The built-up interior is 240 sqm, the covered outdoor area 200 sqm, further boasting an extra spacious and covered main terrace of 75 sqm.

The main building houses the lounge, dining and kitchen area and is opened to the terrace and pool area through floor to ceiling glass doors. It includes a full European kitchen with island and bar, built-in BBQ grill, top coffee machine, gas cooker and fridge with ice maker. Facilities include LED TVs, Apple iMac and an excellent surround sound system.

Two bedrooms are facing the pool and lake, one of which is the master bedroom complete with a outdoor spa, Jacuzzi and waterfall shower.

The villa includes a separate guest bathroom, a carport for two vehicles, and storage/ maid and laundry room. All rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms integrated into the bedroom, which can be separated by a sliding glass door. All floors are parquet, Italian ceramic tiles or marble.
