The cosy and comfortable living room with spacious lounge and dining area, welcomes you with a welcoming fireplace, a smart TV for entertainment, and French doors to a terrace where indoor and outdoor living come together harmoniously. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher oven, microwave, washing machine, airfryer, foodprocessor and meets all your culinary needs.
The house has three bedrooms with king-size beds, each with built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms is in a secluded part of the house and can serve as a private studio with a kitchenette and bathroom. Two bedrooms and the living room, have air conditioning (on a 'pay as you use' base, ensuring comfort even on the hottest days.
Double-glazed windows, mosquito nets and shutters enhance both comfort and privacy throughout the house. In addition, two bedrooms offer direct access to the terraces that surround the entire house, allowing you to switch effortlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The outdoor space is stunning with terraces on different levels, a lovely large swimming pool with lounging area and pool house and cosy seating areas.
The house has several terraces, each with atmospheric seating areas and a breathtaking panorama that inspires wonder. Choose your spot for aperitifs and al fresco dining. There is also an inviting barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining and cooking together, surrounded by the natural splendour of the landscape. A highlight of Casa Kambo is the spacious swimming pool (8 x 4) on a lower terrace, with sunbeds and pool house with fridge. Here you can have a relaxing swim surrounded by nature. Complete privacy makes it an ideal place for those seeking rest and relaxation. For lovers of natural living, Casa Kambo is also suitable for naturism.

The village offers gourmet delights in bars and restaurants, but for self-caterers, there are also local amenities, including a village supermarket, a bakery with wood-oven bread and the possibility of having meat, fish, bread and vegetables delivered to your home.
For active guests, Comares offers various options such as hiking, mountain biking, cycling and rock climbing. The village square at 730 metres offers breathtaking views of Sierra Tejeda and the Mediterranean Sea.
Casa Kambo is the ideal base for day trips to Malaga, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita), Ronda or the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales. The award-winning Torre del Mar beach is just 30 km away, and the commercial centre of Velez-Malaga, with supermarkets and shopping centres, can be reached within half an hour.
