Very special
As we drove off my wife said ‘best hotel I’ve ever been too!’ It was very special - venue is jaw dropping / seaside restaurant magical / breakfasts by the fire lovely, but the best thing by far was the people working there. Kind, funny, classy, excellent at their jobs - just great. Thank you.

horrible customer service
We were really excited to stay at the cap Rocet this summer, but despite unsuccessfully trying to book online, we reached out directly to the reservations department by email. They gave us pricing and availability and we promptly confirmed (within 45 mins) by email and called directly to provide credit card information. Unfortunately they never responded and came back to us a few days later saying the rooms had been sold. When we called and spoke to Sandra and Carolina, they were rude, denied the written confirmation that was clearly in front of them, and refused to make any accommodation or to stand behind their quoted rates. They were too interested in covering their mistake to provide any customer service. Probably dodged a bullet by missing this place until they make some personnel changes.

It may help if I explain that our reservations system holds the rooms for 24 hours and in case we do not receive confirmation, rooms are released automatically, meaning that our gds (global distribution system) keeps selling rooms.
In this instance I can see that on the 20th of April our reservations teams offered you a first option (because we didn’t have full availability for the dates requested)
then that option was not confirmed and we received an alternative requesting different dates.
Unfortunately, by the time we received your request and reaches to our reservations team the room type that initially we offer wasn’t available anymore.
Please be assured that we have reviewed and discussed this matter in detail of the situation but our reservations team did already offer you our best option.
I regret if these concerns caused a negative impact from Cap Rocat but ee are glad that your reservation has finally been confirmed and it will be a pleasure to welcome you to enjoy Cap Rocat.

Wonderful few days at Cap Rocat
This is a very special hotel. We booked last minute for a short stay here through British Airways holidays. It deserves many superlatives. The team are first class, to a person friendly, helpful and courteous. Particular mention to Valentina (morning coffee in the courtyard were a highlight), Leo (dinner by the open fires and conversation), Edwin (the Sea club is a magical dinner venue for sundown) and Pedro (your warmth and enthusiasm were wonderful). We were in a Cap rocat suite which was amazing, reading our books on the lounger overlooking the bay was breathtaking.
It looked special on the web, it’s better in person.

Magical Place
From the minute we arrived at this magical place, we felt welcomed and were treated with smiles and greetings and were provided all the assistance we needed. We stayed at a Suite Cap Rocat which had stunning Mediterranean sea views from the top private terrace, where we also relaxed in a Balinese bed. Excellent service. Excellent location. Excellent views. Excellent room and amenities. Excellent breakfast. Overall an excellent stay. I wish I could stay here forever. It is a special treat in a special unforgettable place.

Amazing property!
This place is absolutely amazing! This was our first time here and we wish we had booked a longer stay! We had the Sentinel room! The room, the view, the terrace…..absolute privacy! I never write reviews, the service was ok….. the restaurants could be better. I had read prior reviews about the service, not being up to par. I agree with that. It seems as if the staff is not trained properly. Overall, it’s a wonderful property and we’ve decided we will visit again next year.
