De los peor que e visto en mucho años

Lo unico bueno que tienen son las vistas y la gran terraza. El resto no vale para nada. Mobiliario antiquísimos, el tubo del desagüe de la lavadora sale hacia la ducha, lo cual, si pongo la lavadora no me puedo duchar porque me sale el agua. Para el sofa cama, te dan las sabanas y hay te sirvas tu. La campana extractora de humo la sigo buscando, porque no tenia. Los toldos exteriores deteriorados. Las persianas no bajaban tampoco bien.
Una experiencia nefasta. A si me queria cambiar como lo vi al dia siguiente me cobraban la limpieza del apartamento para ponerme en otro.
Dicho por gente de ayi los hay peores. Lo cual no recomiendo a nadie que alquile con unitursa.

Vacaciones verano 23

Buena estancia , todo cómodo, 3 piscinas , pero no dejan jabón de manos, ni para fregar, ni estropajo, solo un paño y no tienen para escurrir platos.
Pudimos utilizar la animación del hotel diamante que fue genial para los niños, en especial Leía #7 , la animadora que es un encanto

Esmeralda Suites were the perfect base for our holiday in Calpe

We stayed for the month of October in the Esmeralda Suites (#2), floor 6, in a one bedroom self-catering apartment which overlooked the Rock, and the Esmeralda Hotel. Holiday was booked with Jet2. It was very close to two supermarkets (Consumer and Mercado) and a five minute walk to Aldi (15 minutes to Lidl).
The check-in was smooth, and the three times we contacted reception for maintenance assistance the team arrived within minutes… our 4-way UK extension cable didn’t like being plugged in using an EU adapter: suggest you take additional two-pin adapters just in case, although with three we managed happily for the month.
The towel deposit was fine (€10 a towel), the safe key was €20 a week but worth it and the linen was delivered promptly each Friday for us to renew. The staff we met were very helpful, and Google Translate helped at times!
The main thing to note is there is no soundproofing between the apartments, and it should also be noted that a percentage of them are privately owned and inhabited. Tiled floors magnify the slightest of sounds and unfortunately our last two nights were marred by the selfishness of two young French women who kept us awake till the early hours of the morning by FT’ing their partners back home and being quite loud, even when asked to keep the noise down. It’s the luck of the draw but the advice would be to get the Hotel staff to intervene quickly.
Calpe is a wonderful place to visit: the promenade walks and then up into the Old Town area is so relaxing and informative. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Didn’t climb the rock, many do, but we walked miles along the coast in both directions and up the mountain at the back of Calpe. There are no trains, but the #1 or #2 bus which stops opposite the Coral Cafe between the apartment and the Hotel takes 20 mins to get to the Tram Estacion (€1.50 one way), and then the Tram can take you north to Denia (change for a bus at Gata whilst the line is being upgraded) and south to Alicante (change tram at Benidorm): tickets are purchased on board, using an interactive screen that changes language for you and takes card payments. As an example, a return ticket from Calpe to Alicante (about 90 mins each way) was €5!
All in all, a great location for a s/c apartment, great sea views and a great option for a base to explore this beautiful area of the Costa Blanca.

Bien mais pourrait être mieux pour le prix

Très bel appartement à première vue avec une superbe vue. Sur la plage. Le parking ne pouvait être réservé à l avance et le lit bébé non plus ce qui est dommage car sans savoir j ai du emporter mon lit bébé alors que tout a été payéàlavance en agence. Sinon l appartement est bien et propre. À proximité des magasins restaurants et plage. Très jolies piscines. Bon accueil à la reception de l hôtel. Malheureusement je suis déçue par la hote qui est très vétuste et l oreole sur le mur de la chambre suite à un souci d humidité ultérieure. Ils auraient pu poncé et remettre un coup de peinture enfin dsns l ensemble c est pas mal. Il y a de quoi nettoyer et balayer. Un petit petcolateur quelques casseroles et quelques ustensiles de cuisine avec couverts et verres à eau.
Il y avait une odeur de tabac malheureusement je pense que pour ça il n y a rien grand chose à faire mais c est dommage quand on est non fumeur

Bellissimo soggiorno

Appartamento pulito, in vicinanza al mare, e al supermercato. Dotato di tutto, con una vista bellissima. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Le chiavi si ritirano al Hotel Esmeralda. Lo consiglio.☺️

Muy normalitos.

Apartamento espacioso y buena ubicacion, poco mas bueno que decir. De equipamiento muy justitos, no disponen de lavavajillas, ni colador, ni pinzas de ropa, sartenes oxidadas, ollas rotas, etc...muebles viejos y el aspecto del apartamento bastante descuidado. En definitiva son apartamentos de calidad muy justita, pero si vas a dormir y poco mas son perfectamente validos para pasar unos dias en Calpe.

Esmarelda appartments

I have been here 3 times. Every visit has been easy staff are very helpful . Location is perfect .

My one and only minus is that there is no pool side seating. Bit of a let down .

Over all great place to stay.

Choo choo train to take you round town 4 euros . Great value

Location d un appartement 2 chambres à esmeralda suite .Vue superbe , déçu par le manque de vaisselle, les matelas, l hygiène piscine.il faudrait que l'appartement soit fourni avec le matériel suffisant pour les occupants. Difficile de faire de la cuisine 1 saladier pour 6 ,3 ramequins, 1 petite casserole..... dommage. Conseiller ce complexe difficile s'il ne s informe pas plus pour les besoins quotidiens d une famille, il suffirait de peu.Calpe est à découvrir

Tranquilas y cómodas vacaciones

Mi familia y yo hemos decidido ir a estos apartamentos en los que siempre repetimos. Esta vez nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta nuevamente.
Nos ofrecieron una planta muy alta y disfrutamos de grandes vistas, me gustó porque se divisan ambas playas (la fossa y la de benissa) y también las vistas al precioso peñón de Ifach.
La terraza siempre estará en sombra por lo que comer en su exterior es un lujo (cuidado con las gaviotas que están al acecho).
Dentro del apartamento todo está genial y todo funciona bien. Me gustó que el menaje de la cocina me lo encontré a estrenar.
Luego en mobiliario todo es correcto. Cuentas con comodidades como mantas gordas si hace frío (tuve que usarlas porque refrescaba), secador de pelo, tumbonas en la terraza, espejos en el dormitorio...
Supermercados al lado. Tienes 2 grandes consum y mercadona, y la playa enfrente aunque esté en tercera fila no importa su tranquilidad lo compensa.

Muy flojo

Esperábamos algo mejor, habitación grande y luminosa, los muebles son viejos y no muy bien cuidados ya que tienen manchas que no se pueden lavar. Tanto la cama como el sofá son muy incómodos. Los utensilios de cocina antiguos y en mal estado.

great location

what can i say staff were great the place could do with up grade coat of paint new beds the place was full of people on biking holidays thank god we were on first floor people waiting for lifts with they bikes to go on lifts was a night mare it was a bit of a xxx hole but 2 star what more can you ask for

Anniversary holiday

Booked this as a last minute holiday
Staff that were on reception the evening we arrived were rude very unfriendly made me feel very uncomfortable
The suites is a small walk away from hotel
These apartments are very very basic need deep cleaned The shower in apartment is a bonus as it has great pressure there is a washing machine on balcony
The apartment has a iron and ironing board no kettle no oven.The towels they provide do not get changed bedding doesn’t get changed we were there for a week The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in is as hard as anything and I like a hard bed but this was awful my husband said to reception they said they would provide a mattress topper this was a blanket doubled over and put on bed we had sore backs never had a decent sleep the full week there
I wouldn’t recommend going here it was the worst holiday I have had due to the apartment
Calpe it’s self is beautiful I’d highly recommend looking for another hotel I definitely not the apartment

Clean and great location. Had a cracking holiday.

The room itsekf is very clean and tidy, has everything you would need in a basic self contained place. The location is excellent. The beds were a little firm but that was sorted with a mattress topper delivered within 2 hours of request, no kettle but again was sorted on request.

Washing machine was a great bonus, supermarkets close by, beach within 2 mins walking. We had a lovely sea view from the balcony.

Aircon kept the room comfortably cool when the temperature outside reached over 30.

A couple of people had issue with the lifts,the lifts were in perfect working order for the full fortnight we were here.

The outdoor pool area was clean and well kept.

The beds and towels were changed after a week but as we had a washing machine we were happy to wash the towels as we needed them however we had plenty to use.

The only problem is the sound proofing. We were woken often by the surrounding rooms noise.

All in all I would recommend these apartments for a holiday and we would stay again.

Génial

Les appartements sont très bien équipés, propres et vue sur la piscine et la mer! Il y a aussi un grand balcon!
On est près de tout: plage, port, restaurants, boutiques, supermarché...pas besoin de prendre la voiture!

Pas mal

Avions réservé via Odalys 1 appart 3/4 personnes. 1 chambre fermée + 1 sofa dans le salon. Ce dernier a 1 lit 1 personne glissé dessous, qui se tire et remonte à hauteur de la banquette pour faire 2 places.
Lors de notre arrivée, il n'y avait des draps que pour le lit du bas. La réception m a expliqué que qd les enfants avaient moins de 10 ans, ils dormaient dans le même lit ( en 90)!!!!!!!! Sinon il fallait prendre 2 chambres.
Elle m a qd même donné 1 paire de draps supplémentaires.
Qq surprises car comme aucun état des lieux ni à l entrée ni à la sortie, on découvre. ..1 chaise cassée, un oreiller décousu. Rien de grave car l appart est recent et fonctionnel.
La machine à laver sur le balcon est un stout indéniable.
Mais Calp n est vraiment pas joli avec ses buildings collés à la plage.

Für Kurzurlaub gut geeignet

Ende November/Anfang Dezember waren wir (meine Schwester und ich) für eine Woche zu Besuch der Familie, die leider keinen Platz zum Übernachten hatte. Also sind wir in ein Apartment in das Esmeralda Suites. Netter Empfang von einem Deutsch und Englisch-sprechenden Herrn (die anderen sprechen teilweise auch Deutsch oder Englisch), obwohl wir erst kurz vor Mitternacht ankamen. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Der Schnitt des Apartments ist gut. Küche mit Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen (Arg genutzt) ausgestattet. 2 große Balkone, toller Blick in beide Richtungen, nach rechts zum Penòn und nach links nach Moreira. Die Badezimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig und nicht sehr sauber. Der Rest der Wohnung war ok. Ein sehr kleiner Fernseher mit DVBT Receiver, der nur wenige Deutsche Sender hatte. Dafür aber ein sehr lautes Grund-Brummen, so daß man nach 5 Minuten abschalten mußte - Horror! Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde gerade W-Lan installiert. Leider noch nicht in den Suiten. In der (kleinen) Halle war das Signal gut. Besser ging es in der angrenzenden Hotelhalle des Hotels Esmeralda. Nach Vorzeigen des Ausweises den man beim Check-in vom Portier in den Suites bekam, war es hier auch kein Problem, den Zugangscode für das W-Lan zu bekommen. Alles in allem für einen Kurzurlaub gut geeignet.
