Stunning
This is a one of a kind, gorgeous refurbished palace, beautifully adorned with antique sculpture and painting. Staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Due to its location on the banks of the holy river Ganga, service of alcohol and meat are prohibited. Instead, we got intoxicated on mangoes and relaxing spa service! Vegetarian menu is delicious and very satisfying. We are now friends with Fahad and Prince who took very good care of us in the restaurant. The central atrium features multiple forms of live music, dancing, and recitation of scripture. Despite coming in the off-season (July), every room was booked. Hotel is not accessible by car, it requires a half mile walk from the main road (with luggage porter assistance) or boat access.

My first trip and what a trip!!! From airport pick to drop off, all 3 days were just Mesmerizing-hotel is excellent with best location - Great food and service at all level - Their best asset are their people - Best service staff I have seen and smile makes ur day - Varanasi has its own vibes and charm - Highly recommend and to my friends from Europe and Americans - Do visit in Dec and not in June lol

The heritage property truly stands for its royal hospitality. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to help you. The food is fantastic. They also have entertainment shows inside the hotel to take you on the cultural tour of Banaras! Highly recommend Brijrama!

Amazing!!
The minute we arrived in Varanasi the hotel staff were extremely gracious and responsive. We happened to come during the hottest days but yet the staff were cordial and friendly. All of the touches were appreciated: bottled water, cookies, snacks, mithai, ganga jal, and of course paan benares. Activities that i took advantage of included: night aarti boat, henna, astrologer, and kathak performance. I also hired a boat for the morning aarti and the boatman, Vikas was super helpful in helping me get to the Kashi temple. So many people during our time were so helpful, unable to name them all. I have told all my family members to stay here in their next trip to this holy city.

Excellent heritage hotel
Very high level hotel. The structure is excelent, the staff is excelent and the location - just by the ganges river - maques it a unique experience.
The access to the hotel is on foot or by boat (offered by the hotel), which makes the experience even better.

Sehr scöner alter palast der zum gemütlichen Hotel renovier wurde. Staff und Service sehr zuvorkommend und professionell. Auch die speisen sind alle sehr gut und man bekommt sehr viele inclusive Angebote die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen. Location auch top !

Esperienza indimenticabile sulle rive del Gange
Hotel meraviglioso con vista Gange, offre tantissime esperienze gratuite e altre su richiesta con guide competenti e gentilissime, noi abbiamo visitato la città con Kumar, davvero bravo.
Ottimo anche il ristorante con cibo di alto livello e molto vario, un ringraziamento speciale a Ravi sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato tantissimi piatti interessanti e ci ha supportato in ogni nostra esigenza.

Ottimo hotel, silenzioso, ma a pochi passi dai Ghat che si possono ammirare anche dalle terrazze. È fornito di ascensore e la colazione è buona, anche se mi sarei aspettato più piatti internazionali.
Il personale non è all’altezza, peccato, non è organizzato e fa molta confusione.
Ottima la sicurezza con guardia all’ingresso.

Excelente hotel!

Menú vegetariano, todos los platos riquísimos, especialmente el baigan aur mirchi ka salan.
Servicio excelente y sitio precioso a orillas del Ganges.

El servicio y la comida fueron muy buenos. A la altura de un 5 estrellas. El plato de coliflor fue especial! También estuvo muy bueno el plato con patatas y el de pimientos. El camarero Jay nos atendió con delicadeza aunque los platos tardaron un pelín en salir.

La comida y la atención por parte del personal fueron excelentes. Pedimos varios platos a compartir entre las especialidades indias, a cual mejor y más abundante. La variedad de la carta es inmensa y las recomendaciones del personal fueron muy acertadas. Es un sitio para repetir sin duda.

Ein Muss bei jedem Besuch in Varanasi.
Wir waren 3,5 Tage in Varanasi. Das Hotel ist ein alter Palast mit schönem indischen Flair und ausgesprochen nettem Personal. Die Lage ist optimal am Ganges und direkt in der Altstadt. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Varanasi kommen, würde ich wieder dort übernachten, am Puls des Lebens am Ganges

Faszinierendes Hotel mitten im Geschehen
Es ist schon außergewöhnlich hier zu wohnen. Man muss es mögen. Man kommt nur mit Boot her, dass vom Hotel organisiert wird. Dafür wohnt man dann nur 200 m. vom Aarti Gangha entfernt direkt am Ganges in der Altstadt. Alles spielt sich in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hotel ab.
Das Hotel selbst ist ein renovierter alter Palast. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber weit entfernt von westeuropäischen fünf Sternen. Die trotzdem maximale Bewertung gibt es für das Personal, das Ambiente und Lage.
Wenn Varanasi, dann gibt es kein anderes Hotel. Das BrijRama ist ein Muss für diese Stadt.

Tolle zentrale Lage - grandioses altes Gebäude - leider entsprechen die Zimmer nicht einem 5 Sterne Standard.
Der Palast hat vor 200Jahren mal einem Maharadscha gehört. Heute dient es als Hotel mit einer grandiosen Ausstattung und Anmutung. Das Hotel liegt am Ganges und super zentral gelegen. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht auf einen 5 Sterne Standard. Ein Zimmer war deutlich zu laut und wir mussten in der Nacht umziehen. Im zweiten Zimmer war es stickig und stinkig aber leise, beide Zimmer ohne Fenster und damit muffig - es gibt hier sicherlich deutlich bessere Zimmer mit Terrasse und Balkon - unbedingt buchen. Der Service und das Personal sind klasse, höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr, sehr gut - indische Küsche.

Notre séjour dans ce merveilleux hôtel nous a séduit !
son emplacement incroyable sur les ghâts en bordure du Gange, le caractère ancien et authentique du bâtiment, les merveilleux salons, la décoration à la fois sobre et luxueuse, et les prestations sympathiques et très professionnelles de l’ensemble de l’équipe, tant à l’accueil qu’au restaurant.

Merci tout particulièrement à Riya de sa gentillesse et de son sourire !

Nous avons adoré notre voyage en Inde et plus que tout VARANASI ✨

Belle expérience
Très belle expérience dans ce havre de paix au milieu du tumulte de Varanasi. Très bon resto’ avec un beau menu. Des activités intéressantes.
Mention spéciale pour l’accueil réservé par Ravi au restaurant de l’hôtel, qui était de très bon conseille.

Perfekte Lage am Ganges. Man wird als Gast erwartet. Fahrt zum Hotel mit dem Boot. Schöne Zimmer. Tolles indisches Ambiente, Exzellentes Personal. Freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Produkte sehr frisch. Alles vegetarisch. Wir kommen wieder.

L’emplacement incroyable de ce palais, la vue de leur terrasses en roof top, la beauté du lieu, le professionnalisme du staff, la propreté des chambres, la qualité des repas .. rien à redire. Un séjour sans faute. Nous avons eu du mal à partir et nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Une merveilleuse expérience !
Une superbe expérience dans ce lieu magique au bord du Gange. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés dans la sublime chambre Varuna Burj à l’aplomb du fleuve…Le staff est adorable, prévenant et fait tout pour rendre le séjour facile et agréable . Nous remercions vraiment Shawshank Singh et son équipe, Nikita à la réception et l’équipe du délicieux restaurant de l’hôtel, tellement aimable et souriante pour nous aider dans les choix des plats indiens et nous conseiller. Ce passage au BrijRama palace après notre périple a été une parenthèse de rêve …

Magnifique Palace au cœur de Varanasi
Le Brijrama Palace de Varanasi était au dessus de mes espérances. Son charme historique et son ambiance luxueuse en font un lieu extraordinaire. Le personnel est attentionné et chaleureux, offrant un service de grande qualité. Les chambres sont très confortables et ultra propres ! Les repas sont délicieux, mettant en valeur les saveurs locales. C'est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir Varanasi dans un cadre exceptionnel. Je vous le recommande pour une expérience inoubliable. 👍
