Oiled ash floorboards ensure a pleasant indoor climate at all times. The house is an oasis of peace and cosiness, ideal for anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable time alone, as a couple or with the family.

Inside the house, you will find an individual and functional floor plan that offers a practical yet cosy room layout. The customised built-in furniture not only creates a cosy atmosphere in the bedrooms. The centrepiece is undoubtedly the open-plan kitchen-living room, from which you can look directly into the lushly landscaped garden through the large glass front. Thanks to the underfloor heating and an ecological geothermal heat pump, your feet will stay warm even in the colder months, and the spacious sauna, which is shared by all four holiday homes, invites you to relax.

The outdoor area is characterised by niche, covered wooden terraces that invite you to linger and chat until the early hours of the morning. A secure play area fulfils children's dreams and makes the house a perfect place for families. For your convenience, the house has a private parking space and a barbecue for cosy evenings.

In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home, Zierow is a small, tranquil holiday resort just 5 km west of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. The region offers wide bathing beaches, picturesque hiking trails and numerous opportunities for boat trips and fishing on the Mecklenburg lakes. In bad weather, the Wonnemar Wismar for swimming fun or the play paradise Mumpitz Wismar invite you to adventure. Excursions, bike and beach chair hire round off the offer for a varied holiday.
