Outside, the house has beautiful and newly planted vegetation, which gives the pool area in particular that very special south-west Florida charm.
Southwest Florida is all about enjoying life in the sun by the pool or near the water. A boat dock with boat lift, sitting area, kayak launch deck and a captain's deck provide additional space for sunbathing or relaxing by the water. The home has been equipped with 2 bicycles and 3 kayaks, 1 stand up paddle for your convenience during your stay. Later in the day when you are back from the beach or another excursion, relax with a cool drink outside by the pool area or use the BBQ gas grill to cook your favourite steak or fish for you and your family. The lanai area has 4 loungers, an outdoor dinning area for 8 people, a seating area and a heated pool with waterfall.
You will find a house completely renovated in 2018 with large white Italian tiles throughout the house. The villa has approx. 220sqm of living space, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 10 people (luxury Fox Airbed Kingsize is set up very quickly) An unbeatable view - there is no better way to describe the fantastic location and views of this house. Look in one direction over 800 metres down the beautiful Faye Canal. And if you look in the other direction, you can enjoy a 200 metre view of the Faye Canal Basin, which is over 100 metres wide! At its narrowest point, the canal is still an impressive 70 metres wide!
The villa has approx. 220 square metres of living space, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is accessible from the pool. A solid tiled roof, an oversized garage with epoxy floor with direct access to the kitchen, a large living area with sliding door to the outside area, i.e. patio/lanai and pool area.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has a modern overall design, a well-equipped kitchen with Brazilian natural quartz worktop, WLAN internet access throughout the house, 3 HD flat screen TVs, media player, soundbar, cable TV and iPad, German TV with 60 channels in HD with 14 day history (please register). The kitchen with counter and bar stools is very generously designed and offers huge space, including a cooking island, dining area with large panoramic windows and views over the entire elongated Faye Canal. In the living area, a large comfortable couch invites you to relax, a cosy dining area is available for formal dining and another casual area invites you to read, surf the internet and is often used as a workplace. When you have finished the day in a quiet atmosphere, you will find 4 very comfortable rooms that allow you to rest and recharge. The master suite, separated on one side of the house for privacy, offers spacious living area, king size bed, LCD HD TV, walk-in wardrobes and direct access to the master bathroom as well as direct access to the pool area. Attached and separated by a sliding door is the very spacious master bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be easily combined to form a king-size bed and bedroom 4 has a queen-size double bed. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and indirect ambient lighting, which can be controlled by remote control from the bed
