
This hotel, right near transport on Canary Wharf, is clean and spacious. Underground and DLR within minutes and buses out the front. The apartment is complete with a kitchenette if you want to prepare you own meals but Tesco, Waitrose and Marks and Spence all have supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Our apartment overlooked the water. Secure entry so you feel safe at all times. Highly recommended.

Security deposit refund
I have never in my life dealt with such terrible staff. They took a £100 security deposit from us and told us that it would be refunded within 5-7 working days. It’s been 2 weeks since they said this and each time we phone all we get is someone who says ‘I know nothing about this, phone accounts team’ they can not wait to get you off the phone! Communication was very poor and they wouldn’t allow us to check in slightly earlier to drop off suitcases (unless we paid £60) - all we wanted to do was drop off a case! Will certainly not be staying here again and will warn everyone we know not to use them! Shockingly bad!

Wouldnt stay here again...
Zen

Took a long time to find Zen Apartment. Travelled to South Quay DLR station and used Google maps to find this apartment. It took me to Meridian Place, so phoned Zen office and was sent a text to the actual address. The representative from Zen was outside the building, as there is no signage. She introduced herself and then entered the building and showed me to my room on the 7th floor. She wanted to see some identification - passport or photo driving license which I was surprised as my company used Egencia to book the apartment. Didn't sleep very well, as DLR trains kept me awake as South Quay station is 2 minutes walk away.

Actual address is Discovery Dock East (3 South Quay Square, E14 9RU)

Awful - Cancelled with 2 days notice
I have never dealt with such an awful company. I booked months ago using booking.com and they took £200 from my card as a security deposit (with no notice I might add). I didn't hear anything else until 2 days prior to our reservation where I had an email saying it had been cancelled due to an invalid card. The card wasn't invalid - it was valid enough for them to take the £200 deposit. I was straight on the phone to the site who didn't call me back so called booking.com - apparently there were no more 2 bed apartments available (about 1-2 hours after it being cancelled) - and they would have to put us in 2 x 1 bed apartments not next to each other. They have been a nightmare to get hold of - if they made a mistake they should have called me rather than causing all that stress by cancelling the booking with 48 hours notice. Absolutely appalled.

l'appartamento in se non è male ma l'igiene e la pulizia sono un'altra cosa. vivamente sconsigliato se viaggiate con la moglie/fidanzata che non vi perdonerà mai. potrebbe andar bene per la posizione se dovete recarvi alla vicina arena O2, altrimenti andate oltre. il prezzo poi non è nemmeno economico.

Vaste, propre et vue agréable sur la Tamise
Appartement moderne, très propre avec une vue sympa sur la Tamise. Cuisine entièrement équipée (sauf une théière????) très pratique. Chambre confortable au calme.
Facile d'accès grâce aux diverses lignes de métro (Canary Wharf station). Très bien situé avec plusieurs choix de restaurants/snack dans les environs et surtout dans les galeries commerçantes du métro, véritable ville souterraine.

Personnel réactif (une ampoule manquait, changée dans la demi-journée même) et très professionnel, avec une amabilité typiquement anglaise.

Réservation zen apartment meridian place
Appartement dans un état catastrophique, sale, sous équipé, sans cafetière, sans petites cuillères. Salle de bain dans un état déplorable avec des moisissures partout et surtout une odeur de renfermée prenante. Et que dire de la literie qui est purement hors d'usage dans toutes les chambres. Et je passe le canapé troué, les lumières cassées, le chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas etc... jai le sentiment de m'être fait arnaqué.

Spacieux, et propre
Bel appartement bien placé
Attention pas grand chose pour se restaurer le soir le WE.
Situé dans un quartier d'affaire.
Le troisième couchage pour 6 personnes se fait dans une des chambres en lit simple et dans le séjour sur un canapé !
Malgré l'isolation phonique, une chambre donne sur le métro. Un peu bruyant.
Accueil, il a été nécessaire de refaire un paiement, le paiement en ligne n'avait "pas fonctionné !"
Rdv est donné proche de l’appartement pour être guidé

Descuidado y Sucio
Nosotros estuvimos en el Discovery Docks East. El apartamento está muy descuidado y sucio: las cortinas rotas, el sofá con unas manchas terribles, el baño con las marcas de producto sin aclarar, y la cocina....la vajilla sucia, la vitrocerámica con grasa y los muebles pegajosos. Tuvimos que limpiarla antes de usarla y también pusimos el lavavajillas que resultó no funcionar porque empezó a salirse el agua por debajo. Un desastre y una decepción enormes porque la verdad es que el sitio es bonito y el apartamento luminoso y amplio.

Secondo viaggio a Londra
Appartamento situato in una posizione strategica, a 100 metri dalla fermata della DLR che porta ai maggiori punti di interesse di Londra in 10 minuti. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, l'unica nota negativa è la mancanza di stoviglie.

Cauzione mai restituita
Sono stata qui un mese e, per quanto l'appartamento fosse decente, di certo non giustificava 500£ di cauzione e nemmeno il prezzo esorbitante pagato per il soggiorno. Dopo due mesi dal ritorno sto ancora aspettando che me la restituiscano. Evitatelo assolutamente!

Son unos sinverguenzas!
Los apartamentos estas bien, aunque cuando llegamos nuestro apartamento no tenia luz y contrataron un apartamento de otra compañia para pasar alli la noche, con esto nos hicieron perder tiempo al dia siguiente con tener que mudarnos a otro apartamento, le dijimos que rebajaran el precio y se negaron. (Ademas de que el apartamento contratado tenia la calefaccion rota y no se podia ni estar alli del calor que hacia, horrible).
Al final de nuestra estancia, el deposito de 200£ que pagamos en mano debia ser ingresado, en nuestro caso, este dinero ellos mismos nos dijero que lo iban a ingresar en la cuenta INGLESA de unos familiares que teniamos alli, que fueron los que pusieron el deposito en mano. A la hora de devolver el deposito, no lo hicieron tal y como habiamos acordado que habia que hacer, queriendo pagarnos en euros y menos dinero de lo que equivale a 200£.

Struttura bellissima
L'appartamento è in ottima posizione, a due minuti a piedi dalla metro DLR stazione south quay perfettamente collegata al centro. A sole due fermate si può prendere la Jubilee Line. Proprio sotto l'appartamento c'è il supermercato tesco aperto sino alle 23. La camera perfetta con affaccio sul tamigi molto accogliente e pulita.Camera dotata di Wifi, ferro da stiro, phone, asciugamani e bagnoschiuma.
Unica pecca deposito cauzione in contanti che verrà restituito dai 3 ai 5 giorni dopo la fine del soggiorno.

Perfetto!
Siamo andati in questo posto a Marzo del 2014 e le proprietarie sono state accoglienti e disponibili! La zona era fantastica e l'appartamento a poca distanza dalla DLR. Camere pulite e letti comodi! Personalmente trovo sia un'ottima scelta se si è almeno in 4.

Muestran fotos en su página que no corresponden al departamento.
El departamento está arruinado, falto de pintura, con los pisos flotantes rotos y los muebles en mal estado. La atención es pésima. Solicitaron un depósito de 250 libras en garantía y se niegan a devolverlo aduciendo que debe ser Airbnb quien me lo tiene que devolver. Es un fraude

No son de fiar
A mi me ha pasado un caso similar a lo que comenta otro compañero. Tenia mi reserva desde Marzo para ir con mis padres, suegros, hermano, mujer e hijo y a 12 dias de ir, comenzaron a escribirme con problemas absurdos con mis tarjetas. Finalmente, a falta de 2 dias, confirmaron a Booking que no tenian disponibilidad y que me buscara la vida. En fin, muy bonitas las fotos, pero cuidado porque lo de las reservas lo llevan como mejor les interesa y no dudaran en dejaros fuera si les sale algo mejor. Penososo

Warnung vor kurzfristiger Absage seitens des Hotels
Wir buchten Ende Dezember 10 für 5 Nächte über Pfingsten (Juni 11) ein Appartment. Zusage erfolgte. Alles okay denkt man.
Drei Tage vor Anreise ein Anruf: Genau das Appartment, welches wir bekommen sollten, sei kaputt, müsste geflickt/renoviert werden. Als Alternative bot man -anderen Bewertungen zufolge- etwas mit tieferem Komfort an. Pool hätte es auch nicht gehabt. Das alles zum gleichen Preis!
Für uns ist klar: Hier werden kurzfristige Buchungen angenommen, welche man teurer verkaufen kann und die langfristigen Bucher versucht man in schlechtere Unterkünfte reinzumanövrieren. Für uns schlicht eine Unverfrorenheit.
Wir haben dankend auf den Aufenthalt dort verzichtet. Schliesslich ist London gross. Es gibt genügend Alternativen!
