The quick connection to the motorway is another pleasant advantage. Although the motorway is not far away, it is absolutely inaudible. Due to the low altitude, you can enjoy very pleasant temperatures here all year round. Marvellous sunsets, as well as the snow-covered Teide in winter, can be enjoyed from the terrace.
