Great excursions possible: Danube loop, Ortenburg, castle and wildlife park, bird park, Bavarian ForestPassau (35 min), Regensburg (1 hour), Munich: by car or train (direct from Osterhofen), 1.5 hours, Bayernticket ! Vienna: 3 hours
