Built in 2015, this spacious 89 m² accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The flat has its own garden and a covered terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing hours even in less sunny weather.
Our holiday flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet central and close to all important facilities such as doctors' surgeries, pharmacies, post office, church, railway and shopping facilities such as NARR bakery, EDEKA and ALDI. A private covered parking space for your car is included.
Modern comforts await you inside: a walk-in shower, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a light-flooded living atmosphere with electric shutters and underfloor heating. Satellite TV and a stereo system provide entertainment, while free Wi-Fi keeps you connected at all times.
Quiet, peaceful dogs up to 60 cm shoulder height are very welcome here. The flat is located on the ground floor and is therefore barrier-free. Door widths and further details are available on request.
There is also a bicycle storage room, which is accessible via a lift, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate cellar room. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for a small fee.
