The lower floor comprises a hallway with stairs to the upper floor, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room and a living room with a cosy sofa, armchair and single bed. The upper floor comprises a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining children's room with another full-size single bed. When you arrive, you will be greeted with a warm welcome, beds made up and towels laid out ready for you. For your meals, the kitchen offers modern amenities such as a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Entertainment is also provided on rainy days thanks to a TV, a Playstation, a DVD player as well as books and games.

The lovingly tended and fully enclosed garden with its terraces invites you to spend quiet, relaxing moments in a deckchair. Enjoy the seclusion and tranquillity, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will also always find free public parking spaces in the neighbouring street.
