Please contact +27 12 277 9000 in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday/Public holiday.At the time of check in you will be required to present your confirmation letter and positive identification in the form of a passport, driver's license or identity book, by at least one guest 18 years or older.
The credit card used to make the booking will need to be presented at check-in otherwise a security fee of R1000 will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.
Please note that all our facilities are cashless. Card payments are accepted.
The number of guests may not exceed what is stated in the confirmation letter.
To avoid disappointment, we suggest pre-booking activities prior to arrival. All package inclusions and add-on extras are redeemable within the duration of your stay and cannot be exchanged for cash.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Units in the Studio layout category could have single beds OR sleeper couches on check-in and will vary from unit to unit. For assistance, please contact the Resort Reception for information in this regard.
Kindly note that there will be unit refurbishments taking place from 19/01/2024 to 14/03/2025. Noise levels may fluctuate and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
