Presso il bar piscina, dalle 10:00 alle 00:00, consumo illimitato alla spina di acqua, soft drink (cola e cola diet, aranciata, soda), birra, marsala, limoncello, sambuca, Vermouth, Pernod, whiskey, vodka, gin, selezione di alcolici nazionali e cocktail analcolici, the, caffè e succhi vari da distributori automatici, vino (bianco, rosso, rosè); 3 snack al giorno (mattina, pomeriggio e sera): prodotti vari industriali e non,  frutta. 

A pagamento: tutte le bevande in bottiglia, gelati e snack confezionati, tutto quanto non previsto nel trattamento.

Spiaggia

Due cale private ed attrezzate con ombrelloni e lettini a disposizione degli ospiti, raggiungibili con pochi passi direttamente dall’hotel; per la conformazione della costa, con fondale parzialmente roccioso, è consigliato l’uso di scarpette da scoglio. Fornitura teli mare gratuita, previa cauzione.

Siamo stato accolti come vecchi amici dal personale gentile e attento alle nostre necessità. Il posto è magnifico. La camera pulita con una magnifica vista dal balcone. Il ristorante ampio e accogliente, i menù vari e buoni in quantità e qualità. I camerieri gentili e professionali. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Un soggiorno gradevole
Ho trovato il personale molto molto disponibile ed accogliente. Qualunque mia richiesta è stata esaudita all'istante.
Mangiare squisito e abbondante. Tutta la struttura e le stanze sono pulitissime.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Soggiorno Meraviglioso.
La direttrice Tiziana Lo Nero incantevole nell'accoglienza.
Personale eccellentissimo,cucina impeccabile,le camere nuovissime e ben curate.Soggiorno sicuramente da rifare.E'stato veramente un Soggiorno favoloso.Un abbraccio a tutto lo staff.

Wow
Ho soggiornato al Carlton e mi sono trovato benissimo. Ad iniziare dalla direttrice Tiziana che ci ha accolto con cortesia e disponibilità. La cucina ottima, personale di sala e camera impeccabile. È stato un fine settimana perfetto . La struttura è bellissima proprio davanti il mare di Cefalù, ci tornerò volentieri e lo consiglio a tutti.

Ne pas faire, très loin des 4 étoiles....seul une partie du personnel prend son travail à cœur
L'ensemble des prestations est absent :
aucune excursions organisée,
Le ménage n'est pas à la hauteur des attendus d'un 4 étoiles (5 jours sans changer les draps du lit, nettoyage superficiel, etc...)
Les bouteilles d'eau sont payante
Absence de sauna
Salle de bain innondée après une douche
Toilettes qui fuient
Choix des boissons très limité
Etc....

Comble de ce manque flagrant de professionnalisme, les soirées d'animation du club fram purement interrompues au détriment d'un groupe italien ne faisant pas partie des locataires de l'hôtel -> nous avons été "priés" de dégager de cette soirée pour assouvir la demande non programmée de ces personnes
Malgré mes nombreuses réclamations auprès de vos employés, le nom du responsable de ce fiasco (le manager de cer établissement) ne m'a jamais été communiqué

Vous conviendrez que je ne vais pas me satisfaire de ce mail pour assouvir mon désarroi puisque les 1900€ dépensés pour ce voyage ne reflètent aucunement mes attendus

Ce 4 étoiles ne vaut que 2 étoiles dans un pays normalement civilisé et devrait disparaître des tours opérateurs étant donné que je ne vois pas comment vous pourriez relever le niveau d’éligibilité nécessaire

Disappointing
We arrived at around 10-30pm and had no food offered and were sent straight to our room, the shower tray had not been cleaned and had dirty feet marks and hair around the plughole, there were no instructions in the room as to where things were or what we needed to know…ie breakfast, lunch and dinner time table, as we were all inclusive.
There were no tea, coffee facilities in the room only an empty fridge
We often woke at 2am very dehydrated but had no way to gain any access to water, tea, coffee etc… as this all closed at 12am. the restaurant re opened at 7-30am by then it was too late! I felt there should have been some machine to dispense a drink 24 hours a day in that heat!
There were no working lights up the back stairs to the rooms and when the bar closed we were advised to go the unlit way as we were sat poolside drinking until bar closed at 12am
The second private beach was not sign posted at all and after several attempts to ask staff the broken English did not compute, we had to seek the help of other guests as they too had struggled to find it guiding us along the way!
Staff had very limited English so could not communicate our needs…
Wi-Fi was beyond a joke and kicked you off every time you went on or offline, rejoining was a nightmare.
Again, Wi-Fi was a problem at the bar as he would only take cash after 11pm, the drinks were served in tiny glasses, they were so small we had to visit the bar four times to get 1 pint as you weren’t allowed a pint or half of beer only 20cl glasses were served
I tried to pay for beer with a card after 11pm but he couldn’t take a card payment as his WiFi didn’t work seemed to prefer cash in his little green cash box
Food was atrocious, flavourless and incredibly salty!! There were an incredible amount of Italians staying in the hotel and I would of assumed the food would of been so much better we were so disappointed we had to leave to spend our money on food elsewhere in Cefalù town and needed to spend €25 each way as the mini bus was always full, only having seats for 8 guests
The breakfast was appalling scrambled eggs seemed to be grey and almost of a powdered form the bacon was ok but the baby frankfurter sausages were cold and very dry…my advice would be to stick to the pastries as they were more palatable but not good for a diabetic.
The bar wanted to charge €2 for a bottle of water as this was not included in the all inclusive! there was no vending machine for cold drinks to take to your room relying on the bar that opened at 9am, but they only turned the coffee machine on at 10am, everyday after the restaurant was closed at 9.30 but if you wanted a beer that was fine from 9 am but who wants beer that early just wanted to sit and have a coffee after breakfast by the pool…but nothing available in the hotel.
The mini bus we found out from other guests as again no information in the room, was an experience with only 8 seats and 1 driver pre booking only days in advance as there were too many people trying to get out of the hotel the mini bus was great to get into town but abysmal to get home as always late or just not turning up, this is why the Taxi became a more desirable option
We had booked a return journey on another occasion the minibus for 8 pm to go back to the hotel we arrived at the collection point 10 minutes early but no bus came, luckily I spotted an Italian couple and they made contact with the hotel as we had no success when trying to phone ourselves, feeling they didn’t want to answer to an English number, without the Italian couple we would have been stranded as we had run out on money by now and could not get the hotel to answer… they finally arrived to collect us and the Italians at 9-15pm very disappointed.
We had been waiting to be collected at the pickup point at the hotel to go into town but on this occasion no driver appeared so asked reception and were driven into town by the maintenance staff. Let down for a second time.
Reception was always so busy with complaints you could never wait long enough to make your own, 3 couples in front of us were so annoyed they wanted to change rooms, reception wanted to put it onto the manager and the man asked “so when will you call the manager” as they had asked 3 times already the reply was “the room is ready but not clean!” so the retort was send up the cleaners!
The TV although we didn’t want to watch, but flicked it on while my partner was in the shower, we had no reception to flick through the channels
I’ve had a few all inclusive holidays and this is by far the worst… as “all inclusive has always been all inclusive” as in the name… mini bars with constant access to cold water and food in abundance and good to eat! I’m not a natural complainer but talking to all other guests we all felt our feelings had to be heard! I feel they are damaging your good reputation with a sub standard, in need of updating and maintaining hotel.
In my opinion a very sad thing was having to ask for more toilet paper! Reception didn’t know what this was so I googled an image to make myself clear they promised to put toilet paper in the room while we were in town but came back to none so a different reception had to seek some for us to use then accidentally locked us out of the room as she had no magnetic key to let herself in.

How this Hotel attains a 4-star rating is beyond comprehension as its lack of basic standards & services offered fall way below expectations. The Hotel is very tired & in desperate need of renovation/repair. Our room lacked basic cleanliness & had several patches of mould developing on the ceilings & in the bathroom, & bared no resemblance to the pictures on their website. Bottled water is chargeable as is the use of a conventional hairdryer (€20 per occasion!!) & in-room TV had only Italian channels. The Hotel is situated in an isolated location approx 5-6Km outside of Cefalu. There are no bars/restaurants around the Hotel, the nearest being Cefalu town which is only accessible by car/taxi. The Hotel operates a shuttle service every hour chargeable @ €20 per-person. The breakfast service I can only describe as being like a jumble sale with guests battling to find tables which were often uncleared and the food being very, very mediocre at best.

Lovely location, pleasant staff, disappointing hotel
We were offered this hotel as an alternative to one we'd first booked which became unavailable. Spent 5 days at the Carlton Riviera Hotel and there were both positives and negatives. A beautiful location, right on the coast, so fantastic sea views and private (pebbly) beach onto clear, shallow waters. Plenty of room around the pool. Unfortunately, it's a fair distance from any shops restaurants etc, so it cost us a bit in taxi fares. There is a minibus you can book for 5 Euros pp a couple of times a day but it soon gets fully booked. Taxi costs 20 Euros into Cefalu, so you really need a car here. It's also a long way from Palermo and Trapani airports. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff although few of them spoke English and our Italian was rubbish were almost all pleasant and really went out of their way to help us. The All Inclusive was not good. Breakfasts were so-so, we didn't attempt lunch but dinner was cheap often lukewarm and not always fully cooked. Also, not really a buffet you couldn't serve yourself. In the bar, the drink options were very limited. Only cocktails in the all inclusive were vodka or gin on alternate nights swamped in fruit juice, no fruit or other accompaniments and served from a pre prepared jug! Entertainment was put on by the hard working animation team but very basic and mainly French spoken, so quizzes etc not very good. Some of the fixtures and fittings in the rooms were very tired. We enjoyed the trip because Cefalu is lovely but could not in all honesty recommended this hotel.

Nous avons passé un séjour en all exclusive pendant 1 semaine bon accueil merci à manuela d avoir essayé de nous aider mais la direction ne nous a pas suivi il ont étouffé les problèmes , cela a commence a notre premier jour , nous n avions pas eu acces aux 2 plages prives de l hotel pour une drole d'histoire de taxe non paye c est honteux , c est la première fois que nous passons une semaine avec un anniversaire aucune attention de la direction, nous avons ete très déçu du bar personnel du bar tres froid sauf la dame du magasin souvenir qui aidait au bar et des prestations en all exclusives très limitees servi dans des petits gobelets , les cocktails ne sont pas bon du tout surtout ceux servi en all exclusive et 6 euros à la carte et pas bon du tout , à notre début de séjour nous avons mangé dans le resto extérieur , conviviale, très beau cadre avec beaucoup de choix et qui logiquement devait rester ouvert jusqu au 15 septembre et au milieu de notre séjour on sait retrouvé dans le resto intérieur c était bruyant , peu de choix, l un sur l autre vive la cantine , limitée en nourriture , nous ne savions pas se parler trop de raisonnable et de chaleur moment désagréable, on nous a vendu l hôtel avec 2 piscines, snack aucun , pizzaiolo rien du tout , même pas de glaces pour un dessert, les navettes payantes limitée à 18h00 et vendu à 23 h sur la brochure taxi cher 40 euros si on voulait sortir le soir donc bloquer à l hôtel, nous ne savions même pas se balader le soir , aucun éclairage c est honteux pour un 4 étoiles, fermeture des animations et du bar à 00h00 , nous avons même été expulser de la terrasse aux fermetures des portes du bar , chambre petite, salle de bain à rénover, ménage fait quand il le voulait , serviettes non changées pdt 3 jours , active en début de séjour et milieu de séjour plus de son plus d images , les animateurs font ce su ils peuvent avec ce qu ils ont , les terrains de jeux délaissés, le seul point positif que je retiendrais superbe vue panoramique avec un super cadre nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour payer 1558 euros pour ça l hôtel ne vaut pas le 4 étoiles

Pas top !!!
1800€ pour 1 semaine on s’attendait à beaucoup mieux .. Ayant déjà fait des clubs marmara c’est la chute ici. La nourriture n’est pas maintenu au frais, pas varié, le buffet est jusqu’à 21h30 vous y aller à 21h il n’y a plus rien! À partir de 00h le bar ferme, si vous voulez continuer votre soirée pour boire quelque chose après bon courage pour trouver même pas une fontaine d’eau ! Les excursions que propose l’hôtel, 2 amis se soient fait avoir de 30€! En ce qui concerne l’animation n’en parlons pas ! Ah Si !! Juste JORDAN ! Ce gars se donne à fond pour faire passer des bonnes vacances aux français ! Il nous a fait rencontrés d’autres français avec qui nous avons noués des liens d’amitiés, sans JORDAN ça ne serais pas arriver! Alors MERCI JORDAN grâce à toi nos vacances on était un peu moins pourri 😂 Ce mec est une pépite! Les animateurs italiens du club Peter pan n’en parlons pas ! C’est tout pour les italiens et rien pour les français ! Soirée karaoké 2 soir d’affilée les mêmes musiques et seulement une chanson française ! En plus de ça la gérante de Peter pan qui vient littéralement m’attraper juste par jalousie des animateurs français ! Inadmissible je n’ai jamais vu ça !
Wi-Fi illimité, nous devons nous connecter toutes les 3 min.
Changement de draps tous les 3 jours, changement de serviette tous les 2 jours, ménage effectué à moitié.
Lampes de chevet hs des deux côtés, pas assez de prises dans la chambre pour charger le téléphone.
Les repas sont pris exclusivement à l extérieur avec une chaleur étouffante, le restauration qui je pense doit être climatisé, nous ne l avons jamais vu.
Les problèmes clientèles via les excursions c est à nous de se débrouiller avec l agence de location, inadmissible.

Hôtel qui profite du cadre magnifique
Séjour en All exclusive...A notre arrivé accueil chaleureux, chambre pour 2 espace suffisant, pas beaucoup de prises, lampes de chevets HS , colonne de douche rouillés et nettoyage fait tout les 3 jours seul point positif la clim .... Nous avons été déçu par la restauration qui ne change pas aucune diversité on ne sais pas ce que l on mange et de qualité moyenne , horaires restreint 2 heures pour manger si vous arrivez en fin de service il ne reste plus rien,le vin est a la machine on se retrouve a manger a l'extérieur sous une chaleur écrasante et beaucoup de moustiques. Le Bar n'as pas grand choix 1 seul cocktail du jour le reste est payant. Nous avons tenté l expérience d'une excursion en bateau sur cefalu réservation faite par l'hôtel 3 heures de bateau 12 personnes maximum avec visite guidée pour 55 euros par personnes , on c est retrouvé sur un bateau de 45 personnes sans visite avec une agréable odeur de gasoil assis par terre car plus de place (pensée a un couple français de personnes âgées ) coût de la croisière 40 euros .... Ou est notre argent ? Perdu car l hôtel nous demande d appeler l agence qui n est pas celle proposé sur la brochure. Navette 5 euros avec des horaires aléatoires premier arrivé premier servi. Animation club Jumbo Big UP a Jordan qui a su nous mettre de bonne humeur et merci a Samuel pour l organisation malheureusement je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui profite d un charme de villes uniques ,de monuments , Palerme est une ville de dingue et la vue sur la mer est magnifique.

Beautiful view of the sea!
We had a beautiful view of the sea right off our deck. The hotel was a bit dated, very old bathroom fixtures, although it was clean it seemed very dingy. I’m sure it was a very nice resort at one time, but it could really use an update.
We did not care for the warm saltwater swimming pool, it was not refreshing at all, although there are steps down to the beach and the sea, so that was refreshing. Breakfast had a large selection of pastries, fruit,meats, cheese and eggs. Dinner also had a large selection. Only one restaurant on the premises and only offers all you can eat buffet. Both breakfast and dinner are served outside and it was very warm. The breakfast view was beautiful, on the terrace. The staff were always friendly, pleasant and very hardworking. This resort is very much a family resort more than couples, they have many children activities going on throughout the day. Evenings a piano player at the pool, nice to enjoy while having a drink.

Fabulous Carlton Riviera
Great Hotel affiliated with Italica Hotels and Resorts . Friendly staff excellent food and facilities . Great views and prime position with a handy public bus service to Cefalù centre. There are lots to do for couples and families . Two lovely private beaches with sun beds and umbrellas great pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and in the near distance Cefalù . My bedroom was spacious had a nice balcony and amazing views. In the evening it was just pure luxury having an after dinner drink on the terrace and around the pool . There was a great atmosphere and thanks to the staff for contributing to the success of my holiday
