The Royal Pita Maha

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. We stayed in the Royal Pool Villa with fantastic views of the jungle. The staff was extremely accommodating and everyone was so kind. We had no agenda and the staff guided us to local sites and drivers. Breakfast was great, with so many selections, we ate so much that we were not hungry for the rest of the day. I ate once at the restaurant by the river and it was so entertaining to see the rafters go by on the river. The resort grounds were absolutely beautiful and serene. Word of warning though, do not order floating breakfast if your partner hates swimming in cold water, our anniversary breakfast did not go as intended but making up your battles keeps your marriage strong!

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons à ‘the Royal Pita Maha’ . L’endroit est magnifique et relaxant. Nous y avons séjourné 8 jours. Notre séjour fut mémorable encore une fois. Un paradis sur terre. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant et professionnel. Toujours plein d’attention pour nous et pour mon fils qu’il surveillait pendant notre petit déjeuné. Je n’ai jamais vu un resort avec autant de personnel, toujours réactif pour répondre à nos besoins et attentes et toujours avec le sourire. La villa Royal est très confortable conforme aux attentes avec une grande piscine faisant face à une vue époustouflante sur la vallée . Nous reviendrons! . Merci encore à tout le staff qui ont pris soin de nous et de mon fils.

Abbiamo trascorso 15 magnifici giorni all' hotel Royal Pita Maha. L' hotel in stile balinese è veramente molto bello. Raffinato, elegante e al contempo confortevole. Il personale è attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Le camere sono pulitissime e riordinate e rinfrescate più volte al giorno. Nella hall risuona una delicata musica balinese che crea una atmosfera di pace e tranquillità. Colazione stupefacente al buffet. La vista dalla camera da direttamente sulla jungla ed è incantevole . Curatissimi i giardini interni e le varie piscine naturali ed artificiali presenti nell' hotel. Il personale della reception è attento e sollecito. Dicasi altrettanto per il personale addetto alle camere. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo di sicuro.

Wir waren vom 13. bis 24. Oktober 2023 im Royal Pita Maha – Bali und möchte gerne über unsere Erfahrungen in diesem Resort berichten:
Mit einem Taxi kamen wir recht günstig an und wurden überaus herzlich begrüßt. Es gab einen Welcome-Drink und dann wurde uns unsere Villa gezeigt und die Koffer gebracht.
Wir waren sofort überwältigt, von der Freundlichkeit, der Sauberkeit und der riesigen Villa, dem tollen, großen Pool mit genialer Aussicht.
Frühstück hatten wir gleich mitgebucht, welches überaus reichhaltig vom Buffet ausgewählt werden konnte. Permanent wurde man umsorgt, jeder Wunsch wurde einem quasi von den Lippen abgelesen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist wirklich überragend! Täglich ändert sich die Auswahl, also man hat genügend Abwechslung.
Die Villa wird mehrmals täglich gereinigt, abends werden bei Abwesenheit die Vorhänge zugezogen usw. Man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl und geborgen. Wasser wird einem ständig nachgeliefert. Badetücher im Überfluss. Alles extrem sauber und gepflegt.
Eine Popo - Spültoilette sorgte für die nötige Hygiene. Alles hat hier funktioniert, was in anderen Unterkünften scheinbar nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alle Steckdosen sind Eurostecker-tauglich.
Der große Pool war klasse. Vor allem war es unser erster Pool, in dem man sich in wohltemperiertem Wasser ab der ersten Sekunde wohl fühlte. Bisher hatten wir sogar in Thailand kaltes Wasser oder teuer beheizte Pools waren trotzdem unangenehm kalt. Im Royal Pita Maha hingegen einfach nur traumhaft.
Das Gelände ist riesig, sogar mit Aufzug, da es beidseitig steil abfällt. Man kann sich fast verlaufen. Überall große, geheimnisvolle Pools, Lagune und auch dort liegen Handtücher bereit.
Wir bekamen noch einstündige Massagen geschenkt, die wunderbar wohltuend war. Auch hier fühlte man sich wie etwas ganz Besonderes.
Als es mir einmal nicht gut ging, wurde ich von Mrs. Lia liebevoll mit Tee umsorgt. Die Managerin und auch der Hotel-Chef sind sich nicht zu schade für ausgiebige Gespräche. Man hat permanent Kontakt, wenn man möchte. Sogar über WhatsApp kann man schnell kommunizieren.
Am Ende wurden sämtliche Resort-Chefs zusammengerufen, die uns einen unvergesslichen Abschied mit tollen Geschenken beschert haben. Natürlich ging das nicht ohne lange Umarmungen und Tränen vonstatten.
Wir reisen sehr häufig, kommen immer in gehobenen Unterkünften unter aber ich kann mit gutem Gewissen sagen, dass das Royal Pita Maha alles mit großem Abstand in den Schatten stellt. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Personal! Wir fühlten uns wie in einer Familie, vom kleinsten Angestellten bis zu den Chefs. Wir kommen wieder! Markus und Markus

Nous revenons d'un séjour de 5 nuits au royal pita maha, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel superbe... la cadre idyllique, l'entretien global de la flore en général et la gentillesse générale du personnel font de cet endroit un lieu agréable.

A noter aussi le choix et la qualité du petit déjeuner et la grandeur des chambres qui ont toutes une piscine privée!!!

Attention toutefois a la vétusté des meubles, voir même du carrelage qui commence très sérieusement a se dégrader.

En conclusion, nous avons passé un excellent moment au sein de cet établissement

Sehr hübsches Hotel, toll gelegen mitten im Dschungel. Unsere Villa war sehr groß mit einem riesigen eigenen Pool. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sehr grün, allerdings mit sehr vielen Stiegen. Dafür liegen die Villen auch toll am Hang einer Schlucht. Am Fluss gibt es ein zusätzliches Restaurant. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Essen war sehr gut und immer liebevoll angerichtet. Danke an Dewi Andeni die uns noch mit einem kleinen Geschenk verabschiedet hat

Mussten 2 Tage im Rahmen einer Rundreise dort verbringen (2x Pool-Villa ganz oben, Nr. 136 u. 137). Hauptgebäude eindrucksvoll, sauber u. gepflegt, freundliches Personal. Beim Check-In waren unsere Buchungen jedoch zunächst nicht bekannt ... . Tolle Lage im Dschungel mit schöner Aussicht. Leider waren die Villen sehr abgewohnt, "muffig" und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Vorhänge sämtlich mit Stockflecken u. diversen anderen Verschmutzungen, Fliegennetze mit (Blut-) Flecken und jeweils auf den Baldachinen der Moskitonetze sitzenden Tokehs (die nachts "Radau" machten, die "Hinterlassenschaften" schimmerten von unten durch). Flecken und multiple ca. 2mm große Insekten auf den Betten, Kakerlaken (tot) u. diverse andere Insekten (lebend) in den Zimmern. Das "Abschließen" der Villen erfolgte von außen mit altertümlichen Vorhängeschlössern u. war nachts von innen nur mit einem gelockerten Holzriegel möglich, die Terrassentüren wurden lediglich mit Sicherheitsketten "verschlossen" u. waren z.T. defekt/massiv undicht. Mobiliar ebenfalls teils defekt u. abgesplittert, in beiden Villen war bei einem der zwei Waschbecken der Abfluss nicht zu öffnen. Insuffiziente Beleuchtung der Außenwege u. vor den Villen mit "Stolperfallen". Liegenauflagen am priv. Pool sparkig u. dreckig. Anscheinend wurde die Corona-Flaute nicht zur dringend notwendigen Pflege/ Renovierung genutzt ... . Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist in Ordnung - mehr aber auch nicht, aber tolles umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, das fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Kaffee u. Tee gibt es aber nur tassenweise. Das freundliche Personal und die tolle Lage können die Unzulänglichkeiten der Unterkunft leider nicht kompensieren .... Schade um das ungenutzte Potenzial -die Villen waren früher sicher einmal sehr schön. Das Zentrum von Ubud ist relativ weit entfernt. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel definitiv nicht wieder buchen, es gibt deutlich bessere Alternativen - die ihren Preis auch Wert sind.
Sicherlich - auch auf Bali - kein 5-Sterne Hotel, dazu fehlt noch Einiges.

Un esperienza unica.
Da provare una volta nella vita.
L hotel è situato in un canion dove le ville con piscina sono arroccate tra bellissimi rilievi, piscine d’acqua naturale ecc.
Inoltre il ristorante gode di una vista spettacolare oltre a spaventare per la bellezza.

Purtroppo la nota dolente è data dal fatto che essendo un 5 stelle con costi tali non si puó avere un servizio così scadente.
Il personale è quasi tutto carino e gentile ma il
Vino portato caldo (durante per altro una cena consigliatissima romantica in camera) senza la possibilità di cambiarlo, la navetta per l aeroporto che era stata prenotata solo due ore prima dell effettiva partenza (l hotel dista un’ora e mezza e visto il traffico di Bali..) fortunatamente chi ci seguiva dall’Italia è intervenuto e tanti altri episodi che sembrano di poco conto ma in un 5 stelle con i costi che si hanno sia negli extra che in tutto il resto non sono accettabili.

Stanze molto belle personale cordiale e disponibile vista molto bella . Bagno grande e spazioso bella la vasca e la
piscina . Menù non all’altezza della struttura povero in tutti i sensi dalla scelta alla quantità delle porzioni . La vista della camera ha il suo fascino e la temperatura dell’acqua della piscina non è troppo fredda .

El hotel tiene un excelente servicio y atención. Además de instalaciones lindas. Para nosotros que fuimos de Luna de miel, fue ideal, pues nuestra villa tenía mucha privacidad y nuestra alberca una vista hermosa.
Vale la pena ir con tu pareja y disfrutar la villa. La de nosotros fue la 106 😉

El entorno es enorme todo mimetizado con la naturaleza, cuidando los alrededores y con una armonía que te hace sentir que estas en el paraiso!!! Bajar las escaleras y llegar al rio no te dejará indiferente, es un lugar mágico!! Lo unico que mejoraría sería el colchón que fuera un poco mas comodo.
