Bel hôtel mais isolé (2 h de l’aéroport) et pas grand chose à faire autour.
Une magnifique piscine mais pas de chaises longues. Dommage.
Chambre très peu insonorisée : on attend les voisins (je passe certains détails 😅) et le bruit du resto dessous. Literie correcte mais nous avons dû faire changer les draps à notre arrivée. Chambre tristounette ( terne, mur sales…)
L’hôtel est en rénovation donc du bruit permanent. Nous avions décidé de nous poser après notre circuit en Inde, c’est loupé !

Siamo stati 3 notti in un bungalow a bordo piscina, e sono letteralmente volati. La piscina è lunghissima, tiepida e a un metro dalla camera da letto, e rende veramente difficile uscire dall'albergo per esplorare Kumarakom, che è un paesino adorabile e silenzioso immerso nelle backwaters. Lo staff è di una cortesia unica: una sera abbiamo cenato a lume di candela nel gazebo in mezzo alla piscina e l'ultima giornata ci hanno fatto la cortesia di poter restare in camera fino alle 18.30 invece che alle 10.00, senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Un plauso anche al personale della SPA, i massaggi erano straordinari. Grazie di cuore, ci siamo ripromessi di tornare presto.

Des bungalow alignés devant une immense piscine, avec au fond la vue sur la mer et sur les bateaux qui passent ! Un hôtel moins authentique, mais très sympa ! La piscine est juste incroyable, avec une eau à plus de 30°C et a 5 mètres de votre chambre ! La nourriture était bonne, les prix habituels, le service attentionné, des activités gratuites variées proposées (dont un tour en bateau)... Une belle halte de deux jours pendant laquelle les enfants se sont régalés !

Nous avons fait l'excursion "speed boat" : bof bof. Pas très cher, mais pas très speed !

El hotel es espectacular!! Sobre todo las habitaciones junto a la impresionante piscina.
La atención del personal es inmejorable.
El spa es recomendable.
Lo que más nos gustó fue la excursión a los backwater en barco.
Nos gustó mucho la visita al templo de vaikon,imprescindible.

Estuvimos solo dos días en este hotel pero la experiencia fue maravillosa. La habitación tenía vista a la piscina (¡¡¡de 150 metros!!! de largo). El lugar está rodeado de naturaleza y tiene unos jardines muy bien arreglados. ¡Flores por todos lados! Comimos en el restaurante del hotel y nos gustó mucho la comida y la variedad. La atención de todos es excelente.Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y en todo momento están pendientes de que todo esté en orden y de que la estés pasando bien. Tienen un spa ayurveda en donde además de la atención de masajistas (que es de 10) se puede consultar al médico a cargo cualquier inquietud con respecto a la medicina ayurveda. También ofrecen excursiones y paseos por el lago. ¡Nos encantó el lugar!

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans un cottage donnant sur la piscine et c'était super !
Les bungalows sont confortables et bien équipés (clim, bouilloire, frigo, etc.), la longue piscine de 150 mètres géniale pour nager, la vue sur le lac depuis les transats installés au bout de la piscine est top.
Nous avons également été nous faire masser au spa : génial !
Nous avons apprécié les petits plus comme le thé/café/gâteaux offert chaque jour vers 16h30 ainsi que la promenade en bateau sur le lac.
Il y a également une salle de sport dans laquelle nous avons fait des parties de ping-pong endiablées.
Notre seul bémol concerne le laundry service (cher et pas super bien fait), mais ceci mis à part, cet endroit est vraiment parfait pour se relaxer.

Schon der erste Eindruck ist großartig. Superfreundliches Personal, aufmerksamer Service und guter Spirit.
Die großzügigen Bungalows mit offener Dusche liegen direkt am ca.100m langen Pool, von dem aus man über den Lake Vembanad blickt. Tolle Atmosphäre!! Alles clean.
Um 16:30 lädt das Hotel täglich zum Tee mit anschließender 60 min. Bootsfahrt ein. Schöner SPA mit ayurvedischen und Beautyanwendungen. Beeindruckend war unser früh morgendliche Bootstrip durch die Kanäle der Backwaters(muss separat gebucht werden).
Offenes Restaurant mit guter Küche und viel Abwechslung.
Wir haben allerdings fangfrischen Fisch vermisst. Zur Zeit gibt es keine Alkohollizenz.
Extrem gutes Frühstück bei dem kaum ein Wunsch offen bleibt.
Wer hier bucht, sollte ein Bungalow am Pool und nicht ein Zimmer im Haupthaus buchen.
WLAN im gesamten Bereich der Anlage gut.

Wir haben hier leider nur 2 Tage zum Abschluss unserer Reise hier übernachtet und es sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal aufmerksam und trotzdem nicht so aufdringlich. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte einen direkten Zugang zum Traum-Pool, der direkt am See endet. Auch wir hätten gerne eine Liege vor dem Cottage gehabt, aber direkt am See, mit leichtem Wind, waren diese auch gut positioniert! Auf der Terrasse gab es gemütliche Stühle. Wir haben beide Abende im Hotel gegessen, weil es soooo lecker war! Lediglich am Pool sollten Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden, denn da ist die ein oder andere Fliese bereits abgefallen. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und würden hier immer wieder buchen!

Das Hotel ist nicht sehr groß und alle Zimmer und Suiten liegen mit direktem Zugang zum riesigen, herrlichen 150 m langen Pool!! Leider gibt es vor den Zimmern keine Liegen, was wir sehr bedauerten. Es gibt auch hier sicher die eine oder andere Reparatur, oder Malerarbeiten zu tun, aber alles in allem war es ok.
Direkt am Vembanad See gibt es eine Liegewiese mit 10 Liegestühlen, die sehr bequem sind. Dort weht immer eine frische Prise vom See, herrlich!
Das gesamte Personal, vom Gärtner bis zum Manager ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Besonders die Kellner und der F&B Manager erfüllen gerne jeden Wunsch. Da es hier, wie auch sonst fast überall, keinen Alkohol gibt hat er uns sogar eine Flasche " Energy Drink " besorgt und etwas Wein zum Abendessen gab es im Teebecher.
Das Spa bietet sehr gute Ayurveda Behandlungen an, wenn auch vergleichbar teuer zu den Zentren im Ort.
Wir haben hier 6 wunderschöne, erholsame Tage nach der anstrengenden Rundreise verbracht! Jederzeit wieder!

Premetto che il mio viaggio in kerala è stato purtroppo molto breve. Per ragioni lavorative avevo a disposizione solo 8 giorni nei quali volevo coniugare relax e visite nei dintorni di kochi; per questo ho scelto Aveda kumarakom e devo dire che è stata un'ottima scelta. La struttura è molto bella, accogliente e dotata di una piscina favolosa, molto pulita. Essendo stata diverse volte in India e avendo soggiornato sempre in strutture "indiane" da poche rupie a notte, devo riconoscere che stare in un resort 5 stelle, offre molti gradevoli conforts; primo tra tutti la pulizia. Avere la tranquillità di mangiare e bere senza dover passare i giorni successivi sulla tazza del water, per un occidentale non ha prezzo...
Il personale è molto cortese e preparato. Il programma della spa è vario e in linea con i prezzi occidentali: indubbiamente più alti di quelli che potete trovare a kumarakom o a kottayam, ma avendo provato diversi centri in questi giorni, devo dire che pagare qualcosa in più per un lettino da massaggi pulito e un ambiente curato, è un compromesso tollerabile.
Il ristorante è ottimo. Anche qui i prezzi sono più alti di quelli che troverete all'esterno, ma comunque accettabili. Per una cena completa si spende circa 10 euro a testa, 700 o 800 rupie indiane. In ogni caso fuori dalla struttura a pochi minuti di tuc tuc troverete altre mille possibilità a prezzi sicuramente più abbordabili.
Se come me aveste poco tempo a disposizione, vi consiglio due gite imperdibili: i backwaters partendo da aleppey e una gita a munnar. Entrambe possono essere fatte in un giorno con rientro serale in hotel. Appena fuori dall'Aveda kumarakom c è una piccola agenzia. Noi ci siamo appoggiati a loro per prenotare l'auto che ci avrebbe portato a munnar e ci siamo trovati bene.
Ad ogni buon conto, se aveste in programma di andare in kerala e steste valutando l'Aveda kumarakom, sappiate che non ve ne pentirete.

Bel endroit au coeur d'un petit village coloré et adorable. Personnel attentionné et très gentil. Délicieux petits déjeuners. Belle piscine de 150 m. Soins au spa avec soins ayruveda. Restaurant : le poisson est excellent !

E' un ambiente rilassante e sicuro anche per famiglie. Camere grandi, silenziose, bellissime, affacciate direttamente sulla piscina - con acqua profonda 4 piedi e quindi sicura anche per chi non sa nuotare - lunga 100 metri e affacciata sulla laguna antistante.
Personale professionalmente molto valido. Buonissima accoglienza. Cibo ottimo.
E' fornito di servizi di SPA, massaggi ayurvedici e bagno turco.

LEIDER waren wir hier nur eine Nacht bevor wir dann für zwei Nächte auf ein Hausboot gingen. Umgekehrt wäre es besser gewesen. Vom Betreten der Anlage an wurden wir sehr freundlich und kompetent begrüßt und beraten. Unser großes Zimmer mit zwei Duschen im riesigen, nach oben offenen Bad (mit Moskitonetz) war wunderbar. Durch die Terrassentüre konnten wir direkt in den 150 m langen Traumpool. Dieser endet einerseits am Seeufer und bietet eine ebenso faszinierende Aussicht auf den See und anderseits am offenen Restaurant. Das Abendessen dort wurde von klassischer ind. Livemusik begleitet. Am Nachmittag um 16:30 h gab es with compliments of the house Kaffee und Tee und süßes und pikantes Gebäck und anschließend um 17 h eine ca. einstündige SunsetCruise auf dem See. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Anlegesteg. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Eierspeisen (Empfehlung: Rührei mit Paneerkäse und Masala) und das frisch zubereitete ind. Brot waren köstlich.Das personal war wunderbar freundlich und die Beratung durch die engagierte Rezeption perfekt.
Das Hotel hat ein großes Spa, welches wir aber nicht nutzen.

De este hotel me ha encantado casi todo! las habitaciones hermosas, tipo bungalow, con mucha privacidad, el baño conectado con el exterior dando luminosidad y encanto al lugar. La hermosa terraza para descansar, leer, tomar un te... El restaurante con una atención EXCELENTE! y rica comida.
También te entregan servicios adicionales como un paseo por el lago, gratis! y que esta sensacional!!!
También cuenta con SPA que esta bastante bien aunque los precios algo caros.
Este es un lugar que he puesto en mi lista de lugares para regresar..

Siamo stati in questo hotel due giorni durante il nostro viaggio in Kersla (io e mia moglie ).
L'hotel è situato nei pressi del lago è costituito da una serie di bungalow che si affacciano su una piscina lunga più di centro metri.
È un posto veramente tranquillo e rilassante il personale educato gentile e discreto.
La pulizia è ottima
Un ottimo posto dove ci si può rilassare.
