This modern villa, completed in 2010, is located at the tip of a peninsula and has over 200 meters of its own coastline – the cottage offers a great setting for anyone who appreciates the peace of nature, relaxation and spending time with family or friends.

The cottage has a total of 150 m² of space and is designed so that even a larger group can enjoy it. Downstairs there is a large living room, a bright kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate toilet and a utility room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with 2 separate beds and the other with extra spared bed for 1-2 persons. The loft living area has a 120 cm bed and also space for children to play.

The best thing about the cottage is not only the interior but also the comfortable outdoor areas: in addition to the large yard, there is a terrace of about 100 m², of which 80 m² is covered and glazed, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery whatever the weather. On the terrace, there is a cozy fireplace, a grill and an electric wall oven – all ready to pamper your taste buds. Large dining tables inside and on the terrace invite the whole group to enjoy food and drinks together.

This cottage has a total of three saunas! There is an indoor sauna in connection with the cottage and you can also enjoy the warmth of a wood-fired lakeside sauna or book a smoke sauna experience for an additional fee. You can easily take a dip in the lake from the saunas, if it is winter, the starry sky and the northern lights offer a magical experience for open-water swimmers.

The sun shines on the yard all day and here you can enjoy both the warm days of summer and the beautiful landscapes of winter. The surroundings of the cottage offer great opportunities for swimming, boating and fishing as well as winter activities, such as skiing. The center of Pyhäntänna is only 13 kilometers away, Kajaani is about a one-hour drive and Oulu is about a two-hour drive, but here you are still in the middle of nature – the perfect place to relax and experience.
