Our 4* holiday home is located in a small bungalow settlement in the climatic health resort of Erlbach-Eubabrunn in a beautiful, wooded area with guaranteed snow in winter. With 50 square metres of living space, it is ideal for families and guests of up to 4 people. Extra beds for 1 person are possible. Since this year our house is certified as a family-friendly accommodation. Shopping service before arrival, as well as cleaning service during your stay is possible.
Erlbach offers a lot in summer and winter: well-marked hiking trails, a beautiful open-air museum, riding stables,
5 restaurants, shopping facilities in the village.
In winter a great skiing area: perfectly groomed pistes of all levels of difficulty with lifts, groomed cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs. As a service for our winter holidaymakers, there is an electric boot dryer in the next room. In summer this area is interesting for mountain bikers.
Since summer 22 our house is certified as dog-friendly with 3 paws.
As a small welcome gift, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and small surprises await each guest on arrival.

Garden furniture and barbecue are on site. A sauna house invites you to relax and sweat. On the 1000 m² fenced property you will find many play opportunities for the little guests. In summer, a pool with a diameter of 3.50 metres is set up for refreshment.

In the small kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave (MW, baking and grill function), double induction hob, coffee pad and coffee machine, toaster for self-catering. The bright, friendly bathroom is equipped with a massage shower and a towel radiator. Hairdryer, towels and bathrobes are provided.
The entire house is heated all year round with underfloor heating (ecological heat pump). A fire can be lit in the fireplace for cosy hours, wood is included. In 2 separate bedrooms, 1 (double bed) for 2 persons and 1 bed + 1 bunk bed for 2 children are available as sleeping accommodation including bed linen. A sauna house invites you to relax and sweat. On the 1000 m² fenced property you will find many play opportunities for the little guests. In summer there is a small 3.05 metre pool. Since this year our house is certified as a family-friendly accommodation. As a service for our winter holidaymakers, there is an electric boot dryer in the adjoining room.
