Bianco Riccio - absolutely amazing!
My husband and I stayed at Bianco Riccio when in Italy recently to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, until the day we left, Allesandro the manager made us feel very welcome and showed nothing but kindness to us each and every day. Our room was way beyond our expectations and we absolutely loved it. Every member of Allesandro’s staff were pleasant, friendly and polite and great ambassadors for the hotel, whether it be the welcoming reception team, the rooftop breakfast team, or the pool bar team. If it was possible I would give this hotel ten stars! We had the best time and wonderful memories were made. Thank you and we would love to return one day.

Perfect and very well located
The Bianco Riccio hotel in Puglia is a true gem. Manager Alessandro and his team are exceptionally friendly, making every stay enjoyable and memorable. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience!

Lovely place and great hotel
Just back from a lovely 4 days in Savelletri. The hotel was lovely, clean, relaxing and with amazing views from the terrace! Would very much recommend this place and this hotel - just what we needed as a great base to travel around very easily and a lovely place to come back to each evening

Notre chambre était parfaite, avec une vue sur mer excellente. Le personnel est au petit soin. La propreté est irréprochable. Le service au petit déjeuner et au bar le soir est très attentionné. Mention spéciale pour Melania et tous ses collègues.

Warm welcome and spotless hotel
Splendid service from the moment of check in to check out. Welcomed warmly at reception at all times and no request was too large. Alesandro, the hotel manager went the extra mile to personalise our stay and especially to make my birthday very special. Pamela and the ladies at reception were always smiling and happy to help. Hotel extremely clean and quiet, easy parking, quiet and easy atmosphere. Pedicure and massage in the spa were booked easily and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and the beautiful, quiet, unspoiled area.

Friendly Bianco
Lovely stay at the very friendly Bianco. Rooms are a very good size with effective air con. Good balcony-chairs would benefit from cushions! Quality breakfast in a beautiful glass surrounded room with great views. Breakfast could do with better fruit choices and plums and peaches were unripe the whole week.
Despite the two small negative comments noted i am giving 5 star review.

Charmant séjour et personnel adorable !!!!
Très bel hôtel, récent et bien situé pour rayonner sur le Nord des Pouilles.
Chambres spacieuses, confortables et très propres.
Grande piscine, salle de sport et parking à proximité de l'hôtel.
Un rooftop avec une vue magnifique sur mer.
Village de Savelletri calme, agréable , accessible à pieds avec de bons restaurants.
Une mention spéciale pour la qualité de l'accueil du personnel de la réception notamment du directeur Alessandro et Mélania qui parlent français en plus, toujours attentionnés et de bons conseils ; digne d'un palace pour ce 4 étoiles S.
Encore un grand merci à cette équipe aux petits soins, un sens du service exceptionnel.

Una Perla a Savelletri
Abbiamo soggiornato per il secondo anno consecutivo presso questa struttura e come per il precedente anche quest’anno si è confermata essere all’altezza di ogni nostra aspettativa. Stanze super accoglienti, pulitissime e curate nei minimi dettagli; personale premuroso gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta.
Un ringraziamento speciale va al direttore Alessandro vero punto di riferimento della struttura, sempre presente e attento ad ogni esigenza al fine di garantirti un soggiorno stellato con zero pensieri.

Colazione ricca , piscina e zona relax super attrezzata e rilassante .

Settimana fantastica
Abbiamo trascorso al bianco riccio 6 giorni fantastici. L’hotel è molto comodo per consentire di vedere ed apprezzare questa zona della Puglia. La struttura è molto bella. La stanza in cui abbiamo pernottato era di grandi dimensioni e molto luminosa con un terrazzo vista mare mozzafiato!
Ma il valore aggiunto che colpisce immediatamente è l’educazione, la cortesia, la disponibilità e l’efficienza del personale, in primis del direttore Alessandro, sempre presente e capace di cogliere le esigenze del cliente.
Complimenti, non è facile trovare il binomio capacità e passione assieme!

Nettes Hotel, allerdings mit unangemessenen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Das beste war die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse,wo auch das Frühstück serviert wurde. Leider ist die Bar erst abends geöffnet. Beim Frühstück sehr lange Wartezeiten auf die Getränke und die Eierspeisen, wobei Omelett mit Aufpreis serviert wird. Die Superior Suite ist ein ganz normales Doppelzimmer mit Bad ohne Fenster, ohne Schminkspiegel, Kosmetiktücher, die Dusche funktioniert nur teilweise, da es bei einigen Einstellungen der Düsen nur rausplätschert.Die Bestuhlung auf dem kleinen Balkon total verschmutzt und ohne Polster. Unsere Bitte die Stühle zu reinigen würde ignoriert, lediglich nach dem defekten Telefon und der nicht richtig funktionierenden Klima-Anlage wurde geschaut.Die Ausstattung dieses Zimmers und des gesamten Hotel entspricht bei weitem nicht dem, was man laut der gut gemachten Website und des stolzen Preises erwartet. Der Parkplatz ist voller Schlaglöcher und ungepflegt.Der Gang zum Pool ist lieblos gestaltet und die Musik viel zu laut.Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr bemüht.

Absolute Spitze!
Wir kamen kurzfristig für ein paar Tage Ferien nach Apulien. Die meisten Hotels waren voll und so buchte ich das Bianco Riccio raschrasch und vor allem, weil es noch freie Zimmer hatte. Es sollte sich als Glücksfall erweisen. Der Fahrer des Hotels holte uns pünktlich am Flughafen (Brindisi) ab, wo übrigens alles rasch und speditiv lief - im Gegensatz zu anderen Flughäfen in diesem Post-Covid-Sommer. Das Hotel liegt eingangs Dorf, ca. 45' Fahrzeit vom Flughafen weg. Das Haus ist sorgfältig gepflegt und das junge Team unter Direktor Alessandro hält alles im Schuss. Unser grosszügiges Zimmer lag im ersten Stock, mit Terrasse und Meerblick. Wenn wir etwas benötigten, schickten wir einfach eine WhatsApp-Nachricht an Alessandro (wie er explizit wünschte). Er organisierte alles: Ein Platz im Lido? Kein Problem, z.B. im Ottagono (Fels und Sand - super zum Schnorcheln) oder im Sabbia d'Oro (St. Tropez-Style). Restaurant am Abend? Auch keine Sache, z.B. in der Masseria Torre Rossa (genial) oder im Serri Bistrot an der Promenade (funky). Zusammengefasst übertrifft Apulien die Toskana hier bei Weitem, auch was die Wasserqualität angeht, und das hervorragend geführte Hotel möchte man gar nicht mehr verlassen. Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel
Wunderschönes Hotel , Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .
Sehr sauber und gepflegt .Tolle Frühstücksterrasse mit fantastischen Ausblick .Nette Poolanlage mit guter Musik .Ausgezeichnete Empfehlung des Beach Clubs
Hotel liegt im kleinen, überschaubaren Ort Savelletri . Dort gibt es einige wenige Restaurants , doch ausreichend für die Größe des Ortes . Es war nie ein Problem einen Platz zu bekommen

Besser geht nicht …
Wir haben eine Woche im Juni mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Töchtern im Bianco Ricchio verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Pool-Suiten im Erdgeschoss waren sehr geräumig und ruhig mit schöner Terrasse über der Pool-Landschaft. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Rooftopbar mit Blick auf das Meer und auf Savelletri, in der wir das Frühstück und den Apero genossen haben. Der Service war excellent, insbesondere hat uns der Hotelmanager Alessando jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und für uns allerbeste Restaurants in der Umgebung sowie Beachclubs organisers. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Hotel an idealer Lage zum Dorf
Das Haus liegt an der Straße direkt beim Dorfeingang am Meer. Der Empfang ist wenig herzlich und die Zimmer im 2.Stock haben leider nur einen Blick aufs Meer nicht jedoch aufs Dorf. Das Badezimmer ist eine Zumutung und eignet sich nur für äußerst schlanke Menschen (Dusche)
Empfehlenswert und erfreulich ist jedoch das Frühstück im 4. Stock wo man eine tolle Aussicht hat und zum erstmal freundlich bedient wird.

Muy caro para lo que ofrecen
Nos pareció excesivo el precio, las habitaciones son normales y limpias, pero el precio es de un hotel 5 estrellas, y este no lo es. El desayuno es mediocre y escaso.
El estacionamiento es un terreno al lado, nadie ayuda con las valijas y hay poca señal de internet.
