Outside: An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villa. It is set on private lanscaped grounds on different levels using natural stone for walls and for patios. There is a cloam oven and B.B.Q. and patio furniture. Around the private swimming pool (8,2m x 4,2m x 1,35 depth) is a secluded terracotta tiled terrace with sunbeds. The pathways, patio, pool and private parking area are lit at night. You can enjoy from villa sea and hill views.

Private villas in secluded but not isolated locations are hard to come by in Greece, especially built to the high standard and quality of this villa. The owners/architects have gained a reputation for their imaginative, bold ideas and attention to detail.

Ground floor: An open plan living, dining, kitchen area (with full cooking facilities). The living area has a fireplace, and French windows that open onto a marble tiled verandah. A door leads from the kitchen onto a large patio with sea views. 1 bathroom with shower.

First floor:A staircase leads up to 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath/shower. Both bedrooms have French windows opening onto balconies with sea views.

Sleeps 4 + 1 child on sofa

A 2-3 minute drive down the hill to the lovely little fishing village of Agios Nikitas you will find all the essentials; a couple of mini-markets, a splendid selection of tavernas end at the end of the village, a horse-shoe bay with a sandy beach. A further 5-minute drive to the north or south will take you to some much larger beaches where the sea and the swimming are superb.
