Good clean budget hotel
Budget friendly hotel. The carpets could do with a refresh but other than that everything else was very clean. Room was a good size, staff are very helpful and friendly. Ideal location to walk to everything in Nice and literally 2 minutes from the tables in station. Extremely good value for money. It’s a 3 star hotel so as long as you don’t expect more you will be satisfied.

Very good location
The hotel is very close and within easy walking distance to the Nice Ville train station. It is a small hotel but very clean. The rooms are on the small size but typical of what one will find in European cities. The staff was very helpful. There are many restaurants close by or within one-third of a mile.

Disapointing
A very disappointing stay from the perspective of someone who works in this industry.
I had requested additional pillows prior to arrival. This request was ignored. I asked after checked in to be told there was none. I asked the following day & again was told no.
Staff were rude throughout the stay.
Room was TINY, impossible to move. The sink is physically touching you while on the toilet.
There's a sign in reception which states a €10 fee for a lost keycard which i found quite unusual.
Breakfast was very limited & multiple times we seen staff restock the breakfast selection directly from shop bought packets.

Ineffable
Je vous recommande cette hôtel à moins de 2 minutes de la gare l’hôtel est beau le service irréprochable le ménage pareil tout est parfait seulement le petit déjeuner et non inclus que je trouve un peu chère pour ce que c’est je vous recommande

Posizione molto buona per visitare la città. Personale alla reception molto disponibile e gentile a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. La pulizia non è impeccabile, ma il cambio asciugamani e la sistemazione stanza é quotidiana. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio!

Pas au niveau...
Personnel très sympathique et hôtel relativement propre.
Par contre, insonorisation à revoir au point d'entendre les réveils des chambres autour de vous.
Cheveux trouvés dans la literie.
Petit déjeuner vraiment très sommaire avec un pain d'une qualité médiocre.
Peu de choix.
Je n'y retournerai pas...

Fais le job mais cher pour ce que c’est
Hôtel respectable avec un personnel agréable et une chambre propre.
En revanche, manque de charme, chambre pas terrible (petite, pas très bien agencée), mal insonorisé, pas mal de vis à vis, petit déjeuner moyen.
Hôtel qui fait le job mais un peu cher pour ce que c’est.

Nice and clean
Nice budget hotel very near to the central station. The hotel is in walking distance to the old part of Nice and the beach. There are some local restaurants and a supermarket near by. Good hotel for a short stay in Nice.

Very ideally located budget hotel
This is a budget hotel so obviously reviewed as such! Great location to Main Street through Nice and train station. Very clean and beds changed daily and fresh towels every day. We chose not to have breakfast so I can’t comment on that.
Staff friendly.
Room was quite spacious for 4 of us. Looked freshly painted. Modern shower room. Toilet had no sink so had to go into shower room to wash hands (main annoying thing) and not enough mirrors if a few drying hair. However, it’s a budget hotel and that’s what we wanted so all in all, it was absolutely fine for what we paid.

Muy cerca de la estacion de tren
Hotel pequeño, habitaciones pequeñas pero suficiente y muy bien ubicado, a 1 cuadra de la estación de tren donde hay varias opciones para desayunar y conveniente para moverse en tren por la zona y a pocos minutos caminando del centro de Niza. El único comentario es que en la TV no tienen ningún canal en Ingles o español. Las habitaciones son tal cual las fotos.

Städtetrip Hotel
Hotel liegt zentral neben den Bahnhof Nice Ville und nahe der Einkaufsstrasse. In 10 Gehminuten ist man an der Strandpromenade.
Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross jedoch für einen Städttrip genügt das.
Sehr ruhige Lage.
Man hat auch die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu Frühstücken.

Terrible expérience, jamais à répéter
Notre famille à réservé deux nuits à cette hôtel.
Tout c'est mal passé. Douche ouverte, l'eau passait et innondait tout. Impossible voir tv, rien fonctionnait. Téléphone déconnecté. Fenêtre doit être fermé sinon pas de privacite. Personnel pas professionnel, aucun problème resolu. Au final on à resté seulement une nuit, pas de remboursement. Tant pis, sortir de cette endroit qu'ils appellent un hotel, c'était la meilleure expérience du jour.

La literie au top, les chambres sont très propres et le personnel très sympa et discret
L'hôtel est bien situé dans une rue au calme, pas du tout bruyante
Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner, cher pour ce que c'est, pas assez varié et peu de choix

Visita cómoda y económica
Hotel muy cómodo incluso en las habitaciones más económicas. El servicio de la recepción es único y muy flexible además de contar con un bufet variado de buena calidad. Ideal para viajar solo, en familia o con amigos. Buena ubicación, cerca del centro y de la estación principal de tren.

Muy Bien. Recomiendo.
Hotel de tres estrellas que cumple perfectamente las expectativas. Hemos pasado cuatro noches, tres personas adultas en una habitacion triple. Una cama doble amplia, y una cama individual; todas ellas son camas de verdad, con las mismas estructuras, los mismos colchones y el mismo ajuar de cama. Camas muy cómodas. Silencioso. La habitacion suficientemente amplia para moverse cómodos.
Desayuno bien, buffet sencillo pero suficiente y bien presentado en un espacio limpio y agradable. Guardamaletas. Ascensor. Recepcionistas amables y buen trato.
Buen precio. Muy buena relacion calidad/precio. Muy bien situado. Al lado de la calle comercial principal de Niza, muy cerca de la estacion de tren, cerca del tranvia del aeropuerto, muy cerca del paseo de los ingleses, plaza Massena, viejo Niza y de las zonas turisticas en general.
Han sido unos dias muy agradables y lo recomiendo sin duda. Cuando vuelva a Niza repetiré.

A Nizza per un weekend
Siamo stati a Nizza all'hotel Paganini per un weekend e la nostra esperienza è stata positiva. Letti comodi e puliti, asciugamani puliti e nuovi, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona. La posizione non è proprio centrale, si trova vicino alla stazione e per raggiungere il centro ci vogliono circa 15/20 minuti a piedi. Se siete in macchina potete lasciare l'auto al parcheggio della stazione a pagamento.

Vacanze in Costa azzurra!
Camere come da foto, pulizia della camera e del bagno buona, esattamente in linea con un hotel tre stelle.Fastidiosa la moquette macchiata. E' situato in una zona di Nizza poco sicura e non proprio pulita, probabilmente perché vicino alla stazione. Lo consiglio per soggiorni brevi come il nostro...due o tre giorni al massimo!

Muy buena experiencia
Muy cómoda la habitación para 5 personas! Es espaciosa, y nosotros estuvimos en verano y el aire acondicionado funcionó perfecto.
Muy buen ubicado para recorrer Niza.
Excelente atención del personal. Sugerencias de lugares para recorrer y para comer.
Excelente desayuno.

Top Hotel
Super Lage, sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad, Zimmer 25 hat einen niedlichen, kleinen Balkon. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Taxiservice günstiger als normale Preise. Ohne Frühstück gebucht, in der Nähe ist schönes Cafe.

Personale gentile..ma non basta
Punti positivi personale gentile, pulizia camera, vicinanza al centro, lati negativi: camera piccola, assenza frigo bar, la zona seppur vicino al centro è quella della stazione,per cui bisogna prestare un po' di attenzione, colazione nella norma, costo medio alto nel complesso.

Senza troppe pretese
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel il mese scorso e l’abbiamo scelto perché molto vicino alla stazione. Irrita un po’ la moquette non pulitissima e macchiata della stanza e la mancanza della chiave in bagno. In generale è consigliabile a chi non ha tante pretese.

Discreto y bien ubicado
Un hotel que no llama la atención, pero óptimo, cerca de la estación de tren. Eramos 4 amigas y nos encontramos súper cómodas, muy limpio y cordial atención. Buen desayuno. Llegamos de noche, pero al día siguiente el sol nos dio una gran alegría a pesar de ser invierno.

Gute Adresse
Wir waren nicht im Hotel selbst, sondern dem zugehörigen Studio untergebracht. Das ist eine kleine Maisoinette-Wohnung. Das Studio bietet genug Platz für 3-4 Personen und ist separat direkt von der Straße aus begehbar. Man hört etwas den Straßenlärm, aber das ist ok. Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs(5 Gehminuten) ist natürlich super. Kann man weiterempfehlen. Die Preise sind auch in Ordnung.

zentrale Lage, sehr gute Zimmer
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, drei Minuten vom Bahnhof und fünf von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber; Vom Frühstück ist absolut abzuraten, es gibt deutlich bessere Cafés in der Umgebung mit besserem Angebot zum gleichen Preis. Service eher durchschnitt.
