This holiday house with about 98m² of living space and with free wireless Internet access was freshly renovated in May 2015 and provides a comfortable and charming decor with a Scandinavian stove for cosy hours. The house is on two floors and is non-smoking. It has a living and dining room with a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD/CD player, a Bluetooth receiver and satellite radio, as well as a Scandinavian stove. There are three bedrooms on the first and second floor, of which two have a double bed and the other has a French bed. There is an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine (Tchibo Cafissimo tabs), kettle, toaster, hand mixer, and a dining table and chairs. The bathroom on the second floor has a big shower, a WC and a hairdryer. There is a further WC on the ground floor, along with a washing machine and a dryer. The whole house has radiators. You need t bring your own beach, hand and tea towels. Bed linen (155 x 220cm) is provided on arrival for a fee.

There is a terrace with lovely white wooden garden furniture and a canopy beach chair. One parking space is available in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.

Highlights: the Baltic Sea has its charm even in the spring, autumn and winter. The town of Boltenhagen is a spa resort and offers a range of leisure activities and concerts. The Scandinavian stove ensures warmth and cosiness even during the cooler seasons. What could be more enjoyable after a walk along the beach and the turbulent Baltic Sea than to come back to a warm little house, brew a cup of tea or coffee and snuggle up on the sofa?

It is about 1.5km from the lovely long and sandy beach. The very quiet location – right opposite the historical Redewisch manor house with its big garden – ensures a relaxing stay surrounded by greenery. The town of Boltenhagen is about 2.5km from the house and has shops, sports and leisure facilities, such as riding, minigolf, a climbing park, a well-developed network of cycle paths, concerts, water sports nearby, a leisure pool in Wismar 28km away or at Timmendorfer Strand. Distances: restaurant 100 metres, Boltenhagen 2.5km, Klütz 2.5km, Wismar 27km, swimming by the beach and sea 1.5km, shopping facilities 2.5km.
