3 km from Otranto, the complex is located in a privileged position near the Baia dei Turchi beach, one of the rarest and most admired pearls of Salento. The elegant environments with refined design, with clear references to the East and Zen culture, offer a magical and relaxing atmosphere. Its proximity to Otranto makes it a privileged starting point for visits of historical-cultural as well as gastronomic interest. The Resort is reserved for customers over 18.
Beach
At 1,500 metres, located near the renowned and exclusive Baia dei Turchi, within the protected oasis of the Alimini Lakes, with a fine sandy beach, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and, compatibly with the regulations that protect this uncontaminated corner of the coast, equipped only with ecological toilets. The beach can be reached by shuttle service (at set times, included in the Club Card) and by a walk through the pine forest for about 500 metres, a small kiosk bar (external management). Beach service subject to availability starting from the 3rd row (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) included in the Baia dei Turchi Card.
Rooms
Ethnic-minimalist style rooms for 2/3 people. The rooms on the ground floor, with a furnished veranda, have a double bed and a third French bed, while the rooms on the first floor have a furnished balcony, double bed and sofa. They are all equipped with independent air conditioning, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, minibar (set up on request), kettle for American coffee, herbal teas and tea, safe, bathroom with hairdryer and shower cubicle.

Buffet breakfast and dinner with the possibility of late breakfast until 11:00 at the pool bar, meals with buffet service at the main restaurant "Pascià", which with 2 air-conditioned internal rooms and an external veranda, offers a varied cuisine and refined with Mediterranean and Salento specialties: smooth or sparkling microfiltered water included in the prices. For lunch, Lunch Box included in the rates, served directly under the umbrella or by the pool at the bar/bistro, served in a convenient bag.

CORRECT MAIS ATTENTION
Nous avons passé 2 nuits en septembre. Le choix de l'hotel a été fait car a proximité
de la belle plage du meme nom, accessible par navette de l'hotel (tres bien).
Un hotel club de style Maure. Une jolie batisse, des jardins bien entretenus, une belle
piscine (non chauffée), de nombreuses activitées pour les sportifs, et une petite animation apres le repas du soir, tres bien.
Chambre spacieuse, avec terrasse, salle de bain sans ouverture et tres sombre.
Pdj buffet tres correct, pour le diner idem , buffet d'entrée tres variées, du simple, du frais et bon. Mauvaise note pour le plat principal, trop simple et un seul choix, 1er soir
mini escalope de porc tres fine panée, 2eme soir boulette de poulet coeur fromage frit, la on est vraiment proche de la cantine de l'ecole.
La note de 3 etoiles vient de notre deception lors de notre arrivée a la reception.
La personne est pourtant tres agreable et elle fait bien son travail, mais elle nous a reclamé la somme de 20e par chambre, qui correspond a une taxe pour les services du club, l'explication n'a pas été tres clair. Tout d'abord nous avons refusé de payer, lui indiquant que cela n'a jamais été stipulé sur notre réservation, ni sur les mails echangés ( controlé par la reception), de ce fait elle a tel a la centrale de reservation, qui lui a confirmé qu'il fallait payer, un mail qu'il n'ont pas retrouvé
aurait été envoyé . Donc situation completement bloquée.
19H, 30 minutes a la reception, c'est bon, c'est les vacances je paye par obligation.
Nous reglerons ce litige sur les réseaux.

Potenzialmente elevato ma gestione bocciata
Sono stata ospite in questo resort a settembre . Camere carine e tutto sommato confortevoli , ristorazione non male . Personale di sala gentile ed anche in spiaggia il bagnino Davide molto cortese . Soggiorno positivo per la spiaggia e l’ area piscina molto rilassante . Il voto basso è dovuto alla gestione approssimativa della direttrice , superficiale e poca attenta , le polemiche e la presunzione non sono giustificabili !

Da valutare per il periodo per non beccare giorni di pioggia, direttrice attenta e competente , struttura data ma con grosse potenzialità da rivedere lo staff addetto alle pulizie delle camere... occhioooo alcuni ragazzi del personale sono molto volenterosi e si danno da fare anche se si nota la loro inesperienza altri sono fantastici ed hanno sposato la causa..

Un uragano di piacere
Se funziona quando c'è un uragano, figuriamoci se fa bel tempo...... Ebbene sì, dopo un'estate di lavoro, anche a agosto, decidiamo di prenderci una settimana di pausa con un viaggio nel Salento e scegliamo questa struttura. Posizione strategica, fermo restando che serve l'auto, mare super, per le poche ore che lo abbiamo visto, ma eccellente, come pulizia, gradevolezza, cucina, attenzione del personale e spazi. La piscina è molto grande e bellissima e per chi non vuole andare in spiaggia, che è disponibile con navetta, è un'ottima soluzione. A pochi chilometri da Otranto centro, è l'ideale per chi vuole anche visitare Lecce, i paesi vicini e in genere il Salento. Sicuramente se fosse aperta tutto l'anno, gennaio e febbraio esclusi, sarebbe da pensare come la "casa" che ti accoglie per farti apprezzare nel modo più pieno la bellezza di questo territorio.
