Meraviglia tra le colline toscane

Siamo stati al Podere Sertofano per una vacanza in famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero memorabile. L’appartamento è immerso nelle pittoresche colline toscane, offrendo un’atmosfera di serenità e pace. La casa è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, e il giardino è semplicemente splendido, ideale per trascorrere pomeriggi rilassanti. Un piccolo appunto riguarda i gestori, che non ci sono sembrati particolarmente affabili. Nonostante ciò, la bellezza del luogo e il comfort dell’appartamento compensano ampiamente. Consigliato per chi cerca una fuga dalla routine e un tuffo nella natura toscana

Solo un 3...peccato perché è top!

Il posto è meraviglioso, in mezzo a colline stupende, pulito e l'appartamento era davvero spazioso...quindi perché solo 3 stelle? Perché purtroppo speravo in un maggiore relax . Mi sono trovata in mezzo a famiglie straniere maleducatissimo, non avevano orari x giocare o fare "casino" x fortuna abbiamo preferito girare i luoghi meravigliosi della Toscana in zona ...ma la maggior parte delle volte loro erano lì al pomeriggio tardo e i relax ciao!!! La proprietaria ha spiegato bene che le sdraio erano un tot per appartamento ecc . Peccato che tt gli spazi erano loro, monopolio della piscina, ore di silenzio solo di notte... Solo un consiglio: i proprietari dovrebbero aver maggior controllo su questo aspetto e fare rispettare le "regole" a tutti. Capisco però che il buon senso non è x tutti. Per il resto mi sento assolutamente di consigliare il posto

Location incantevole

Ottima location , paesaggio incantevole , appartamenti molto organizzati e tenuti benissimo , eccellente pulizia . Proprietari molto disponibili .
Assolutamente valido come location, vicino a tutte e due le città’ d’arte Sien e Firenze , con dei paesini nelle vicinanze e dei paesaggi incantevoli( Poggibonsi , Cole val D’Elsa , Certa.do Monteriggioni ).

Relax e pace assoluta

Siamo stati io e la mia famiglia per il ponte del 25 aprile! posto bello e molto curato e molto tranquillo. La casa molto spaziosa e confortevole e poi con un panorama che ti lascia senza parole!
La parte esterna molto curata con ulivi e prato curato!

Tranquillità

Siamo un gruppo di 3 coppie e siamo stati in questo podere per il ponte dei morti
Un posto molto bello e tranquillo con spazi esterni curati ed interni ampi e ben arredati
Unico consiglio che vorrei dare alla proprietaria è quello di sostituire in toto con roba nuova la biancheria da letto( lenzuola e coperte erano del secolo scorso e dormirci dentro non è stata una bella senzazione)

Maravillosa estancia con un bebé

Acabamos de volver de pasar 8 días con nuestro bebé de 13 meses y todo ha sido perfecto. El apartamento que elegimos el C tiene unas vitas preciosas, es super tranquilo y espacioso. Todo estaba muy limpio y no le falta de nada. Tuvimos cuna y trona para él. Además, tienes lavandería por un precio económico que siempre está bien viajando con un niño. Los demás apartamentos estaban todos ocupados también por familias. Siempre está bien charlar un rato con otros huéspedes. Está super bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de Poggibonsi con un supermercado Coop enorme, tipo Carrefour para poder comprar de todo y cocinar en casa. Además si no quieres ir a Florencia en coche, tienes tren directo desde ahí. A 5 minutos también de la autopista que conecta Florencia y Siena. Repetiría con los ojos cerrados.

Un site enchanteur

Accueil chaleureux, un site exceptionnel. Cet agritourisme est situé au milieu d oliviers et de vignes. Notre appartement le À, était parfait, propre, spacieux et fonctionnel.
Nous avons de l Espace et nous N avons pas senti trop de proximité avec les autres hôtes (nous N étions pas tous ensemble au même moment dans la piscine).
L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours et la Toscane.
La ville de Poggibonsi à proximité offre toutes les commodités. Cependant voiture indispensable.
Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous revenons et avons hâte de profiter de nos journées et soirées d été dans cet endroit reposant.

First foreign family holiday with toddlers

Flew Heathrow to Pisa with BA (baggage allowance let us take 2 car seats- buy some cheap ones rather than hiring them over there - you don’t know what you’re getting and it’s expensive). Also make sure you get the damage waiver on your hire car- we were v careful but still got some parking dings from other people opening doors onto our car- v annoying but thankfully all come vetted by a he waiver.

If you’re arriving with loads of luggage and kids another bit of advice would be to set them up in one of the restaurants whilst one of you goes to pick up the car and drive it back to the terminal- it’s a short walk to the car hire place but with 4 bags and 2 car seats you’d need the free transfer bus - which you’ll need to wait for and the queues to pick up the car can be quite long - and there’s nothng there to amuse your kids. The drive down to Poggibonsi is just over an hour- I used TomTom on my phone for all our driving and it was fine.

Anyway on to the accommodation - we had a 2 bed apartment and it was great- v comfortable with everything that we needed. The liocation is great being just outside Poggibonsi- which is about a 8min drive away-There’s everything there that you could want. Having no 2x 3yr old boys we didn’t eat out in the evenings v often but cooked at home, got them to bed and sat outside whilst the sun went down over the Tuscan hills.

It’s convenient for the motorways to come ale you to Siena, San Gim etc so travelling by round the region is easy.

Having the pool was great with the boys- bit chilly in the mornings but bearable

Have no hesitation in recommending it and would definately go back. Book with Katia directly

Loved Linearis Holiday House!

I visited Linearis Holiday House in June with a group of 13 friends and family after we had to postpone a wedding but couldn’t cancel the airtickets.
We had three houses all equipped with everything we could possibly need. The houses were all very clean and comfortable. The gardens, pool and other common areas are very well kept and our group enjoyed eating breakfast together outside in a nice shady area . The location of the property is great for exploring Tuscany, half way between Siena and Florence and very close to San Gimignano.
I highly recommend Linearis.

Amazing Tuscany Experience

I've been here three times, once in September 2014, November 2016 and July 2017 and everytime we enjoyed something different. Pool, apartment, wandering around... The whole place has an unbelievable atmosphere, the owner is very friendly, it is near to other towns you might enjoy, you just feel like home there. Comparing to some other places/apartments in Italy, even more northern, it is super clean and fresh. You have towels, bed sheets, oil in the kitchen, wi-fi and everything you can wish for on your vacation! If looking for a real tuscan experience then you cannot find a better place to stay.

In the summer, you can enjoy the pool and the garden, grill if you want and you dont need to be worried that there will be a "traffic". There was no problem with sharing space with other visitors, everyone was able to find its private place outside. Even though I was bit afraid of getting bored just swimming anf chilling in the net, I was not at all! But comparing to our September or November visit, I enjoyed more the surroundings, and also the colours that autumn brings :) It is also better to go sightseeing in colder weather, because the summer visits of Florencia or Siena were bit tiring, you know. Anyway, the house itself is worth a stay!

What a beautiful place!

Everything was just perfect - the house, nature around it, location, rooms... The owner was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and wifi worked great. We surely recommend this place and would like to come back once in the future.

Bday Villa

I had a vision to be on an Italian Villa for my birthday and this was the place that I found. I enjoyed my 1 bedroom apartment C, the property and Katia were so helpful. All the recommendations in the binder you get along with the key was great and lead me to some amazing restaurants. I was there in the Mid-November so it was quiet and so beautiful. Thanks for making my bday vision come true.

Unser Platz in der Toskana

Dieses Jahr war unser 4. Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Agriturismo, der von Katia und Ihren Eltern liebevoll betreut wird. Wir werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier sein. Der Ort eignet sich einfach toll zur Erholung. Einfach ein schönes Plätzchen, an dem man wunderbar entspannen kann. Abends herrscht hier eine wunderbare Ruhe, bei der man bei klaren Wetter wunderbar sogar die Milchstraße sehen kann. Die insgesamt 8 unterschiedlich großen Appartements sind sehr gut ausgestattet und ungewöhnlich sauber. Der Ort Poggibonsi eignet sich bequem zum Einkaufen, taugt aber sonst zu nichts. Die traumhaften Orte wie San Gimignano, Siena etc. sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool ist wunderbar gepflegt und erfrischend. Unsere Kids haben hier schon viele schöne Stunden verbracht. Das Publikum (fast immer Familien) ist gemischt (meist deutsche, Franzosen, Belgier, Holländer oder Engländer). Vielen Dank, Katia & Famiglia

Une petite merveille

Un petit séjour de 2 jours à permis de s'imprégner de la beauté de la campagne toscane dans un cadre enchanteur! Un accueil très agréable ... Un petit apart sur deux étages très cosy ! Une belle grande piscine ... Ici tout est soigné !!
C'est une expérience inoubliable!

Après le tumulte de Florence, le calme de la campagne toscane

Très beaux bâtiments et logements aux couleurs toscanes et décorés avec goût.
spacieux, confortables et très belles vues sur la campagne.
Extérieurs bien entretenus et magnifiques avec une belle piscine ( un peu froid quand on y était).
Un lieu de calme bien situé pour visiter le Chianti et San Giminiano ... Sienne.
Lieu idéal !

Très bon sejour !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans l'appartement A : 2 chambres, 2 sdb, et l'appartement donne sur la piscine.
L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé, le linge est impeccable.
Le jardin et la vue sont splendides. Le calme est au rendez vous. L'accueil est sympathique et très professionnel, merci à katia et à sa famille !
Nous recommandons vivement cet agritourisme, idéalement situé entre Pise, Florence et Sienne.

Empfehlung

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit mehreren, unterschiedlich grossen Häusern und Wohnungen, ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km außerhalb von Poggibonsi. Sauber, schöner Pool, internationales Publikum, Wann überall ohne Zusatzkosten. Freundlicher Service. Tip: Eigenbauwein und -Olivenöl vom Vermieter direkt vor Ort einkaufen, rentiert sich!
