Helpful & friendly staff
Hi, we had a lovely stay at the apartment. The check in was straight forward/ helpful and theapartment clean & beautifully presented. The boiler flooded whilst we were there & staff arranged for plumber to visit & replace as soon as possible. Staff were also happy to facilitate a flexible check out. All in all, I would recommend & definitely would use their services again.

Fatastic modern apartment
The apartment is modern and beautifully decorated. Fantastic location - just 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is perfect for evening dining or daytime relaxing. I would highly recommend this apartment, I have been visiting Javea for many years and this is one of the best properties I have stayed in.

Apartment great.
Location ok bit boring for us though. Need a car to go anywhere, buses few and far between. We found it quite expensive.
I'd recommend the apartment but the area for us was not to our liking for 2 weeks.

Excellent in every way
We have been holidaying in Javea on and off for almost 20 years - the first ten of which, we stayed at a family home in the town. If anything, that spoiled us, because now what we rent properties, we are particularly hard to please (!!) as we're used to having exactly what we want.
This is the best place we've rented in the town. Although we've enjoyed staying in the port previously, the location of this property so close to the arenal turned out to be absolutely brilliant - ten minutes walk, tops, and you have all the bars and restaurants right there.
The property itself is spacious and very nicely furnished. We are big fans of lying in the sun, and the choice of three balconies, one of which is a truly enormous roof terrace was perfect - you are basically guaranteed a fully day's worth of sun if you want it.
If i had to be super picky, and choose one thing that could be better, it would be that the bed in bedroom two was not hugely comfortable. But that's being super-picky.
All in all, a brilliant holiday, and I have no doubt we will be back.

Perfect Location
The villa was lovely and clean and well presented. The selection of terraces meant that you could always ensure a nice breeze blowing through. The huge roof terrace was a real bonus. The location was brilliant for us as it was only a few minutes walk to the Arenal beach with it's great choice of restaurants. Matt and Jamie who look after the villa are only a few minutes walk away and they are so helpful. We have already booked our next stay in Javea via them. In case anyone is not aware, there is a flight of stairs as you enter the complex that you need to go down before you reach the lift to the apartment. It wasn't a problem for us, but worth mentioning.
