Bukubaki Eco Surf Resort

We stayed for 3 nights for quitte an amount of money. In my opinion the price quality balance is really not okay!

People (several) at the reception were not friendly but rather annoyed, as if they had better things to do, were fed up with tourists... Several people at the reception did not give us a welcome feeling.

The tree house looks nice, but does not have a water kettle nor a coffeemachine (which you would expect for this amount of money). The kitchen is minimally equiped. It is hardly (read not) possible to prepare a meal for the amount 4 people (4 beds in the three house). The tree house has chairs outside but they are far from comfortable (we used our towels as pillows.

During the first week of august there is a fair in Ferrel and the music (and fireworks) keeps on going untill early in the morning. hard to get some good sleep.

The pool is small but nice.

The people at the restaurant were very friendly in contrary to the reception and the menu is various.

Es un hotel ubicado a las afueras de Peniche, mas en Ferrel, es un lugar encantador, dormir en esas habitaciones es como dormir en una casa del árbol, el limpio, cómodo, lleno de paz, ideal para familias con niños o para amigos aventureros, tiene pisina y buen restaurante.

Décevant. Terrain placé près d’une route. Piscine minuscule avec 5 transat autour … c’est donc compliqué de s’y trouver une place ! Petit déjeuner vraiment mauvais : produits surgelés et/ou industriel bas de gamme. Ils ne débarrassent pas les tables il faut le faire vous même si vous voulez une place ! Par ailleurs ici tout est payant … vous voulez des serviettes pour la piscine? Payant. Votre enfant veut aller sur la rampe de skate? Il faut louer le skate 10€ de l’heure. Vous voulez qu’il soit protégé ? Coudières et genouillères + 5€.
Les bungalow n’ont même pas une cafetière et la terrasse est dépourvue de chaises et d’une table donc impossible de manger dehors.
Point positif : personnel à l’accueil toujours aimable.

Le stelle sono insufficienti, posto incantevole, pulito, con ottima colazione a buffet e ottimo ristorante. Camping piccolo, poche persone possono accedere e questo vuole dire anche tranquillità. Si possono praticare corsi/lezioni di surf, skateboard e yuga. Hanno anche a disposizione delle mountain bike. Ci torneremmo domani.

Nos gusto mucho, el resort pequeñito pero muy acogedor!!!! Servicio y atención muy buenos!! Buena ubicación cerca de playas, aunque hace falta coche. Me parece un lugar idilico para jovenes amantes del surf y skate. Buen ambiente en general.

Sono stato una settimana ad agosto con Surfweek. Resort molto particolare, consiglio di provare la casa sull’albero anche se costa un poco di più. Peccato esserci stati in sto periodo di Covid perché tutto chiudeva alle 23 e non si poteva più far nulla.

Un piccolo resort che racchiude tutti i sapori e i colori dello splendido angolo di Portogallo .Come non rimanere colpiti favorevolmente da una variegata e ben attrezzata struttura per gente che ama le comodità e nello stesso tempo la natura , lo sport e relax. Di qualità nettamente superiore al campeggio che ci si potrebbe immaginare.Tende ampie su basamenti di legno, Casette fra gli alberi curate spaziose e ben servite.Abbiamo trovato un ambiente giovane dinamico e attento.Due giorni sono stati troppo pochi.....bisogna replicare.!

Mi hanno raccontato che il nome "Bukubaki" non ha un significato preciso... ma e' lo stupore di un bambino che immagina un posto fantastico, ..... per noi piu grandicelli l espressione corretta potrebbe essere WOHWWWWW.
Il resort e' bellissimo e posizionato ottimamente.
Per gli appassionati di surf credo sia un punto di rifermento in zona.
Ho passato 2 giorni bellissimi scoprendo paesaggi meravigliosi.
Una fuga.... da ripetere in un 4 stelle vero.

Campeggio stupendo in un posto stupendo...
Unica pecca il servizio bar e ristorante: lenti nel servizio e disorganizzati.
Tende pulite e confortevoli, bagni in comune puliti, cibo buono e di qualità..

Wir haben eine Nacht in einem der Stelzen-Holzhäuser verbracht und waren begeistert! Sehr schön und geschmackvoll und sauber. Auch das Restaurant war gut. Einzig die Betten waren für uns viel zu hart! Sehr schade, sonst würden wir wiederkommen.

Como empezar...
No debe contener en su nombre la palabra resort un lugar que se compone de tiendas de campaña, y me parece bien estos sitios para el que le guste, pero no a 130,00€ la noche, no confundamos los conceptos, ya que no es un sitio acorde a ese precio, por no hablar de que parece un sitio de ecologistas y nos quisieron cobrar hasta por el wifi, 5,00€
La tienda de campaña estaba helada y no nos hicieron la camas ni se recogió la tienda de la primera noche a la segunda.
También quiero destacar que casi se me atraganta el desayuno el día que me fui cuando fui a pagar, ya que me cobraron 20,00€ por llegar la primera noche un poco tarde.
El que nos atendió la primera noche me pareció algo desagradable, por no decir tenebroso.
El primer día nos encontramos las camas húmedas.
El aparcamiento escaso, por no decir inexistente.
Nos han dicho que si volvíamos seríamos bienvenidos, jajaja, no volveré, créeme, que no volveré.
A pesar de ello, tengo que decir que los baños estaban limpios, aunque poca ventilación ya que los olores permanecían allí en el tiempo y la comida del restaurante muy buena y a buen precio.

We are truly sorry to know that you have not enjoyed your stay at Bukubaki and we thank you for your feedback.

We are indeed an "ecologist place", this is why when we do not get an arrival time prediction from the client, we can not turn the electric heating on for the whole day (also for safety reasons). But soon as the guests arrive, they can turn it on. We are also always available to offer more blankets or extra heating if needed - after the reception closes we have the "night" phone number available 24/7.

Our wi-fi is free all over the resort. The 5 euros are the deposit on the locker key existent on every Canadian Room (this value is returned to the guests when they give back the key at check out).

Regarding the late check in, we always ask our clients (on the confirmation email) to inform us if they are planning to arrive after the closing time of the reception and also the cost of that service.

Due to the same fact of being "Eco", unless requested, we change the towels and clean up the accommodation every 3 days on longer stays.

Lastly we are really sad to read your comment about the person who welcomed you. We have a feedback of 9 points out of 10 regarding our staff, but we are sorry that you had a bad experience.

Even so, we are glad you enjoyed our restaurant and cleaning.

El alojamiento bastante sucio , le dijimos en recepción de que nos limpiaran la habitación y llegó el director Marco un italiano IMPRESENTABLE.
Aún por encima tenia más que decir que nosotros

Dear Ana, there must be a mistake, we don't have in mind any customers with your name, and the only Marco in our staff is the responsible for surf and Sports activity, so it sounds quite strange that the reception calls him for a cleaning problem.
All our guest appreciate our cleaning service that actually is one of our strength.
By the way remember that declare the false is not legal, even on internet and if you go ahead we will be forced to take some actions.

The Direction

Erneut ein toller Aufenthalt. Unseren Kindern gefällt insbesondere der pool und natürlich die Übernachtung in den speziellen Baumhäusern.

Die Service Leistung hat zwar ein klein wenig nachgelassen, ist aber immer noch Top. Die Häuser sind nach wie vor in gutem Zustand.

Nos alojamos en una de las tiendas, éramos una pareja y su hija. Nos ha encantado; el lugar es de cuento, todo está superlimpio , la gente es encantadora . El desayuno es muy bueno, cenamos una de las noches y la comida es muy buena. Para repetir.
