The location is ideal, close to the center of Levi, and full of opportunities for outdoor activities on jogging trails, cycling paths, ski trails, and snowmobile routes. In this catamaran-style apartment building, there are neighboring apartments. Construction work is underway in the area, and a total of 5 similar apartment buildings will be completed.

The communal area features a campfire site for residents to use collectively. The building also has a bike shed in the yard.

The parking area of the building has parking spaces, and you can choose an available one. Parking is free, but there is a fee for car heating or charging an electric/hybrid car (25 cents/kWh in 2024, price subject to change) via the Easy Park app, which the tenant needs to download.

Levi Center is 2 km away by road. There is a walking and cycling path to Levi Center.
