Welcome to enjoy a holiday or an extended stay at this unique seaside destination, nestled in a sheltered bay in Hujunperä, Kustavi. Completed in 2025.

The complex consists of a 96 m² main villa, a 14 m² guesthouse, and a 26 m² seaside sauna. This carefully designed ensemble invites you to relax and unwind. The main building, guesthouse, and the atmospheric sauna form a stylish and functional setting that combines modern comfort with the authentic spirit of the archipelago.

The cottage has a bright and spacious living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen and living room. Large windows offer a breathtaking view of the west to the sea, especially the sunsets here are unparalleled. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining area create the perfect setting for social moments.

The villa features three bedrooms with sleeping space for six. The main bedroom includes a double bed (160×200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90×200 cm), and the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (upper bed 80 × 200 cm, lower bed 120×200 cm). All bedrooms are fitted with sound-insulated doors.

The guesthouse has two separate bedrooms. One room sleeps three with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. The other room accommodates two guests in twin beds.

Just off the living room/kitchen, you’ll find a covered 38 m² terrace with a gas grill, a dining table with ten chairs, a small refrigerator, and a special feature: a retractable windscreen that can be raised from 1.0 m to 1.9 m to protect against sea breezes.

By the water’s edge, the traditional wood-heated sauna promises unforgettable experiences — direct sea views and a comfortable living area make every sauna session a delight. The sauna includes two separate showers and a WC. The cozy living area is equipped for longer stays. On the sauna terrace, you can cool off or relax in the hot tub, adding a luxurious touch to your stay.

The sauna's living area includes a sofa bed that converts into a 160×200 cm bed for two. A fridge-freezer is also available. The cabin is heated by an eco-friendly air-to-water heat pump. Kustavi is renowned for its unique archipelago atmosphere, lush nature, and vibrant summer culture. The nearby area offers events, services, and activities for all ages — the perfect base for both relaxation and unforgettable experiences.

Additional information about the equipment: Electric lighting with all lamps dimmable, underfloor heating produced by an ecological water-to-air heat pump, 2 showers in the sauna and one in the main cottage, separate toilets in the main cottage and sauna, refrigerator/freezer in the sauna, washing machine with dryer, large TV, Wi-Fi throughout the area.
