This luxurious chalet flat offers 150m2 of living space and extends over the ground floor and the upper floor of the holiday chalet. On the ground floor is the living room with sofa furniture, reading corner and large dining table. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The open-plan and spacious designer kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, infrared hob, coffee machine and dishwasher and also includes a bar counter and a rustic oak dining table with a bench with a view. Due to the hillside location, one side has access to a beautiful balcony with a dining table and a view of the lake. The side facing the slope offers a large wooden terrace with seating furniture and deckchairs. A separate daytime WC with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a cloakroom next to the entrance complete the facilities on this floor, while a staircase leads up to the attic, which has a particularly cosy feel thanks to the exposed wooden beams. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level. The largest bedroom is particularly comfortable with a double bed, TV, balcony with morning sun, spacious wardrobe space and its own en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, bathtub and WC. The second double bedroom is furnished with box-spring beds and offers a view of the lake from the bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is ideal for children. The other two bedrooms have a bathroom with shower and WC.
