For our needs was just right :)
We went there in May 2024. We planed to stay 2 nights but we ended up extending many times.
When we arrived at the reception, Isabel was checking us in and we loved her humour, profesionalism and also her good mood. She gave us a peaceful room where we enjoyed the beautiful weather on our terrace. Isabel and Ioana were very helpful with any information we needed during our stay there. Thank you so much! :)
There are 2 supermarkets (one on the left and one on the right side of the hotel) near by - just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. It was a great morning walk to buy fresh fruits, fresh orange juice and water.
We spent our time exploring the cities near by and we didn't use the hotel facilities much. We went one time to the outside pool and few times to the gym. At the pool was peaceful and the gym clean.
The hotel has a great location and not far from Marbella and Banus where we drove quite often for food.
There is also a beach (Cobapino - I guess it is the name) - 4 minutes away by car. Wild and beautiful where you can have a nice walk or sit and enjoy the sun.
Some small things which we noticed in every hotel we've been in Spain was the unpleasant bathroom smell but with desinfectant can be eliminated. So we had a desinfectant spray with us all the time and we were fine. Problem solved :).
The staff there and everywhere is doing it for you if you request it but we preferred to do it ourselves. It is something easy to do.
Every 2nd day the cleaning staff is asking if you need fresh towels and have the garbage removed. In the bedroom's capboard are fresh bed sheets and they also change it for you after few days.
There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom drawer or in the bedroom cupboard.
There is also an iron and a small ironing board available in the room.
The apartment was spacious for 2 people and we had 3 terrace. We appreciated very much the wash machine. It was helpful and kept us clean.
There was one long pillow for 2 people. My husband is carrying his own pillow with him all the time so we didn't have to share the pillow. If you want separated pillows you might talk to them and surely they will find a solution for this.
The personal we come in contact with was friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in Vime Hotel. For our needs was just right and we look forward to our next visit.

Would definitely not recommend or return
Take your own towels as their pool towel service is a scam. Paid 40 euros cash as a deposit for 4 towels. Was told when we hand them back at check out we would get money back. Went to do this at check out and was told since we don’t have a receipt we cant get it back. They showed us everyone elses receipt stapled to their money and said they don’t have ours so they obviously lost our deposit and receipt or have pocketed it.
Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Insinuating we never paid a deposit and had stolen the towels.
Had to move rooms 3 times, smelly kitchen, no blinds in bedroom, no aircon in living room/kitchen, bathroom in second bedroom is so small you can’t sit on the toilet! Outdoor pool closes at 7pm even in summer. You also need to spend at least 20 euros in a taxi/uber to get anywhere
They really ruined the end of our holiday, we probably would have returned as 2 of our party had been before but it’s definitely gone downhill - especially in terms of cleanliness - and we didn’t appreciate being laughed at, shouted at and called liars in the middle of reception.
Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Insinuating we never paid a deposit and had stolen the towels.

First of all, you only moved apartments once, not three times as you mentioned.The main resason for you to change apartment was because you were not happy with the apartment you have reserved in Booking.com which was matching with the exact description published. As an exception, and triying to fullfill your expectations your were given a “show apartment” free of charge. Due to your words of gratitude ,we though that you were very satisfied with the new location.
Regarding the towel deposit, we regret to inform you that the policy of this hotel is to take a deposit as a guarantee. This deposit is presented in the form of a receipt, with a copy for the client as a proof, which you did not have. Usually, if the client does not have the receipt, is because they didn´t have cash and therefore, the hotel provides them without a deposit on condition that they are returned the towewls upon departure. In your case you wanted us to return the money in cash you never gave us.
We regret your confusion and accusations and, we would like you to reflect on your negative and uncertain comments and delete them, since we consider it offensive and does not correspond to the real facts.

Appart hotel , duplex super très grand , environnement sympa , personnel accueillant juste un bémol le lit manque de confort et grince beaucoup dès que l’on bouge à peine, donc difficile de dormir.

Ne vaut pas le détour…
Je m’y suis rendue avec mon frère pour un week-end prolongé. Nous étions enthousiastes en voyant les photos et la description : un 4 étoiles bien situé, des chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, une piscine, des jardins…
Certes la piscine et les jardins sont là, mais tout le reste est à revoir. La chambre comporte le minimum syndical en terme d’équipements (certainement pas ce qu’on devrait trouver dans un 4*), la porte à la salle de bain ne se ferme pas (pas pratique vu que je partage la chambre avec mon frère), mal insonorisée (on peut entendre le voisin éternuer) avec une odeur ambiante de fumée de cigarette, on s’est réveillés le matin en retrouvant un cafard se baladant sur le plafond venu de je ne sais où. Comme si tous ces éléments ne suffisaient pas, mon frère a voulu prendre une douche, cinq minutes après avoir commencé, l’eau devient glaciale. J’appelle la réception pour leur demander une solution, on me dit que « ça fait sûrement longtemps qu’il laisse couler l’eau, il doit continuer à l’eau froide malheureusement, on ne peut rien y faire ». Je réponds que ce n’est pas possible, le minimum du minimum quand on paie un hôtel est d’avoir de l’eau chaude, ce à quoi elle répond « nous ne somme pas un hôtel madame, nous sommes une résidence, et la seule chose que vous puissiez faire pour l’eau c’est d’attendre qu’elle se réchauffe en raison des restrictions énergétiques imposées par le gouvernement ».
Bref, je ne reviendrai certainement pas.

Terrible
Extremely dirty, furniture falling apart, they only paint the places than can be seen walking around. Indoor pool is filthy. Bathrooms smell of sewerage. Fridges smell too. So, so terrible. Please don’t go, it’s not what is advertised- we had to leave and change hotels.
