Traumhaftes Resort, wundervolle Zimmer und das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend.
Das Essen wurde dem Dosha Typ angepasst. Man hatte die Möglichkeit morgens an einer Yoga Stunde + Meditation teilzunehmen.
Wenn man entspannen und seinem Körper etwas Gutes tun möchte ist das definitiv der richtige Ort.

Il resort è davvero meraviglioso.
È immerso nella natura tra palme e oceano. Consiglio la camera con vista oceano che è bellissima, ti regala un’ottima vista e suoni della natura indimenticabili. Nella struttura il personale molto gentile, disponibile e sorridente, questo è davvero fondamentale. Nel personale ringrazio il dott. Gowtham una splendida persona sempre disponibile, sorridente e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Gowtham è un vero professionista che ogni azienda vorrebbe avere. lo ringrazio per il supporto che ci ha dato come dottore e come persona contribuendo alla nostra vacanza in maniera positiva. Il Resort è ottimo per relax e per chi cerca trattamenti ayurvedici così come noi abbiamo fatto ogni giorno. Per concludere siamo venuti senza aspettative ma questo posto le ha soddisfatte. Je ne comprends pas le précédent avis en français. L’hotel est calme, pas un bruit hormis celui de la mer. La piscine est extra! Le personnel est adorable et s’adapte à notre (petit) niveau d’anglais pour pouvoir discuter. Il y a des touk touk et taxis à disposition à l´hotel à des tarifs competitifs. Le wifi est excellent et les chambres spacieuses et propres avec une excellente literie, climatisation et ventilateur, douches à l’italienne et une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les soins sont sympas tout comme les cours de yoga. Le cuisinier propose des plats de toutes sortes et surtout il adapte les épices à nos goûts et peut aussi faire à là demande! (Crevettes au beurre d’ail! Un régal!). Petit déjeuner et jus frais très bons. A proximité des plages de Kovalam. Bref on a trouvé que c’était le paradis. On repart reposes! Très serviables. Beaucoup d’hôtels français pourraient prendre exemple ;)

On devait passer 5 nuits à cet endroit mais nous n'avons pas tenu plus d'une seule. Je passerai sur l'accueil peu amicale du manager car ce n'était rien par rapport à la suite. La saleté de cet endroit est absolument repoussante. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos de l'hôtel mais regardez plutôt les photos des voyageurs. L'odeur dans les chambres est vraiment désagréable. C'est encore pire dans la salle de bain où il n'y a aucune fenêtre. Seulement une vmc hors d'âge. Le premier matin, la téléphone sonne avant 7h. Sans un bonjour, le gars de l'accueil demande dans quelle chambre il est. On lui indique et il raccroche sans un merci, ni désolé du dérangement ni au revoir. Heureusement que l'on était déjà réveillé par des gars qui discutaient devant la chambre tout en crachant par terre. Impossible d'avoir un lit d’appoint pur notre fille alors que cela avait été demandé. La chambre étant soit disant trop petite pour cela. Et aucune autre chambre n'était libre... Sauf au moment où nous avons voulu partir... Il y avait une chambre plus grande de libre... Cet hôtel indique l'accès au wifi mais ne comptez pas y accéder dans la chambre. Cela fonctionne tout juste dehors. Et encore... Difficile de se commander un taxi et un uber à cause de cela. Etant donné que l'hôtel est complètement perdu et que le chemin d'accès était impraticable à pied, on s'es vite retrouvé sans possibilité de se déplacer... Enfin bref... Rien que de repenser à cet endroit me gâche à nouveau notre séjour en Inde. Je ne comprends pas qu'un tel endroit existe et puisse être proposé sur des sites sérieux. C'est une honte !!!!

We had to spend 5 nights at this place but we did not hold more than one. I will pass on the unfriendly reception of the manager because it was nothing compared to the rest. The dirt of this place is absolutely repulsive. Do not be fooled by the photos of the hotel but rather look at the photos of travelers. The smell in the rooms is really unpleasant. It's even worse in the bathroom where there are no windows. Only a vmc out of age. The first morning, the phone rings before 7am. Without a hello, the guy from the reception asks what room he is. He is told and he hangs up without a thank you, or sorry for the inconvenience or goodbye. Fortunately we were already awakened by guys talking in front of the room while spitting on the floor. Could not have an extra bed for our daughter when it was requested. The room is supposedly too small for that. And no other room was free ... Except when we wanted to leave ... There was a larger room free ... This hotel indicates access to wifi but do not plan to access it in the bedroom. It just works out. And again ... It's difficult to order a taxi and an uber because of that. Since the hotel is completely lost and the access road was impassable on foot, we quickly found ourselves without the possibility to move ... Anyway ... Just to think about this place ruins me to again our stay in India. I do not understand that such a place exists and can be offered on serious sites. It's a shame !!!!

Tuvimos muy mala experiencia en este "centro ayurvedico". sin tener ninguna noticia a las 7:00 de la mañana nos despertó una terrible música que duró toda la mañana. Resultó ser una boda,de la cual en ningún momento nos avisaron de ella. Al pedir algun tipo de explicación, se mostraron totalmente indiferentes, sin ningun tipo de explicación ni disculpas. Podemos salvar el staff del restaurante y la piscina...todo lo demás...fatal!

Mehrmals schon besuchten wir das "Beach & Lake ayurvedic resort" nahe Trivandrum.
So verbrachten wir auch in diesem Jahr 2019, im März, wieder sehr schöne und erholsame Tage.
Täglich am Vormittag ließen wir uns durch die Ayurveda Behandlung verwöhnen. Man fühlt sich echt wohl und sehr entspannend. Das Personal hierfür ist bestens für die Durchführung dieser Behandlungen ausgebildet.
Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt gleich mit Vollpension gebucht. So waren wir bestens mit den Mahlzeiten versorgt. Das Essen hat uns wieder sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Teller waren kreativ gestaltet, gut für das Auge. Wir konnten hier traditionell südindisch oder international essen.
Bei bestimmten Fragen oder Wünschen wurden wir vom Restaurant-Personal sehr freundlich beraten.
Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 7 km südlich von Trivandrum, also außerhalb der Großstadt. Somit ist es in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Sitzt man auf dem Balkon, dann hat man den besten Blick auf das Meer und durch die Ruhe hier, konnte ich wunderbar meine Bücher lesen.
Für Ausflugsziele und Besichtigung von Sehenswürdikeiten gibt es hier sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Hierbei steht auch gerne das Personal beratend zur Verfügung.
Die Zimmer werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Das Hotel wird sehr sauber geführt.
Wir haben uns hier wieder rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und geben ein großes Dankeschön an das Management und das gesamte Personal.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Strand und der Fluss bringt den ganzen Müll aus dem Hinterland mit. Wir waren dort nach der Unwettern in Kerala vielleicht war dehalb das Müllaufkommen etwas grösser.

L'hôtel est charmant, calme et authentique. Le personnel est très amical. Les chambres sont confortables et la nourriture est excellente. Le traitement ayurvédique est très professionnel et de très bonne qualité. La grande piscine est aussi tout à fait agréable.
J'ai déjà passé plusieurs excellents séjours au Beach and Lake, seule et accompagnée.
Il n'y a pas moyen de nager dans la mer, trop sauvage et dangereuse près de l'hôtel, mais l'accès à Kovalam Beach, avec ses plages bien surveillées et toutes ses boutiques pittoresques, est très aisé et rapide.

Ich verbrachte 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem Hotel. Für mich der perfekte Platz um Körper und Geist zu heilen. Die Massagen ,Puschba sei Dank waren einfach fantastisch, das frische gesunde Essen hervorragend, das Sevicepersonal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Direkt am Meer mit Meeresrauschen und sehr privater Atmosphäre. Tolle Meditations.- und Yogastunden. Ein überaus magischer Platz zwischen Backwaters und Meer.

Zum wiederholten mal verbrachten wir, zuletzt im September 2017, unseren Urlaub im Beach & Lake Ayurvedic Resort Trivandrum. Uns hat es wieder super gut gefallen. Ein grosses Dankeschön an das sehr freundliche Management des Hotels mit seinem gesamten Team. Die sehr gute Organisation sowie die Ayurvedic Behandlungen ermöglichten uns wieder sehr angenehme und erholsame Tage.
In der schönen Umgebung gibt es gute Möglichkeiten zum Wandern in der Natur oder am Meer. Auch ist es nicht weit zu einem interessanten Einkaufsbummel und Besichtigung in der Stadt Trivandrum (ca. 7 km). Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt hier täglich. Die Speisekarte ist mit den verschiedensten landestypischen sowie internationalen Speisen gefüllt und schmecken sehr gut, Dank der guten Küche.
Somit kann man sich hier wirklich richtig wohlfühlen.
Unsere Entscheidung steht schon fest. Wir kommen bald wieder.

Nous sommes arrivés de nuit à Trivandrum, chaotique pour trouver un taxi abordable de l'aéroport! Quel bonheur d'arriver dans cet hôtel au bord de l'eau , tout illuminé! Nous avons du prendre une petite barque pour accéder a notre chambre super agréable! Très propre, de bon gout, eau chaude, air conditionné, terrasse privée! Un personnel très agréable et a l'écoute! Pas de bruit a part celui des vagues! Un réveil époustouflant avec vu sur la mer a gauche, un banc de sable et une rivière bordée de palmiers! Piscine en super état, nous étions seul et l'eau est propre! Très bon marche! Très recommandable!

Hotel di buon livello sulla backwaters che offre un giro in barca al tramonto. Buon comfort, camera semplice ma funzionale anche se mancante di phon, il personale non è molto pronto alle richieste (specialmente alla reception). Dopo aver richiesto asciugamani e cuscini per tre volte ho dovuto recarmi personalmente ed attendere la consegna. Peccato perché la caratteristica struttura merita davvero un elogio, giardini molto curati e ben disposti. Il ristorante è nella media, bello il locale che si affaccia sul lago adiacente e bello il giardino dintorno. Solo cucina indiana

Nos quedamos por 5 noches. El hotel esta divido en dos partes por un lago y solo hay acceso al lago. Tiene vista al mar pero no hay acceso a la playa o al mar de manera directa. La tarifa incluye un desayuno que no es la oferta real, la cual se limita a tres platos indios de más de 30 opciones en el menú, un tipo de jugo, café instantáneo y sin fruta. Si te levantas pasadas las 9 las opciones están frías. Dicen q aceptan todas las tarjetas de crédito pero a la hora de la verdad no aceptan american express y te fuerzan a pagar en efectivo. Al arribo te obligan a pagar un deposito del 30% sin haber recibido el servicio.

Muy buena experiencia, precioso el lugar y excelente servicio. Todos muy amables. Me hicieron un tratamiento ayurvédico, y tanto el doctor como las masajistas fueron encantadores y muy profesionales. Totalmente recomendable. No es barato, especialmente en temporada alta, pero vale la pena.

Tengo que admitir que este es un buen sitio para cualquiera que quiera un auténtico tratamiento ayurvédico, en un entorno tranquilo con solo la playa y el lago manteniéndote aislado del estrés del mundo.
