"Valet de Coeur", 5-room chalet 100 m2 on 3 levels. Simple and practical furnishings: lounge with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), cable TV and DVD. Dining room with panoramic window with electric heating. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at the house. Please note: non-smoking house.

A ne pas rater, un très bon restaurant local
Accueil, service, ambiance tout était parfait. Les plats sont délicieux, généreux et avec des accompagnements originaux. A ne pas rater, c'est le restaurant local à privilégier absolument. Les vins sont également très bons.

Very friendly service! The Fondue was amazing! All food was delicious! Menu in both French and English. Highly recommend!

Nice place to eat in the center.
The meat was perfectly cooked and portion were nice. Starters also very nice. Salads were basic.

Wine from the Rhone area is very nice.

The personnel was kind and helpful.

Tha place is cozy.

We were expecting a lot more from this restaurant - bland and extremely expensive food.
Incredibly overpriced for a very basic, disappointing meal. Fondue was tasty, but everything accompanying it was plain, not well cooked - the boiled potatoes still had eyes and a beard - the veg portion was tiny and uninspired- and the whole meal came to nearly £100. For the little we had it has been the most expensive and disappointing meal of our whole road trip from the UK to Southern Italy and back.

Goûter stylé
Délicieux goûter à la Taverne de l’Alpée pour couronner une excursion dans l Vallée de la Printze. De très bonnes pâtisseries maison à prix abordable, un café, un service attentionné et classieux, une charmante terrasse mi-ombragée, tout y était…

3dl Bier für 9 FR
Das Essen war sehr gut, die Überraschung kam beim Bezahlen der Rechnung. In der Karte sind nirgends die Preise der Getränke aufgeführt und wir bezahlten pro Bier (33cl) 9 Fr. Dieser Preis ist überrissen.

Très bien
Nous nous sommes rendus le soir de Noël et avons été très bien accueillis.
Nos plats étaient très bons et le dessert maison (« 3 chocolats ») était extra.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation, le meilleur restaurant que nous ayons visité dans le village de Nendaz.

Little has changed - in a good way!
We last dined here in 2015 and very pleased to report that little has changed - in a good way! To my recollection, the menu was very similar and the success of the restaurant was evinced by a full house on a Sunday night. It serves traditional Swiss mountain fare - heavy on the cheese and potatoes, of course. Service was friendly and efficient and there was a very pleasant atmosphere. Hope it doesn't take another seven years to get back here!

Rude staff
We made a reservation, and upon arrival the restaurant was still fairly empty. We were given a table next to the door. Considering it was minus 2 outside, we asked for another table. This was refused as all the other tables were reserved. We told them again that we also reserved and didn’t understand why we couldn’t sit more central as there were so many empty tables, but were told in a very arrogant manner this was not possible. We decided to leave and had dinner elsewhere, and thankfully picked a restaurant where both the food and the service was great.

Einfach top!
Wir waren gleich zweimal hier essen und es war beide Male super fein. Fleisch sehr zart, gute Portionen und super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal sehr speditiv und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal. Die Atmosphäre war auch sehr schön.

Tolles und einfaches Essen - Reservation empfehlenswert
Wir entschieden uns spontan dazu in die La Teverne zu gehen und hatten Glück noch einen Tisch zu bekommen. Der Service war sehr speditiv.
Das Fondue (CHF 25 pP für 250g) war wirklich sehr gut. Für einen Aufpreis vom CHF 5 erhält man auch noch Kartoffeln dazu. Auch die Desserts sind sehr lecker. Wenn das Restaurant voll ist, haben die freundlichen Kellnerinnen sehr viel zu tun und dann kann es auch ein bisschen länger dauern bis die Rechnung kommt. Aber wer einen gemütlichen Abend in urchiger Atmosphäre und mit sehr gutem Essen verbringen will, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Das Reservieren nicht vergessen.

Ottimo ristorante!
Siamo stati qui a cena e ci siamo trovati benissimo ! Abbiamo mangiato la fonduta, ottima e delle crepe dolci buonissime. Il servizio è stato eccellente ed i prezzi moderati per essere in Svizzera..consigliato !

Hauptspeise war leider nichts, vllt nur ein Ausrutscher
Vorweg, es ist ein schönes Lokal und der Service war freundlich. Vorspeise war auch lecker aber die Hauptspeise war leider ein Reinfall. Steak extrem zäh obwohl es auf den Punkt gebraten war (sehr schlechte fleischqualität) und der Fisch extrem sauer mariniert und Gemüse eine Fertigmischung aus der Tüte. Auch wenn die Schweiz an sich nicht günstig ist halte ich hier das preis/ Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht für angemessen. Würde dem Lokal noch eine Chance geben, da viel Potential vorhanden ist und vllt einfach nicht der beste Tag war.

Erneut Ausgezeichnet
Auch dieses Jahr machten wir wieder einen Halt nach unserer Wanderung im La Taverne de l‘Alpee. Diesmal nahmen wir eine Rösti mit Speck und Zwiebeln. Zuvor gabs noch einen leckeren frischen gemischten Salat. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Einziger Minus Punkt. Die Speisekarte ist nur in Englisch und Französisch, auch die Bedienung kann kein Wort deutsch. Das aber nur eine Bemerkung am Rande. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Semplicemente ottimo!!! Ambiente tranquillo e curato, servizio molto attento e veloce, cucina tradizionale e non solo. Sicuramente da ritornarci.

Ristorante caratteristico, bell'ambiente cibo buono e ottimo servizio!
Prezzi ragionevoli con menù adatto ai bambini e possibilità di scegliere anche mezze porzioni!
